2 Mose 25

1 Und Jehovah redete zu Mose und sprach:

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

2 Rede zu den Söhnen Israels, daß sie für Mich eine Hebe nehmen; von jedem Manne, den sein Herz freiwillig treibt, sollt ihr nehmen die Hebe.

“Speak to the sons of Israel, so that they may take the first-fruits to me. You shall accept these from every man who offers of his own accord.

3 Und das ist die Hebe, die ihr von ihnen nehmen sollet: Gold und Silber und Erz.

Now these are the things that you must accept: Gold, and silver, and brass,

4 Und Purpurblau und Purpurrot, Scharlach doppelt gefärbt und Byssus und Ziegenhaar.

hyacinth and purple, and twice-dyed scarlet, and fine linen, the hair of goats,

5 Und rote Widderfelle und Dachsfelle und Schittimholz.

and the skins of rams, dyed red, and skins of violet, and setim wood,

6 Öl für den Leuchter, Gewürze zum Salböl und zum Räucherwerk der Spezereien.

oil to prepare lights, aromatics as ointments and sweet-smelling incense,

7 Onychsteine, und Steine zu Füllungen für das Ephod und für das Brustschildlein.

onyx stones and gems to adorn the ephod as well as the breastplate.

8 Und sie sollen Mir ein Heiligtum machen, auf daß Ich in ihrer Mitte wohne.

And they shall make a sanctuary for me, and I will live in their midst.

9 Nach allem wozu Ich dir das Vorbild der Wohnung und das Vorbild aller seiner Geräte sehen lasse, so sollt ihr es machen.

According to exact likeness of the tabernacle, and all of the vessels for its rituals, that I will reveal to you, so shall you make it.

10 Und sie sollen eine Lade von Schittimholz machen, zwei Ellen und eine halbe seine Länge, und eine Elle und eine halbe ihre Breite, und eine Elle und eine halbe ihre Höhe.

Join together an ark of setim wood, whose length shall hold two and one half cubits; the width, one and one half cubits; the height, likewise, one and one half cubits.

11 Und überziehe sie mit reinem Gold, von innen und von außen sollst du sie überziehen, und mache rings herum einen goldenen Kranz daran.

And you shall overlay it with the finest gold, inside and out. And over it, you shall fashion a gold crown all around,

12 Und gieße für sie vier goldene Ringe und setze sie an ihre vier Ecken, und zwei Ringe auf der einen Seitenwand und zwei auf der zweiten Seitenwand.

and four gold rings, which you shall set into the four corners of the ark. Let two rings be on one side and two on the other.

13 Und mache Stangen aus Schittimholz und überziehe sie mit Gold.

Likewise, you shall make bars of setim wood and cover them with gold.

14 Und bringe die Stangen in die Ringe an den Seitenwänden der Lade, die Lade damit zu tragen.

And you shall put them through the rings that are in the sides of the ark, so that it may be carried on them.

15 In den Ringen der Lade sollen die Stangen sein, sie sollen nicht daraus weggenommen werden.

These must always be in the rings, neither shall they ever be drawn out of them.

16 Und gib in die Lade das Zeugnis, das Ich dir geben werde.

And you shall place the testimony, which I will give to you, in the ark.

17 Und du sollst einen Gnadenstuhl von reinem Golde machen, zwei Ellen und eine halbe soll seine Länge, und eine Elle und eine halbe seine Breite sein.

You shall also make a propitiatory of the finest gold. Its length shall hold two and one half cubits, and the width, one and one half cubits.

18 Und sollst zwei Cherube machen, von getriebenem Golde, aus den beiden Enden des Gnadenstuhls sollst du sie machen.

Likewise, you shall make two Cherubim of formed gold, on both sides of the oracle.

19 Und mache den einen Cherub von dem einen Ende, und den anderen Cherub von dem anderen Ende; machet die Cherube an den beiden Enden aus dem Gnadenstuhl.

Let one Cherub be on the one side, and the other be on the other.

20 Und die Cherube sollen die Flügel darüberhin ausbreiten, mit ihren Flügeln den Gnadenstuhl überdeckend, und ihre Gesichter einander zugewandt; gegen den Gnadenstuhl seien die Gesichter der Cherube.

And let them cover both sides of the propitiatory, spreading their wings and covering the oracle, and let them look out toward one another, their faces being turned toward the propitiatory, with which the ark is to be covered,

21 Und du sollst den Gnadenstuhl oben auf die Lade tun, und in die Lade das Zeugnis geben, das Ich dir geben will.

in which you will place the testimony that I will give to you.

22 Und dort komme Ich mit dir zusammen und rede mit dir von dem Gnadenstuhl zwischen den beiden Cheruben hervor, die auf der Lade des Zeugnisses sind, mit dir zu reden alles, was Ich dir an die Söhne Israels gebieten werde.

