Lévitique 27

1 Yahweh parla à Moïse, en disant:

And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.

2 « Parle aux enfants d’Israël, et dis-leur: Si quelqu’un fait un vœu, les personnes seront à Yahweh selon ton estimation.

Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them anyone if he will make hard a vow by valuation of your persons to Yahweh.

3 Si l’objet de ton estimation est un homme de vingt à soixante ans, ton estimation sera de cinquante sicles d’argent, selon le sicle du sanctuaire;

And it will be valuation of your the male from a son of twenty year[s] and to a son of sixty year[s] and it will be valuation your fifty shekel[s] silver by [the] shekel of the holy place.

4 si c’est une femme, ton estimation sera de trente sicles.

And if [is] female she and it will be valuation your thirty shekel[s].

5 De cinq ans à vingt ans, ton estimation sera de vingt sicles pour un garçon, et de dix sicles pour une fille.

And if from a son of five years and to a son of twenty year[s] and it will be valuation of your the male twenty shekels and of the female ten shekels.

6 D’un mois à cinq ans, ton estimation sera de cinq sicles d’argent pour un garçon, et pour une fille ton estimation sera de trois sicles d’argent.

And if from a son of a month and to a son of five years and it will be valuation of your the male five shekels silver and of the female valuation your three shekels silver.

7 De soixante ans et au-dessus, ton estimation sera de quinze sicles pour un homme, et de dix sicles pour une femme.

And if from a son of sixty year[s] and up-wards if male and it will be valuation your fif-teen shekel[s] and of the female ten shekels.

8 Si celui qui a fait le vœu est trop pauvre pour payer la valeur de ton estimation, on le présentera au prêtre, qui fera son estimation; le prêtre fera l’estimation d’après les ressources de celui qui a fait le vœu.

And if [is too] impoverished he for valuation your and he will station him before the priest and he will evaluate him the priest on [the] mouth of [that] which it will reach [the] hand of the [one who] vows he will evaluate him the priest.

9 Si l’on voue un des animaux dont on fait offrande à Yahweh, tout ce qu’on en donne ainsi à Yahweh sera chose sainte.

And if an animal which people will present from it a present to Yahweh all that someone will give from it to Yahweh it will be a holy thing.

10 On ne le changera point, on ne mettra pas un mauvais à la place d’un bon, ni un bon à la place d’un mauvais; si l’on remplace un animal par un autre, ils seront l’un et l’autre chose sainte.

Not he will substitute it and not he will exchange it good for bad or bad for good and if ever he will exchange an animal for an animal and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing.

11 Si c’est quelque animal impur dont on ne peut faire offrande à Yahweh, on présentera l’animal au prêtre,

And if any animal unclean which not people will present from it a present to Yahweh and he will station the animal before the priest.

12 et le prêtre en fera l’estimation selon qu’il sera bon ou mauvais, et l’on s’en rapportera à l’estimation de prêtre.

And he will evaluate the priest it between good and between bad according to valuation of your the priest so it will be.

13 Si on veut le racheter, on ajoutera un cinquième à ton estimation.

And certainly [if] he will redeem it and he will add fifth its to valuation your.

14 Si quelqu’un sanctifie sa maison en la consacrant à Yahweh, le prêtre en fera l’estimation selon qu’elle est bonne ou mauvaise, et l’on s’en tiendra à l’estimation du prêtre.

And anyone if he will set apart as holy house his a holy thing to Yahweh and he will evaluate it the priest between good and between bad just as he will evaluate it the priest so it will stand.

15 Si celui qui a sanctifié sa maison veut la racheter, il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de ton estimation, et elle sera à lui.

And if the [one who] sets apart as holy he will redeem house his and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will belong to him.

16 Si quelqu’un consacre à Yahweh une partie du champ qui est sa propriété, ton estimation se fera d’après la quantité de grain nécessaire pour l’ensemencer, à raison de cinquante sicles d’argent pour un chomer de semence d’orge.

And if - some of [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy anyone to Yahweh and it will be valuation your to [the] mouth of seed its seed of a homer of barley for fifty shekel[s] of silver.

17 Si c’est dès l’année du jubilé qu’il consacre son champ, on s’en tiendra à ton estimation;

If from [the] year of the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his according to valuation your it will stand.

18 mais si c’est après le jubilé qu’il consacre son champ, le prêtre en évaluera le prix à raison du nombre d’années qui restent jusqu’au jubilé, et il sera fait une réduction sur ton estimation.

And if after the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his and he will calculate for himself the priest the money on [the] mouth of the years which remain until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be deducted from valuation your.

