< Psalmowo 92 >
1 Ha si wokpa. Hadzidzi. Na Dzudzɔgbe ŋkeke la. Enyo be woakafu Yehowa, eye woadzi ha na wò ŋkɔ, o Dziƒoʋĩtɔ,
A Melody, a Song, For the Sabbath-day. It is good to give thanks to Yahweh, And to sing praises unto thy Name, O Most High;
2 ne woaɖe gbeƒã wò lɔlɔ̃ le ŋdi me kple wò nuteƒewɔwɔ le fiẽ me,
To declare, in the morning, thy lovingkindness, And thy faithfulness at night;
3 ɖe ka ewo gakasaŋku kple kasaŋku ƒe gbe vivi nu.
Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon a harp, With resounding music on the lyre.
4 O! Yehowa, èna mekpɔ dzidzɔ le wò nuwɔnawo ta. Medzi ha tso aseye le wò asinudɔwo ta.
For thou hast made me glad, O Yahweh, in thy doing, In the works of thy hands, will I shout for joy.
5 O! Yehowa, wò dɔwɔwɔwo lolo loo, aleke wò susuwo me goglo ale?
How great have grown thy works, Yahweh, [How] very deep are laid thy plans!
6 Numanyala menya esia o, eye bometsilawo mese egɔme o,
A man that is brutish, cannot know, And, a dullard, cannot discern this: —
7 be togbɔ be ame vɔ̃ɖi tsi mlɔmlɔmlɔ abe gbe ene, eye nu tovo wɔlawo ƒo se hã la, woatsrɔ̃ wo gbidigbidi.
When the lawless do thrive like grass, And all the workers of iniquity have blossomed, It is that they may be destroyed for ever.
8 Ke wò, o Yehowa, woado wò ɖe dzi tegbetegbe.
But, thou, shalt be on high age-abidingly, O Yahweh.
9 Vavã, wò futɔwo, o Yehowa, atsrɔ̃ le nyateƒe me, eye nu vlo wɔlawo katã aka ahlẽ gbẽe.
For lo! thine enemies, Yahweh, For lo! thine enemies, shall perish, They shall be scattered—all the workers of iniquity;
10 Èkɔ nye dzo ɖe dzi abe to tɔ ene, eye nèkɔ ami nyuitɔwo ɖe dzinye.
But thou wilt exalt, as [those of] the buffalo, my horn, I have been anointed, with fresh oil.
11 Nye ŋkuwo kpɔ ale si woɖu nye ketɔwo dzii, eye nye towo se ale si wonya avuzi le nye futɔ vɔ̃ɖiwo dzii.
So hath mine eye descried them who were lying in wait for me, —Of my wicked assailants, mine ears, shall hear.
12 Ame dzɔdzɔewo atsi abe ale si deti tsinae ene, woatsi akɔ abe Lebanon ƒe sedati ene;
The righteous, like the palm-tree, shall thrive, Like the cedar in Lebanon, shall he grow;
13 ati siwo wodo ɖe Yehowa ƒe aƒe me, woatsi nyuie le míaƒe Mawu la ƒe xɔxɔnu.
They who are planted in the house of Yahweh, In the courts of our God, shall flourish;
14 Aleke gbegbe wotsii hã la, woaganɔ tsetsem, eye woƒe aŋgbawo ada ama, eye womalũ xɛ o.
Still shall they bear fruit in old age, Vigorous and fresh, shall they be:
15 Woaɖe gbeƒã be, “Yehowae nye dzɔdzɔetɔ; eyae nye nye Agakpe, eye vɔ̃ɖinyenye aɖeke mele eme o.”
To declare that upright is Yahweh, My Rock, and no perversity in him.