From there, I will warn you and speak to you, above the propitiatory and from the middle of the two Cherubim, which will be over the ark of the testimony, about everything that I will command of the sons of Israel through you.

23 Und einen Tisch sollst du machen von Schittimholz, zwei Ellen seine Länge, und eine Elle seine Breite, und eine Elle und eine halbe seine Höhe.

You shall also make a table of setim wood, having two cubits of length, and one cubit in width, and one cubit and one half cubits in height.

24 Und sollst ihn mit reinem Gold überziehen, und ihm ringsum einen Kranz von Gold machen.

And you shall overlay it with the purest gold. And you shall make it with a gold lip all around,

25 Und eine Randleiste eine Handbreit sollst du machen rings herum, und einen Kranz von Gold ringsum für die Randleiste.

and for the lip itself an engraved crown, four fingers high, and above it another little gold crown.

26 Und sollst ihm vier goldene Ringe machen, und die Ringe auf die vier Ecken setzen, die an seinen vier Füßen sind.

Likewise, you shall prepare four gold rings and set them in the four corners of the same table, over each foot.

27 Nächst der Randleiste sollen die Ringe sein, als Behälter für die Stangen, um den Tisch zu tragen.

Under the crown, there shall be gold rings, so that the bars may be put through them and the table may be carried.

28 Und die Stangen mache aus Schittimholz und überziehe sie mit Gold, daß mit ihnen der Tisch getragen werde.

Likewise, the bars themselves you shall make of setim wood, and surround them with gold, to lift up the table.

29 Auch mache seine Schüsseln und seine Platten und seine Becher und seine Trankopferschalen, womit er gedeckt wird; aus reinem Gold sollst du sie machen.

You shall also prepare small cups, as well as bowls, censers, and measuring cups, with which the libations shall be offered, out of the purest gold.

30 Und gib auf den Tisch die Schaubrote vor Mein Angesicht beständig.

And you shall place upon the table the bread of the presence, in my sight always.

31 Und mache einen Leuchter von reinem Gold; in getriebener Arbeit werde der Leuchter gemacht. Sein Schaft und seine Röhre, seine Kelche, seine Knäufe und seine Blumen sollen aus ihm sein.

You shall also make a lampstand, formed from the finest gold, along with its stem and arms, its bowl and little spheres, as well as the lilies proceeding from it.

32 Und sechs Röhren sollen aus seinen Seiten ausgehen; drei Röhren des Leuchters aus der einen Seite, und drei Röhren des Leuchters aus der zweiten Seite.

Six branches shall go out from the sides: three out of one side and three out of the other.

33 Drei mandelblütförmige Kelche seien an einer Röhre mit Knauf und Blume, und drei mandelblütförmige Kelche an der anderen Röhre mit Knauf und Blume, so bei den sechs Röhren, die von dem Leuchter ausgehen.

Three bowls, the size of nuts, shall be on each branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. And three similar bowls, in the likeness of nuts, shall be on the other branch, and a little sphere with it, and a lily. This shall be the form of the six branches, which are to proceed from the stem.

34 Und am Leuchter sollen vier mandelblütförmige Kelche mit ihren Knäufen und Blumen sein.

Then, in the lampstand itself, there shall be four bowls, the size of nuts, and each with little spheres and lilies.

35 Und ein Knauf sei unter zwei Röhren aus demselben, und ein Knauf unter zwei Röhren aus demselben, und ein Knauf unter zwei Röhren unter demselben; an den sechs Röhren, die von dem Leuchter ausgehen.

Little spheres under two branches in three places, which together make six, shall proceed from one of the stems.

36 Ihre Käufe und Röhren seien aus ihm selbst; alles an ihm sei aus einer getriebenen Arbeit von reinem Gold.

Thus both the little spheres and the branches shall be made out of the same thing: entirely formed from the purest gold.

37 Und mache seiner Lampen sieben, daß man seine Lampen aufstecke und leuchten lasse gegen sein Angesicht.

You shall also make seven lamps, and you shall place them upon the lampstand, so that they may give light in every direction.

38 Und seine Lichtputzen und Löschnäpfe seien von reinem Gold.

Likewise, the candle snuffers, and the place where the candles will be extinguished, shall be made from the purest gold.

39 Aus einem Talent reinen Goldes mache man ihn, samt allen diesen Gefäßen.

The entire weight of the candlestick, with all its parts, shall hold one talent of the purest gold.

40 Und siehe zu, und mache es nach dem Vorbild derselben, das dir auf dem Berge gezeigt worden ist.

Observe, and then make it according to the example that was shown to you on the mountain.”
