Zephaniah 1
1 The word of the Lord, that was maad to Sofonye, sone of Chusi, sone of Godolie, sone of Amasie, sone of Ezechie, in the daies of Josie, the sone of Amon, king of Juda.
Wuta na buku ya motambolisi banzembo. Babetaki yango na mandanda. Na tango Joziasi, mwana mobali ya Amoni, azalaki mokonzi ya mokili ya Yuda, Yawe alobaki na Sofoni, mwana mobali ya Kushi, mwana mobali ya Gedalia, mwana mobali ya Amaria, mwana mobali ya Ezekiasi:
2 Y gaderinge schal gadere alle thingis fro the face of erthe, seith the Lord;
« Nakosilisa kobebisa biloko nyonso oyo ezali kati na mokili, » elobi Yawe,
3 Y gaderynge man and beeste, Y gaderynge volatils of heuene, and fischis of the see; and fallyngis of vnpitouse men schulen be, and Y schal leese men fro face of erthe, seith the Lord.
« solo, nakoboma ezala bato to banyama, ezala bandeke ya likolo to bambisi ya ebale; nakolongola, na mokili, bato mabe mpe biloko oyo ebetisaka bato mabaku » elobi Yawe.
4 And Y schal stretche out myn hond on Juda, and on alle dwellers of Jerusalem; and Y schal lese fro this place the relifs of Baal, and the names of keperis of housis, with prestis;
« Nakosembola loboko na Ngai mpo na kopesa mokili ya Yuda mpe bavandi nyonso ya Yelusalemi etumbu; nakosilisa koboma, na esika oyo, nyonso oyo etikali, ya losambo ya nzambe Bala elongo na bakombo ya banganga-nzambe ya bapagano, oyo basalelaka banzambe ya bikeko:
5 and hem that worschipen on roouys the knyythod of heuene, and worschipen, and sweren in the Lord, and sweren in Melchon;
bato nyonso oyo bafukamaka na likolo ya bandako mpo na kosambela mampinga ya likolo, bato nyonso oyo bagumbamaka na kolapa ndayi na Kombo na Yawe mpe na kombo na nzambe Moloki,
6 and whiche ben turned awei bihynde the bak of the Lord, and whiche `souyten not the Lord, nether enserchiden hym.
bato nyonso oyo bapesaka Yawe mokongo, oyo balukaka Ye te mpe batunaka Ye te.
7 Be ye stille fro the face of the Lord God, for niy is the dai of the Lord; for the Lord made redi a sacrifice, halewide hise clepid men.
Bovanda kimia liboso ya Nkolo Yawe, pamba te mokolo ya Yawe ekomi pene! Yawe abongisi mbeka, abulisi babengami na Ye.
8 And it schal be, in the dai of sacrifice of the Lord, Y schal visite on princes, and on sones of the kyng, and on alle that ben clothid with pilgrimys, ether straunge, clothing.
Na mokolo ya mbeka ya Yawe, nakopesa etumbu epai ya bakambi, epai ya bana mibali ya mokonzi mpe epai ya bato nyonso oyo balataka bilamba ya bapaya.
9 And Y schal visite on ech that proudli entrith on the threisfold in that dai, whiche fillen the hous of her Lord God with wickidnesse and gile.
Na mokolo wana, nakopesa etumbu epai ya bato nyonso oyo bapumbwaka ekotelo ya tempelo, bato oyo batondisaka tempelo ya banzambe na bango ya bikeko na makambo ya kanza mpe na lokuta.
10 And ther schal be in that dai, seith the Lord, a vois of cry fro the yate of fischis, and yellynge fro the secounde yate, and greet defoulyng fro litle hillis.
Na mokolo wana, » elobi Yawe, « koganga makasi ekoyokana wuta na Ekuke ya Bambisi, kolela ekoyokana wuta na Mboka ya sika mpe lokito monene wuta na bangomba mikuse.
11 Yelle ye, dwelleris of Pila; al the puple of Canaan was stille togidere, alle men wlappid in siluer perischiden.
Bino bavandi ya etuka Makiteshi, bolela, pamba te bato nyonso ya mombongo bakokufa, mpe bato nyonso oyo batekaka palata bakobebisama!
12 And it schal be, in that tyme Y schal seke Jerusalem with lanternes, and Y schal visite on alle men piyt in her darstis, whiche seien in her hertis, The Lord schal not do wel, and he schal not do yuele.
Na tango wana, nakoluka engumba Yelusalemi na nzela ya mwinda, nakopesa etumbu epai ya bato nyonso oyo bamimonaka ete bakoka mpe bamilobelaka: ‹ Yawe asalaka na Ye eloko te, ezala ya malamu to ya mabe. ›
13 And the strengthe of hem schal be in to rauyschyng, and the housis of hem in to desert; and thei schulen bilde housis, and schulen not enhabite; and thei schulen plaunte vyneyerdis, and thei schulen not drynke the wyn of hem.
Bakobotola bango bomengo na makasi mpe bakobuka bandako na bango; bakotonga bandako, kasi bakotikala kovanda yango te; bakosala bilanga ya vino, kasi bakotikala komela vino na yango te. »
14 Nyy is the greet dai of the Lord, niy and swift ful myche; the vois of the dai of the Lord is bittir, a strong man schal be in tribulacioun there.
Mokolo monene ya Yawe ekomi pene, solo ekomi pene mpe ezali koya noki penza. Boyoka! Makelele ya mokolo na Yawe ekozala bololo; ezala basoda ya mpiko, bakoganga mpo na koluka lisungi.
15 `The ilke dai is a dai of wraththe, dai of tribulacioun and angwisch, dai of nedynesse and wretchidnesse, dai of derknessis and myist, dai of cloude and whirlewynd,
Mokolo yango ekozala mokolo ya kanda makasi, mokolo ya pasi mpe ya somo, mokolo ya komitungisa mpe ya kobebisama, mokolo ya butu mpe ya molili makasi, mokolo ya mapata mpe mapata ya mwindo,
16 dai of trumpe and noise on strong citees and on hiye corneris.
mokolo ya kobeta bakelelo mpe ya makelele ya bitumba mpo na kobundisa bingumba batonga makasi mpe bandako milayi oyo batonga makasi.
17 And Y schal troble men, and thei schulen walke as blynde, for thei han synned ayens the Lord; and the blood of hem schal be sched out as erthe, and the bodies of hem schulen be as tordis.
Nakotindela bato pasi ya makasi: bakokoma kotambola lokola bato balangwe masanga, pamba te basalaki masumu liboso ya Yawe; bakopanza makila na bango lokola putulu mpe bakobwaka misopo na bango lokola salite.
18 But and the siluer of hem, and gold of hem, schal not mowe delyuere hem in the dai of wraththe of the Lord; in fier of his feruour al erthe schal be deuourid, for he schal make ende with haastyng to alle men enhabitynge the erthe.
Na mokolo ya kanda na Yawe, ezala palata to wolo na bango ekobikisa bango te. Na moto ya zuwa na Ye, mokili mobimba ekozikisama, pamba te akosukisa na mbalakata bavandi nyonso ya mokili.
