1 Mini polo, Jesu Kilisiti tondo kelima U tienu yanbuama po, leni ti kpiilo Timote, ti taani diani yinba Utienu nitanli yaaba n ye Kolinta, leni Utienu nigagidiŋanba yaaba n ye Akayi diema nni kuli.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy our brother, unto the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints which are in the whole of Achaia:

2 Utienu ti ba leni Jesu Kilisiti ŋanbili leni Oyanduanma n yaa ye leni yi.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3 Utienu n baa ti kpiagidi wani yua n tie Jesu Kilisiti ba, mi ninñingbadima ba leni i baagi kuli yaa ba.

Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort;

4 Wani n baagiti falabuolu kuli n ni ke ti moko n tua baagi kaaba yaaba n ye fala tiamo nni leni tin ba yaa baagi Utienu kani.

who comforteth us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort them that are in any affliction, through the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

5 Nani tin laadi yaa falaciamo kelima kilisiti po n yaba maama yeni, tin baadi yaa baagi Kilisiti kani moko yabi ki da yene.

For as the sufferings of Christ abound unto us, even so our comfort also aboundeth through Christ.

6 Ti yaa laadi fala li tie kelima ti bua yin paagi yi ba mi tindima ya sanun ni, ti yaa baadi yi baagi li tie ke yi moko n ba i baagi, li tie yin baa li juunli li yaa tie ke yi moko laa tin laadi yaa fala.

But whether we be afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; or whether we be comforted, it is for your comfort, which worketh in the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer:

7 Ti pala pa yi po boncianla kelima yi yaa tuo fala, i baagi moko baa tua yi biinu.

and our hope for you is stedfast; knowing that, as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so also are ye of the comfort.

For we would not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning our affliction which befell [us] in Asia, that we were weighed down exceedingly, beyond our power, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

9 Ti den nua cain nani bi tianba, ke ti kuumi yogunu pundi hali ke ti den bangi ke ti kan yaa dugi ti yucela po ka, ama ti baa yaa dugi Utienu po wan yua fiindi a tinkpila.

yea, we ourselves have had the answer of death within ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

10 Wani n den faabi ti, ki go baa faabi leni laa kuubuolu. ti tama ke O go baa faabi ti.

who delivered us out of so great a death, and will deliver: on whom we have set our hope that he will also still deliver us;

11 Yinba yi moko n yaa todi ti i jaandi nni, yaa niba kaa wa tuondi Utienu leni O ŋanbili ti po kelima niba boncianla den jandi ti po.

ye also helping together on our behalf by your supplication; that, for the gift bestowed upon us by means of many, thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf.

12 Kelima tin pia yaa jigidi tie ke ti pala siedo doagidi ke ti ye ŋanduna nni leni yaa tagu n gagidi leni yaa yantugupiengu n ñani Utienu kani. yaala n cie mo n tie ke ti tagu den tie yene yi siiga. tii den pia laa tagiŋamu kelima o nisaalo yanfuoma po ka, ama li tie kelima Utienu ŋanbili po.

For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in holiness and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, we behaved ourselves in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

13 Tii diani yi po bontoala kaa tie yin cogi yaala ki go ban yaala. n sugini yin bandi la ki pugini hali ki ban bandi cain.

For we write none other things unto you, than what ye read or even acknowledge, and I hope ye will acknowledge unto the end:

14 Nani yin bandi waamu maama, ke ti yi jigidi nani yi moko n ba ti tua maama O Diedo Jesu cuama daali.

as also ye did acknowledge us in part, that we are your glorying, even as ye also are ours, in the day of our Lord Jesus.

15 Min den bandi cain ke li baa tie yene yi po, lan yaa po n den jagi ke n baa cua i kani lani n tie yin baa li ŋanbili ki pugini.

And in this confidence I was minded to come before unto you, that ye might have a second benefit;

16 N bi bua ki tagini yi kani ki yuandi ki suagi Maseduana diema nni. n yaa gedi Maseduana ki guani yi kani, yin ciani nni min gedi Jude diemanni.

and by you to pass into Macedonia, and again from Macedonia to come unto you, and of you to be set forward on my journey unto Judaea.

17 Min den bua ki tieni maama yeni, naani li tie ke mii nuanli la bonmoanli bii? bi min jagi maama yeni tie nisaali yanjagili yo? ke n niini pia yantiana lie «nm» leni «aa» a.

When I therefore was thus minded, did I shew fickleness? or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be the yea yea and the nay nay?

18 U tienu tie siedi ke tin den waani yi yaa maama yeni, naa den tie «nm» ki go tie «aa a».

But as God is faithful, our word toward you is not yea and nay.

19 Mini leni Silivin leni timote n den wangi yi yua yaa maama yeni lan tie Jesu Kilisiti Utienu bijua naa tie «nm» ki go tie «aa a». ama «nm» bebe n ye O kani.

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, [even] by me and Silvanus and Timothy, was not yea and nay, but in him is yea.

20 Kelima Utienu ŋoanianu kuli «nm» bebe n ye. wan yaa po yo ke ti gani «amina» O yeli kpiagidi po.

For how many soever be the promises of God, in him is the yea: wherefore also through him is the Amen, unto the glory of God through us.

21 Yua n teni ke tinba leni yinba se ke pa Kilisiti nni tie Utienu wani yua n go gandi ti.

Now he that stablisheth us with you in Christ, and anointed us, is God;

22 O go den tieni ti po O maalima, yaa maalima n tie Utienu Fuomi yua ti pala nni.

who also sealed us, and gave [us] the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

23 Utienu tie n siedo, ke mii pua faama li yaa tie moamoani won ta n miali; mii den guani ki gedi Kolinta, kelima mii den bua ki cuagi yi.

But I call God for a witness upon my soul, that to spare you I forbare to come unto Corinth.

24 Laa tie ke tinba gobidi yi dandanli ka, ama li tie ki todi yi yin yaa pia li pamanli kelima yi se ke li pa li dandanli nni.

Not that we have lordship over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith ye stand.
