Yohanna 13
1 Ana gab da Bikin Ƙetarewa. Yesu kuwa ya san cewa lokaci ya yi da zai bar wannan duniya, yă koma wurin Uba. Da yake ya ƙaunaci waɗanda suke nasa a duniya, yanzu kuwa ya nuna musu cikakkiyar ƙaunarsa.
And before the feast of the passover, Jesus knew that the hour had come when he should depart from this world unto the Father. And he loved his own people, who were in the world; and he loved them unto the end.
2 Ana cikin cin abincin yamma, Iblis kuwa ya riga ya zuga Yahuda Iskariyot, ɗan Siman yă bashe Yesu.
And when the supper was passed, it had been injected by Satan into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to betray him.
3 Yesu kuwa ya san cewa, Uba ya sa dukan abubuwa a ƙarƙashin ikonsa, ya kuma san cewa daga Allah ya zo, zai kuma koma wurin Allah;
And Jesus, because he knew that the Father had given all things into his hands; and that he came out from the Father, and was going to God;
4 saboda haka ya tashi daga cin abincin, ya tuɓe rigarsa ta waje, ya ɗaura tawul a ƙugunsa.
arose from the supper, and laid aside his long garments, and took a linen cloth, and wrapped it about his loins;
5 Bayan haka, sai ya zuba ruwa a cikin kwano, sa’an nan ya fara wanke ƙafafun almajiransa, yana sharewa da tawul wanda ya ɗaura.
and poured water into a wash-basin, and began to wash the feet of his disciples: and he wiped them with the linen cloth with which he had girded his loins.
6 Ya zo kan Siman Bitrus, wanda ya ce masa, “Ubangiji, kai za ka wanke ƙafafuna?”
And when he came to Simon Cephas, Simon said to him: Dost thou, my Lord, wash my feet for me?
7 Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Yanzu ba ka fahimci abin da nake yi ba, amma nan gaba za ka gane.”
Jesus answered, and said to him: What I do, thou understandest not now: but hereafter thou wilt understand.
8 Sai Bitrus ya ce, “Faufau, ba za ka taɓa wanke ƙafafuna ba.” Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Sai na wanke ka, in ba haka ba, ba ka da rabo a gare ni.” (aiōn g165)
Simon Cephas said to him: Never shalt thou wash my feet. Jesus said to him: Unless I wash thee, thou hast no part with me. (aiōn g165)
9 Sai Siman Bitrus ya ce, “To, Ubangiji, ba ƙafafuna kaɗai ba har ma da hannuwana da kaina kuma!”
Simon Cephas said to him: Then, my Lord, not my feet only shalt thou wash, but also my hands and my head.
10 Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Wanda ya riga ya yi wanka yana bukata yă wanke ƙafafunsa ne kawai; dukan jikinsa yana da tsabta. Ku kuwa kuna da tsabta, ko da yake ba kowannenku ba.”
Jesus said to him: He that hath bathed, needeth not but to wash his feet; for he is all clean. And ye also are clean; but not all of you.
11 Gama ya san wanda zai bashe shi, shi ya sa ya ce, “Ba kowa ba ne yake da tsabta.”
For Jesus knew, who would betray him: therefore he said, Ye are not all clean.
12 Da ya gama wanke ƙafafunsu, sai ya sa tufafinsa ya koma wurin zamansa. Ya tambaye su ya ce, “Kun fahimci abin da na yi muku?
And when he had washed their feet, he resumed his long garments, and reclined. And he said to them: Understand ye what I have done to you?
13 Kuna ce da ni ‘Malam’ da kuma ‘Ubangiji,’ daidai ne kuwa, gama haka nake.
Ye call me, Our Rabbi, and Our Lord; and ye speak well; for I am so.
14 Da yake ni da nake Ubangijinku da kuma Malaminku, na wanke ƙafafunku, haka ku ma ya kamata ku wanke ƙafafun juna.
If then I, your Lord and your Rabbi, have washed your feet, how much more ought ye to wash the feet of one another?
15 Na ba ku misali domin ku yi yadda na yi muku.
For I have given you this example, that ye might do, as I have done to you.
16 Gaskiya nake gaya muku, ba bawan da ya fi maigidansa, ko ɗan saƙon da ya fi wanda ya aike shi.
Verily, verily, I say to you, That no servant is greater than his lord; and no legate is greater than he who sent him.
17 Yanzu da kuka san waɗannan abubuwa, ku masu albarka ne, in kuka yi su.
If ye know these things, happy will ye be if ye do them.
18 “Ba dukanku nake nufi ba; na san waɗanda na zaɓa. Wannan kuwa don a cika Nassi ne da ya ce, ‘Wanda ya ci burodina tare da ni ya tasar mini.’
Not of you all, do I speak: I know whom I have chosen. But that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me, hath lifted his heel against me.
19 “Ina faɗa muku yanzu tun kafin yă faru, domin in ya faru, ku gaskata cewa ni ne Shi.
From this time, I tell you, before it occurs, that when it shall occur, ye may know that I am he.
