Eliashib the high priest and other priests with him began rebuilding at the Sheep Gate. They dedicated it and set up its doors. Then they continued building as far as the Tower of the Hundred and the Tower of Hananel and dedicated it.
2 Yerikotɔwo kple Zakur, Imri ƒe vi la, ƒe dɔwɔlawo kpe ɖe ameawo ŋu le dɔ la wɔwɔ me.
The men of Jericho built the section next to Eliashib, and Zaccur, son of Imri, built the one after.
3 Hasenaa ƒe viwo ɖo Tɔmelãgbo la. Wolã xɔtutiwo, de ʋɔtruawo, eye wode ʋɔtruŋugawo kple ʋɔmedegawo wo ŋu.
The Fish Gate was rebuilt by the sons of Hassenaah. They laid its beams and set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars.
4 Meremot, Uria ƒe vi kple Hakɔz ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi wogbugbɔ gli la ƒe akpa si kplɔe ɖo la ɖo, eye Mesulam, Berekia ƒe vi kple Mesezabel ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi kple Zadok, Baana ƒe vi, hã woɖo gli la ƒe akpa bubuwo.
The next section was repaired by Meremoth, son of Uriah, son of Hakkoz; next to him, was Meshullam, son of Berechiah, son of Meshezabel; and next to him, Zadok, son of Baana.

Next were the Tekoites, but their nobles refused to do manual work under a supervisor.
6 Yoiada, Pasea ƒe vi kple Mesulam, Besodeia ƒe vi wodzra Agbo Xoxo la ɖo. Wotu atiawo, de ʋɔtruawo agbo la nu, eye wode ʋɔtruŋugawo kple ʋɔmedegawo.
The Old Gate was repaired by Joiada, son of Paseah and Meshullam, son of Besodeiah. They laid its beams and set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars.
7 Ame siwo wɔ dɔ ɖe wo yome la woe nye Melatia tso Gibeon, Yadon tso Meronot kple ŋutsu siwo tso Gibeon kple Mizpa; teƒe siawo katã le mɔmefia si le Frat Tɔsisi la godo la te.
Next were Melatiah the Gibeonite, Jadon the Meronothite, and the men of Gibeon and Mizpah, who were under the jurisdiction of the governor of the province west of the Euphrates.
8 Uziel, Harhaia ƒe vi si nye sikaɖaŋuwɔlawo dometɔ ɖeka la hã wɔ dɔ le gliawo ŋu. Ame si wɔ dɔ kplɔe ɖo lae nye Hananiya, amiʋeʋĩwɔla aɖe. Woɖɔ gli la ɖo tso Yerusalem va se ɖe keke Gli Gbadza la gbɔ ke.
Next was Uzziel, son of Harhaiah, one of the goldsmiths; and next to him was Hananiah, son of the perfumer. They strengthened Jerusalem as far as the Broad Wall.
9 Tso afi sia la, Refaya si nye Hur ƒe vi, ame si nye Yerusalem nuto la ƒe afã dziɖula la ɖo gli la ƒe akpa aɖe.
Next was Rephaiah, son of Hur, ruler of a Jerusalem half-district.
10 Le eya megbe la, Yedaia, Harumaf ƒe vi ɖɔ gli si dze ŋgɔ eƒe aƒe la ɖo. Ame si wɔ dɔ kplɔe ɖo lae nye Hatus, Hasabnia ƒe vi.
Next was Jedaiah, son of Harumaph, who made repairs opposite his house. Next was Hattush, son of Hashabneiah.
11 Ame siwo kplɔ eya hã ɖo lae nye Malkiya, Harim ƒe vi kple Hasub, Pahat Moab ƒe vi, ame si dzra Dzokpomɔ la ɖo kpe ɖe gli la ɖoɖo ŋu.
Malchijah, son of Harim, and Hasshub, son of Pahath-moab, worked on another section, as well as the Tower of the Ovens.
12 Salum, Halohes ƒe vi, ame si nye Yerusalem nuto la ƒe afã evelia dziɖula la kple via nyɔnuwo dzra gli la ƒe akpa si le Dzokpomɔ la megbe ɖo.
Next was Shallum, son of Hallohesh, ruler of a Jerusalem half-district, helped by his daughters.
13 Ame siwo gbugbɔ Balimegbo la ɖɔɖola woe nye Hanun kple Zanoatɔwo. Wode agbomedegawo kple ʋɔmedegawo eŋu. Azɔ la, wogbugbɔ gli la ƒe akpa si ƒe didime anɔ abe mita alafa ene blaatɔ̃ ene la tu va se ɖe Aɖukpogbo la nu.
The Valley Gate was repaired by Hanun and the people who lived in Zanoah. They rebuilt it, set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars, and repaired a thousand cubits of the wall up to the Refuse Gate.
14 Malkiya, Rekab ƒe vi, ame si nye Bet Hakerem dziɖula la gbugbɔ Aɖukpogbo la tu, de ʋɔtruwo enu, eye wòde ʋɔtruŋugawo kple ʋɔmedegawo ʋɔtruawo ŋu.
The Refuse Gate was repaired by Malchijah, son of Rechab, ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem, He rebuilt it and set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars.
15 Salum, Kol Hoze ƒe vi, ame si kpɔa Mizpa nuto la dzi la wɔ dɔ le Tsidzidzigbo la ŋu. Egbugbɔe tu, gbae, hede ʋɔtru, ʋɔtruŋugawo kple ʋɔmedegawo wo ŋu. Azɔ la, egbugbɔ gli la ɖo tso Siloam Ta la ŋu yi fia la ƒe abɔ gbɔ kple atrakpui siwo ɖiɖi tso Yerusalem ƒe akpa si nye Fia David ƒe du la me.
The Fountain Gate was repaired by Shallun, son of Col-hozeh, ruler of the Mizpah district. He rebuilt it, put a roof on it, set up its doors, together with its bolts and bars. He rebuilt the wall of the Pool of Shelah by the king's garden, as far as the steps that go down from the City of David.

