Hosiya 1
1 Maganar Ubangiji da ta zo wa Hosiya ɗan Beyeri a zamanin mulkin Uzziya, Yotam, Ahaz da Hezekiya, sarakunan Yahuda, da zamanin mulkin Yerobowam ɗan Yowash sarkin Isra’ila.
This is the word of Yahweh that came to Hosea son of Beeri in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam son of Joash, king of Israel.
2 Sa’ad da Ubangiji ya fara magana ta wurin Hosiya, Ubangiji ya ce masa, “Ka tafi, ka auro wa kanka mazinaciya da’ya’yan da aka haifa ta hanyar rashin aminci, domin ƙasar tana da laifin mummunan zina ta wurin rabuwa da Ubangiji.”
When Yahweh spoke at first through Hosea, he said to him, “Go, take for yourself a wife who is a prostitute. She will have children who are the result of her prostitution. For the land is committing great prostitution by forsaking Yahweh.”
3 Saboda haka sai ya auri Gomer’yar Dibilayim, ta kuwa yi ciki ta haifi ɗa namiji.
So Hosea went and married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.
4 Sai Ubangiji ya ce wa Hosiya, “Ka ba shi suna Yezireyel, domin ba da daɗewa ba zan hukunta gidan Yehu saboda kisan da aka yi a Yezireyel, zan kuma kawo ƙarshen mulkin Isra’ila.
Yahweh said to Hosea, “Call his name Jezreel. For in a little while I will punish the house of Jehu for the bloodshed at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel.
5 A wannan rana zan karye ƙarfin Isra’ila a Kwarin Yezireyel.”
It will happen on the day that I break the bow of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel.”
6 Gomer ta sāke ɗauki ciki ta kuma haifi’ya mace. Sai Ubangiji ya ce wa Hosiya, “Ka ba ta suna, Lo-Ruhama, gama ba zan ƙara nuna wa gidan Isra’ila ƙauna ba, har da zan gafarta musu.
Gomer conceived again and bore a daughter. Then Yahweh said to Hosea, “Call her name Lo-Ruhamah, for I will no longer have mercy on the house of Israel, that I should forgive them at all.
7 Duk da haka zan nuna ƙauna ga gidan Yahuda; zan kuma cece su, ba da baka, takobi ko yaƙi ba, ko ta wurin dawakai, ko masu hawan dawakai ba, sai ko ta wurin Ubangiji Allahnsu.”
Yet I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and I will save them by myself, Yahweh their God. I will not save them by bow, sword, battle, horses, or horsemen.”
8 Bayan ta yaye Lo-Ruhama, sai Gomer ta sāke haifi wani ɗa namiji.
Now after Gomer had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, she conceived and bore another son.
9 Sai Ubangiji ya ce, “Ka ba shi suna Lo-Ammi, gama ku ba mutanena ba ne, ni kuma ba Allahnku ba ne.
Then Yahweh said, “Call his name Lo-Ammi, for you are not my people, and I am not your God.
10 “Duk da haka Isra’ilawa za su zama kamar yashi a bakin teku, da ba za a iya aunawa ko a ƙirga ba. A inda aka ce musu, ‘Ku ba mutanena ba ne,’ za a kira su ‘’ya’yan Allah mai rai.’
Yet the number of the people of Israel will be like the sand of the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. It will be that where it was said to them, 'You are not my people,' it will be said to them, 'You are people of the living God.'
11 Mutanen Yahuda da mutanen Isra’ila za su sāke haɗu su zama ɗaya, za su kuma naɗa shugaba guda su kuma fita daga ƙasar, gama ranar za tă zama mai girma wa Yezireyel.
The people of Judah and the people of Israel will be gathered together. They will appoint one leader for themselves, and they will go up from the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel.
