Now we beseech you, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our being assembled together unto him,

and in all deceit of unrighteousness for those who are perishing; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 eya ta Mawu ɖe mɔ na wo be woaxɔ alakpa siawo katã dzi ase kple woƒe dzi blibo,
And for this cause God sendeth them a working of delusion, that they may believe the falsehood;

But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, that God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of the Spirit, and belief of the truth;
14 Mawu gblɔ nyanyui la na mi to mía dzi, eye to mía dzi wòyɔ mi be miakpɔ gome le míaƒe Aƒetɔ Yesu Kristo ƒe ŋutikɔkɔe la me.