20 Gaskiya nake gaya muku, ‘Duk wanda ya karɓi wani da na aiko, ni ne ya karɓa ke nan. Kuma duk wanda ya karɓe ni, ya karɓi wanda ya aiko ni ne.’”
Verily, verily, I say to you: He that receiveth him whom I send, receiveth me; and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me.
21 Bayan Yesu ya faɗi haka, sai ya yi juyayi a ruhu, ya kuma furta cewa, “Gaskiya nake gaya muku, ɗayanku zai bashe ni.”
These things said Jesus, and he was agitated in his spirit; and he testified, and said: Verily, verily, I say to you, That one of you will betray me.
22 Almajiransa suka dubi juna, suka rasa ko da wa yake.
And the disciples stared at one another; because they knew not, of whom he spake.
23 Ɗaya daga cikin almajiran Yesu wanda yake ƙauna kuwa, yana zaune kusa da shi.
And there was one of his disciples, who was reclining on his bosom, he whom Jesus loved;
24 Sai Siman Bitrus ya taɓa wannan almajirin ya ce, “Tambaye shi, wa yake nufi?”
to him Simon Cephas beckoned, that he should ask him, who it was of whom he spoke.
25 Shi kuwa da yake jingine kusa da Yesu, ya ce, “Ubangiji, wane ne?”
And that disciple fell upon the breast of Jesus, and said to him: My Lord, which is he?
26 Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Shi ne wanda zan ba shi gutsurin burodin nan sa’ad da na tsoma cikin kwanon.” Da ya tsoma gutsurin burodin, sai ya ba wa Yahuda Iskariyot, ɗan Siman.
Jesus answered and said: He it is, to whom I give the bread when I have dipped it. And Jesus dipped the bread, and gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
27 Nan take bayan Yahuda ya karɓi burodin, sai Shaiɗan ya shige shi. Sai Yesu ya ce masa, “Abin nan da kake niyyar yi, ka yi shi maza.”
And after the bread, then Satan entered into him. And Jesus said to him: What thou doest, do quickly.
28 Amma ba wani a wurin cin abincin da ya fahimci dalilin da ya sa Yesu ya faɗa masa haka.
And no one of those reclining, knew, wherefore he said this to him.
29 Da yake Yahuda ne ma’aji, waɗansunsu suka ɗauka Yesu yana ce masa yă sayi abin da ake bukata don Bikin ne, ko kuwa yă ba wa matalauta wani abu.
For some of them supposed, because the purse was in the hands of Judas, that Jesus expressly charged him to buy something needful for the feast, or that he should give something to the poor.
30 Nan da nan da Yahuda ya karɓi burodin, sai ya fita. A lokacin kuwa dare ya yi.
And Judas took the bread at once, and went out of the house. And it was night when he went out.
31 Da ya tafi, sai Yesu ya ce, “Yanzu ne aka ɗaukaka Ɗan Mutum aka kuma ɗaukaka Allah a cikinsa.
And Jesus said: Now is the Son of man glorified; and God is glorified in him.
32 In kuwa Allah ya sami ɗaukaka a cikin Ɗan, Allah kuwa zai ɗaukaka Ɗan zuwa ga zatinsa, zai kuma ɗaukaka shi nan take.
And if God is glorified in him, God will glorify him in himself; and will glorify him speedily.
33 “’Ya’yana, zan kasance da ku na ɗan ƙanƙani lokaci ne. Za ku neme ni. Kuma kamar yadda na gaya wa Yahudawa, haka nake gaya muku yanzu. Inda zan tafi, ba za ku iya zuwa ba.
My children, a little longer I am with you; and ye will seek for me; and, as I said to the Jews, Whither I go ye cannot come, so I now say to you.
34 “Sabon umarni nake ba ku. Ku ƙaunaci juna. Kamar yadda na ƙaunace ku, ku ma ku ƙaunaci juna.
A new commandment I give to you, that ye be affectionate to each other. As I have loved you, do ye also love one another.
35 Ta haka kowa zai san cewa ku almajiraina ne, in kuna ƙaunar juna.”
By this will every one know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love for each other.
36 Siman Bitrus ya tambaye shi ya ce, “Ubangiji ina za ka?” Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Wurin da za ni, ba za ka iya zuwa yanzu ba, amma za ka bi ni daga baya.”
Simon Cephas said to him: Our Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered, and said to him: Whither I go, thou canst not now come after me; but thou wilt at last come.
37 Bitrus ya ce masa, “Ubangiji, don me ba zan binka yanzu ba? Zan ba da raina saboda kai.”
Simon Cephas said to him: My Lord, why can I not come after thee? I would lay down my life for thee.
38 Sai Yesu ya amsa ya ce, “Anya, za ka iya ba da ranka saboda ni? Gaskiya nake faɗa maka, kafin zakara yă yi cara, za ka yi mūsun sanina sau uku!
Jesus said to him: Wouldst thou lay down thy life for me? Verily, verily, I say to thee, The cock will not crow, until thou hast three times denied me.
