Zabura 91
1 Shi wanda yake zama a wurin Mafi Ɗaukaka zai huta a cikin inuwar Maɗaukaki.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 Zan ce game da Ubangiji, “Shi ne mafakata da kagarata, Allahna, wanda nake dogara.”
I will say of the LORD, [He is] my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Tabbatacce zai cece ka daga tarkon mai farauta da kuma daga cututtuka masu kisa.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, [and] from the noisome pestilence.
4 Zai rufe ka da fikafikansa, a ƙarƙashin fikafikansa kuwa za ka sami mafaka; amincinsa zai zama maka garkuwa da katanga.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth [shall be thy] shield and buckler.
5 Ba za ka ji tsoron razanar dare, ko kibiyoyi da suke firiya da rana ba,
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; [nor] for the arrow [that] flieth by day;
6 ko bala’in da yake aukowa cikin duhu, ko annobar da take hallakarwa da tsakar rana.
[Nor] for the pestilence [that] walketh in darkness; [nor] for the destruction [that] wasteth at noon-day.
7 Dubu za su iya fāɗuwa a gefenka, dubu goma a hannun damanka, amma ba abin da zai zo kusa da kai.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; [but] it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Za ka dai gan da idanunka yadda ake hukunta mugaye.
Only with thy eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 In ka mai da Mafi Ɗaukaka wurin zamanka, har ma Ubangiji wanda yake mafakata,
Because thou hast made the LORD [who is] my refuge, [even] the Most High, thy habitation;
10 to, babu wani mugun abin da zai same ka, ba masifar da za tă zo kusa da tentinka.
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 Gama zai umarci mala’ikunsa game da kai don su tsare ka a dukan hanyoyinka;
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 za su tallafe ka da hannuwansu, don kada ka buga ƙafarka a kan dutse.
They shall bear thee up in [their] hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Za ka taka zaki da gamsheƙa; za ka tattake babban zaki da maciji.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Ubangiji ya ce, “Domin ya ƙaunace ni, zan kuɓutar da shi; zan kiyaye shi, gama ya yarda da sunana.
Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 Zai kira bisa sunana, zan kuma amsa masa; zan kasance tare da shi a lokacin wahala, zan kuɓutar da shi in kuma girmama shi.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.
16 Da tsawon rai zan ƙosar da shi in kuma nuna masa cetona.”
With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.