19 Si celui qui a consacré son champ veut le racheter, il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de ton estimation, et le champ lui restera.

And certainly [if] he will redeem the field the [one who] set apart as holy it and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will stand to him.

20 S’il ne rachète pas le champ, ou qu’il le vende à un autre homme, ce champ ne pourra plus être racheté;

And if not he will redeem the field and if he has sold the field to a man another not it will be redeemed again.

21 et quand il sera libéré au jubilé, le champ sera consacré à Yahweh, comme un champ qui a été voué: il deviendra la propriété du prêtre.

And it will be the field when goes out it in the jubilee a holy thing to Yahweh like [the] field of total destruction to the priest it will belong possession his.

22 Si quelqu’un consacre à Yahweh un champ acheté par lui et ne faisant pas partie de son patrimoine,

And if field of purchase his which not [is] from [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy to Yahweh.

23 le prêtre en évaluera le prix d’après ton estimation jusqu’à l’année du jubilé, et cet homme paiera le jour même le prix fixé, comme chose consacrée à Yahweh.

And he will calculate for himself the priest [the] amount of valuation your until [the] year of the jubilee and he will give valuation your on the day that a holy thing to Yahweh.

24 L’année du jubilé, le champ retournera à celui de qui on l’avait acheté et du patrimoine duquel il faisait partie.

In [the] year of the jubilee it will return the field to [the one] whom he bought it from with him to [the one] whom [belongs] to him [the] possession of the land.

25 Toutes tes estimations seront faites au sicle du sanctuaire: le sicle est de vingt guéras.

And every valuation your it will be by [the] shekel of the holy place twenty gerah[s] it will be the shekel.

26 Nul, toutefois, ne pourra consacrer le premier-né de son bétail, lequel, comme premier-né, appartient déjà à Yahweh: bœuf ou brebis, il appartient à Yahweh.

Nevertheless a firstborn which it will be born a firstling [belongs] to Yahweh among livestock not he will set apart as holy anyone it whether an ox or a sheep [belongs] to Yahweh it.

27 S’il s’agit d’un animal impur, on le rachètera au prix de ton estimation, en y ajoutant un cinquième; s’il n’est pas racheté, il sera vendu d’après ton estimation.

And if among the livestock unclean and he will redeem [it] by valuation your and he will add fifth its to it and if not it will be redeemed and it will be sold by valuation your.

28 Rien de ce qu’un homme aura voué par anathème à Yahweh, dans tout ce qui lui appartient, que ce soit un homme, un animal ou un champ de son patrimoine, ne pourra ni se vendre, ni se racheter; tout ce qui est voué par anathème est chose très sainte, appartenant à Yahweh.

Nevertheless every devoted thing which he will dedicate to destruction anyone to Yahweh from all that [belongs] to him from humankind and livestock and from [the] field of possession his not it will be sold and not it will be redeemed every devoted thing [is] a holy thing of holy things it to Yahweh.

29 Aucune personne vouée par anathème ne pourra être rachetée: elle sera mise à mort.

Every dedicated person who he will be dedicated to destruction from humankind not he will be redeemed certainly he will be put to death.

30 Toute dîme de la terre, prélevée soit sur les semences de la terre, soit sur les fruits des arbres, appartient à Yahweh: c’est une chose consacrée à Yahweh.

And all [the] tithe of the land from [the] seed of the land from [the] fruit of the tree[s] [belongs] to Yahweh it [it is] a holy thing to Yahweh.

31 Si quelqu’un veut racheter quelque chose de sa dîme, il y ajoutera un cinquième.

And certainly [if] he will redeem anyone any of tithe his fifth its let him add to it.

32 Quant aux dîmes de gros et de menu bétail, de tout ce qui passe sous la houlette, le dixième animal sera consacré à Yahweh.

And all [the] tithe of [the] herd and [the] flock all that it will pass by under the rod the tenth it will be a holy thing to Yahweh.

33 On ne fera pas un choix entre ce qui est bon ou mauvais, et l’on ne fera pas d’échange; et si l’on fait un échange, l’animal remplacé et celui qui le remplace seront tous deux chose sainte et ne pourront être rachetés. »

Not he will scrutinize between good and the bad and not he will exchange it and if ever he will exchange it and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing not it will be redeemed.

34 Tels sont les commandements que Yahweh donna à Moïse pour les enfants d’Israël, sur la montagne de Sinaï.

These [are] the commandments which he commanded Yahweh Moses to [the] people of Israel on [the] mountain of Sinai.