Past him, Nehemiah, son of Azbuk, ruler of a Beth-zur half-district, repaired up to a point opposite David's cemetery, as far as the man-made pool and the House of the Mighty Warriors.

Next were the Levites under Rehum son of Bani, and next was Hashabiah, ruler of Keilah half-district, who made repairs on behalf of his district.
18 Ame siwo kplɔe ɖo la woe nye eƒe hlɔ̃metɔwo. Wowɔ dɔ le Bawai, Henadad ƒe vi, ame si nye Keila nuto la ƒe afã evelia dziɖula la ƒe dzikpɔkpɔ te.
Next to them were their neighbors under Binnui, son of Henadad, ruler of the other Keilah half-district.
19 Dɔwɔla siwo kplɔ wo ɖo la nɔ Ezer, Yesua ƒe vi, Mizpa dziɖula ƒe kpɔkplɔ te. Wowɔ dɔ le gli la ŋu tso Aʋawɔnuxɔ la gbɔ le gli la ƒe dzogoe dzi.
Next was Ezer, son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, who repaired another section opposite Armory Hill, where the wall turns.
20 Emegbe la, Baruk, Zebai ƒe vi, ɖo gli la tso dzogoe la dzi yi Eliasib, nunɔlagã la, ƒe aƒe gbɔ.
Next was Baruch, son of Zabbai, who worked hard repairing another section, from where the wall turns to the entrance of Eliashib the high priest's house.
21 Meremot, Uria ƒe vi kple Hakɔz ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi, woɖo gli la ƒe akpa aɖe tso Eliasib ƒe aƒe ƒe agbo ƒe kasa yi aƒe la xa.
Next was Meremoth, son of Uriah, ton of Hakkoz, who repaired another section, from the entrance of Eliashib the high priest's house to its end.
22 Ame siwo wɔ dɔ kplɔ wo ɖo la woe nye nunɔla siwo tso nuto siwo ƒo xlã wo la me.
Next were the priests from the area around made repairs.
23 Benyamin, Hasub kple Azaria, Maaseya ƒe vi kple Anania ƒe tɔgbuiyɔvi woɖo gli la ƒe akpa siwo to woƒe aƒewo ŋu.
Past them were Benjamin and Hasshub who made repairs in front of their house, and next to them, Azariah, son of Maaseiah, son of Ananiah, made repairs beside his house.

Next was Binnui, son of Henadad, who repaired another section, from Azariah's house to where the wall turns and the corner.
25 eye Palal, Uzai ƒe vi, ɖoe tso dzogoe la dzi yi ɖatɔ fia la ƒe mɔ ƒe xɔ kɔkɔtɔ gbɔ le gaxɔ la ƒe gɔmeɖokpe gbɔ, eye Pedaya, Paros ƒe vi kplɔe ɖo.
Palal, son of Uzai, worked opposite where the wall turns and the tower that extends from the upper palace, near the court of the guard. Next were Pedaiah, son of Parosh

Next was Zadok, son of Immer, who worked opposite his house, and next was Shemaiah, son of Shecaniah, the guard at the East Gate.

Next was Malchijah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs as far as the house of the Temple servants and the merchants, opposite the Inspection Gate, and as far as the room above the corner.
