< Zabura 61 >

1 Don mai bi da kaɗe-kaɗe. Da kayan kiɗi masu tsirkiya. Ta Dawuda. Ka ji kukata, ya Allah; ka saurari addu’ata.
To the Chief Musician. Upon a Stringed Instrument. David’s. Hear, O God, my loud cry, Attend unto my prayer:
2 Daga iyakar duniya na yi kira gare ka, na yi kira yayinda zuciyata ta karai; ka bishe ni zuwa dutsen da ya fi ni tsayi.
From the end of the earth, unto thee do I cry, When my heart fainteth away, Unto a rock that is higher than I, wilt thou lead me.
3 Gama kai ne mafakata, hasumiya mai ƙarfi gāba da maƙiyi.
For thou hast been, A Refuge to me, A Tower of Strength, from the face of the foe.
4 Ina marmari in zauna a tentinka har abada in sami mafaka a cikin inuwar fikafikanka. (Sela)
I would be a guest in thy tent to the ages, I would seek refuge in the concealment of thy wings. (Selah)
5 Gama ka ji alkawarina, ya Allah; ka ba ni gādo na waɗanda suke tsoron sunanka.
For, thou, O God, hast hearkened to my vows, Thou hast granted a possession, unto them who revere thy Name.
6 Ka ƙara kwanakin ran sarki, shekarunsa su kasance a zamanai masu yawa.
Days—unto the days of the king, wilt thou add. His years, as of generation after generation:
7 Bari yă yi mulki a gaban Allah har abada; ka sa ƙaunarka da amincinka su tsare shi.
Let him retain his seat age-abidingly before God, Appoint that, lovingkindness and faithfulness, my watch over him!
8 Sa’an nan zan riƙa rera yabo ga sunanka in kuma cika alkawarina kowace rana.
So, will I sing thy Name unto futurity, Paying my vows, day by day.
