< Psalmowo 135 >
1 Mikafu Yehowa. Mikafu Yehowa ƒe ŋkɔ, mikafui, mi Yehowa ƒe dɔlawo.
Praise Yah. Praise ye the name of Yhwh; praise him, O ye servants of Yhwh.
2 Mi ame siwo subɔna le Yehowa ƒe aƒe me, le míaƒe Mawu la ƒe xɔxɔnuwo.
Ye that stand in the house of Yhwh, in the courts of the house of our God,
3 Mikafu Yehowa, elabena Yehowa nyo; midzi ha na eƒe ŋkɔ, elabena esia vivina.
Praise Yah; for Yhwh is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
4 Elabena Yehowa tia Yakob be wòanye ye tɔ, eye wòtia Israel be wòanye yeƒe domenyinu xɔasi la.
For Yah hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.
5 Menya be Yehowa lolo, eye míaƒe Aƒetɔ la lolo wu mawuwo katã.
For I know that Yhwh is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.
6 Yehowa wɔa nu sia nu si dze eŋu le dziƒo kple anyigba, le atsiaƒuwo me kple woƒe gogloƒewo katã.
Whatsoever Yhwh pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
7 Enaa lilikpo hona tso anyigba ƒe mlɔenu ke, edɔa dzikedzo be wòava kple tsidzadza, eye wòɖea yaƒoƒo ɖe go tso eƒe nudzraɖoƒewo.
He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.
8 Eƒo Egipte ƒe ŋgɔgbeviwo ƒu anyi; amegbetɔwo kple lãwo siaa ƒe ŋgɔgbeviwo.
Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
9 O! Egipte, edɔ eƒe dzesiwo kple nukunuwo ɖo ɖe mía dome, ɖe Farao kple eƒe dɔlawo katã ŋu.
Who sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
10 Eƒo dukɔ geɖewo ƒu anyi, eye wòwu fia sesẽwo.
Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;
11 Ewu Sixɔn, Amoritɔwo ƒe fia, Ɔg, Basantɔwo ƒe fia kple Kanaan fiawo katã,
Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan:
12 eye wòtsɔ woƒe anyigba wɔ domenyinu, na eƒe dukɔ Israel.
And gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.
13 O! Yehowa, wò ŋkɔ li tegbetegbe, o Yehowa, èxɔ ŋkɔ le dzidzimewo katã me.
Thy name, O Yhwh, endureth for ever; and thy memorial, O Yhwh, throughout all generations.
14 Elabena Yehowa atso afia na eƒe dukɔ, eye wòakpɔ nublanui na eƒe dɔlawo.
For Yhwh will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants.
15 Dukɔwo ƒe legbawo nye klosalo kple sika, amegbetɔ ƒe asinudɔwɔwɔwo wonye.
The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
16 Nu li na wo, gake womeƒoa nu o, ŋku li na wo gake womekpɔa nu o,
They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
17 to li na wo, gake womesea nu loo, alo gbɔna to woƒe nu me o.
They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18 Ame siwo wɔ wo la anɔ abe woawo ke ene, eye nenema kee nye ame siwo katã ɖoa dzi ɖe wo ŋu.
They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.
19 O! Israel ƒe aƒe, mikafu Yehowa, O! Aron ƒe aƒe, mikafu Yehowa,
Bless Yhwh, O house of Israel: bless Yhwh, O house of Aaron:
20 O! Levi ƒe aƒe, mikafu Yehowa, eye mi ame siwo vɔ̃nɛ la, mikafu Yehowa.
Bless Yhwh, O house of Levi: ye that fear Yhwh, bless Yhwh.
21 Woakafu Yehowa tso Zion, eya ame si nɔ Yerusalem. Mikafu Yehowa!
Blessed be Yhwh out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Hallelu jah.
