תְהִלִּים 64

1 לַמְנַצֵּ֗חַ מִזְמֹ֥ור לְדָוִֽד׃ שְׁמַע־אֱלֹהִ֣ים קֹולִ֣י בְשִׂיחִ֑י מִפַּ֥חַד אֹ֝ויֵ֗ב תִּצֹּ֥ר חַיָּֽי׃

to/for to conduct melody to/for David to hear: hear God voice my in/on/with complaint my from dread enemy to watch life my

2 תַּ֭סְתִּירֵנִי מִסֹּ֣וד מְרֵעִ֑ים מֵ֝רִגְשַׁ֗ת פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃

to hide me from counsel be evil from scheming to work evil: wickedness

3 אֲשֶׁ֤ר שָׁנְנ֣וּ כַחֶ֣רֶב לְשֹׁונָ֑ם דָּרְכ֥וּ חִ֝צָּ֗ם דָּבָ֥ר מָֽר׃

which to sharpen like/as sword tongue their to tread arrow their word bitter

4 לִירֹ֣ות בַּמִּסְתָּרִ֣ים תָּ֑ם פִּתְאֹ֥ם יֹ֝רֻ֗הוּ וְלֹ֣א יִירָֽאוּ׃

to/for to shoot in/on/with hiding complete suddenly to shoot him and not to fear

5 יְחַזְּקוּ־לָ֨מֹו ׀ דָּ֘בָ֤ר רָ֗ע יְֽ֭סַפְּרוּ לִטְמֹ֣ון מֹוקְשִׁ֑ים אָ֝מְר֗וּ מִ֣י יִרְאֶה־לָּֽמֹו׃

to strengthen: hold to/for them word: deed bad: evil to recount to/for to hide snare to say who? to see: see to/for them

6 יַֽחְפְּֽשׂוּ־עֹולֹ֗ת תַּ֭מְנוּ חֵ֣פֶשׂ מְחֻפָּ֑שׂ וְקֶ֥רֶב אִ֝֗ישׁ וְלֵ֣ב עָמֹֽק׃

to search injustice to finish plot to search and entrails: inner parts man and heart deep

7 וַיֹּרֵ֗ם אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים חֵ֥ץ פִּתְאֹ֑ום הָ֝י֗וּ מַכֹּותָֽם׃

and to shoot them God arrow suddenly to be wound their

8 וַיַּכְשִׁיל֣וּהוּ עָלֵ֣ימֹו לְשֹׁונָ֑ם יִ֝תְנֹדֲד֗וּ כָּל־רֹ֥אֵה בָֽם׃

and to stumble him upon them tongue their to wander all to see: see in/on/with them

9 וַיִּֽירְא֗וּ כָּל־אָ֫דָ֥ם וַ֭יַּגִּידוּ פֹּ֥עַל אֱלֹהִ֗ים וּֽמַעֲשֵׂ֥הוּ הִשְׂכִּֽילוּ׃

and to fear: revere all man and to tell work God and deed: work his be prudent

10 יִשְׂמַ֬ח צַדִּ֣יק בַּ֭יהוָה וְחָ֣סָה בֹ֑ו וְ֝יִתְהַֽלְל֗וּ כָּל־יִשְׁרֵי־לֵֽב׃

to rejoice righteous in/on/with LORD and to seek refuge in/on/with him and to boast: boast all upright heart
