Psaumes 93

1 Yahvé règne! Il est vêtu de majesté! Yahvé est armé de force. Le monde aussi est établi. Il ne peut pas être déplacé.

Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty; Jehovah is clothed with majesty, and girded with strength; Therefore the earth standeth firm, and cannot be moved.

2 Ton trône est établi depuis longtemps. Vous êtes de toute éternité.

Thy throne was established of old; Thou art from everlasting!

3 Les flots se sont élevés, Yahvé, les inondations ont élevé leur voix. Les inondations soulèvent leurs vagues.

The floods, O LORD! lift up, The floods lift up their voice; The floods lift up their roaring!

4 Au-dessus des voix des grandes eaux, les puissants brisants de la mer, Yahvé le Grand est puissant.

Mightier than the voice of many waters, Yea, than the mighty waves of the sea, Is the LORD in his lofty habitation.

5 Tes statuts sont fermes. La sainteté orne votre maison, Yahvé, pour toujours.

Thy promises are most sure; Holiness becometh thy house, O LORD! for ever!
