תהילים 25
| לְדָוִד אֵלֶיךָ יְהֹוָה נַפְשִׁי אֶשָּֽׂא׃ | 1 |
“A psalm of David.” To thee, O LORD! do I lift up my soul.
| אֱֽלֹהַי בְּךָ בָטַחְתִּי אַל־אֵבוֹשָׁה אַל־יַעַלְצוּ אוֹיְבַי לִֽי׃ | 2 |
O my God! I trust in thee; let me not be put to shame! Let not my enemies triumph over me!
| גַּם כׇּל־קֹוֶיךָ לֹא יֵבֹשׁוּ יֵבֹשׁוּ הַבּוֹגְדִים רֵיקָֽם׃ | 3 |
Yea, none that hope in thee shall be put to shame: They shall be put to shame who wickedly forsake thee.
| דְּרָכֶיךָ יְהֹוָה הוֹדִיעֵנִי אֹרְחוֹתֶיךָ לַמְּדֵֽנִי׃ | 4 |
Cause me to know thy ways, O LORD! Teach me thy paths!
| הַדְרִיכֵנִי בַאֲמִתֶּךָ ׀ וְֽלַמְּדֵנִי כִּֽי־אַתָּה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעִי אוֹתְךָ קִוִּיתִי כׇּל־הַיּֽוֹם׃ | 5 |
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me! For thou art the God from whom cometh my help; In thee do I trust at all times!
| זְכֹר־רַחֲמֶיךָ יְהֹוָה וַחֲסָדֶיךָ כִּי מֵעוֹלָם הֵֽמָּה׃ | 6 |
Remember thy loving-kindness, O LORD! and thy tender mercy, Which thou hast exercised of old!
| חַטֹּאות נְעוּרַי ׀ וּפְשָׁעַי אַל־תִּזְכֹּר כְּחַסְדְּךָ זְכׇר־לִי־אַתָּה לְמַעַן טוּבְךָ יְהֹוָֽה׃ | 7 |
Remember not the faults and transgressions of my youth! According to thy mercy remember thou me, For thy goodness' sake, O LORD!
| טוֹב־וְיָשָׁר יְהֹוָה עַל־כֵּן יוֹרֶה חַטָּאִים בַּדָּֽרֶךְ׃ | 8 |
Good and righteous is the LORD; Therefore showeth he to sinners the way.
| יַדְרֵךְ עֲנָוִים בַּמִּשְׁפָּט וִילַמֵּד עֲנָוִים דַּרְכּֽוֹ׃ | 9 |
The humble he guideth in his statutes, And the humble he teacheth his way.
| כׇּל־אׇרְחוֹת יְהֹוָה חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת לְנֹצְרֵי בְרִיתוֹ וְעֵדֹתָֽיו׃ | 10 |
All the doings of the LORD are mercy and truth To those who keep his covenant and his precepts.
| לְמַֽעַן־שִׁמְךָ יְהֹוָה וְֽסָלַחְתָּ לַעֲוֺנִי כִּי רַב־הֽוּא׃ | 11 |
For thy name's sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity; for it is great!
| מִי־זֶה הָאִישׁ יְרֵא יְהֹוָה יוֹרֶנּוּ בְּדֶרֶךְ יִבְחָֽר׃ | 12 |
Who is the man that feareth the LORD? Him doth he show the way which he should choose.
| נַפְשׁוֹ בְּטוֹב תָּלִין וְזַרְעוֹ יִירַשׁ אָֽרֶץ׃ | 13 |
He shall himself dwell in prosperity, And his offspring shall inherit the land.
| סוֹד יְהֹוָה לִירֵאָיו וּבְרִיתוֹ לְהוֹדִיעָֽם׃ | 14 |
The friendship of the LORD is with them that fear him, And he will teach them his covenant.
| עֵינַי תָּמִיד אֶל־יְהֹוָה כִּי הֽוּא־יוֹצִיא מֵרֶשֶׁת רַגְלָֽי׃ | 15 |
Mine eyes are ever directed to the LORD, For he will pluck my feet from the net.
| פְּנֵה־אֵלַי וְחׇנֵּנִי כִּֽי־יָחִיד וְעָנִי אָֽנִי׃ | 16 |
Look upon me, and pity me; For I am desolate and afflicted!
| צָרוֹת לְבָבִי הִרְחִיבוּ מִמְּצוּקוֹתַי הוֹצִיאֵֽנִי׃ | 17 |
Lighten the sorrows of my heart, And deliver me from my troubles!
| רְאֵה עׇנְיִי וַעֲמָלִי וְשָׂא לְכׇל־חַטֹּאותָֽי׃ | 18 |
Look upon my affliction and distress, And forgive all my sins!
| רְאֵֽה־אֹיְבַי כִּי־רָבּוּ וְשִׂנְאַת חָמָס שְׂנֵאֽוּנִי׃ | 19 |
Consider how many are my enemies, And with what violence they hate me!
| שׇׁמְרָה נַפְשִׁי וְהַצִּילֵנִי אַל־אֵבוֹשׁ כִּֽי־חָסִיתִי בָֽךְ׃ | 20 |
Guard thou my life, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I have trusted in thee!
| תֹּם־וָיֹשֶׁר יִצְּרוּנִי כִּי קִוִּיתִֽיךָ׃ | 21 |
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For on thee do I rest my hope!
| פְּדֵה אֱלֹהִים אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל מִכֹּל צָרוֹתָֽיו׃ | 22 |
Redeem Israel, O God! from all his troubles!
