Psalms 115

1 Lord, not to vs, not to vs; but yyue thou glorie to thi name.

Ɛnyɛ yɛn, Ao Awurade, ɛnyɛ yɛn na wo din na animuonyam nka, wʼadɔeɛ ne wo nokorɛdie enti.

2 On thi merci and thi treuthe; lest ony tyme hethene men seien, Where is the God of hem?

Adɛn enti na aman no bisa sɛ, “Wɔn Onyankopɔn wɔ he?”

3 Forsothe oure God in heuene; dide alle thingis, whiche euere he wolde.

Yɛn Onyankopɔn wɔ ɔsoro; deɛ ɔpɛ biara na ɔyɛ.

4 The symulacris of hethene men ben siluer and gold; the werkis of mennus hondis.

Nanso wɔn ahoni yɛ dwetɛ ne sikakɔkɔɔ a wɔde onipa nsa na ayɛ.

5 Tho han mouth, and schulen not speke; tho han iyen, and schulen not se.

Wɔwɔ ano, nanso wɔntumi nkasa; wɔwɔ ani, nanso wɔnhunu adeɛ.

6 Tho han eeris, and schulen not here; tho han nose thurls, and schulen not smelle.

Wɔwɔ aso, nanso wɔnte asɛm; wɔwɔ hwene, nanso wɔnte hwa.

7 Tho han hondis, and schulen not grope; tho han feet, and schulen not go; tho schulen not crye in her throte.

Wɔwɔ nsa, nanso wɔnte nka; Wɔwɔ nan, nanso wɔnnante. Wɔntumi mma nnyegyeeɛ bi mfiri wɔn mene mu.

8 Thei that maken tho ben maad lijk tho; and alle that triste in tho.

Wɔn a wɔyɛɛ ahoni no bɛyɛ sɛ wɔn ara, saa ara na wɔn a wɔde wɔn ho to wɔn so no bɛyɛ.

9 The hous of Israel hopide in the Lord; he is the helpere `of hem, and the defendere of hem.

Ao Israelfoɔ, momfa mo ho nto Awurade so, ɔyɛ mo ɔboafoɔ ne kyɛm.

10 The hous of Aaron hopide in the Lord; he is the helpere of hem, and the defendere of hem.

Ao Aaron fie, momfa mo ho nto Awurade so, ɔyɛ mo ɔboafoɔ ne kyɛm.

11 Thei that dreden the Lord, hopiden in the Lord; he is the helpere of hem, and the defendere of hem.

Mo a mosuro no, momfa mo ho nto Awurade so, ɔyɛ mo ɔboafoɔ ne kyɛm.

12 The Lord was myndeful of vs; and blesside vs. He blesside the hous of Israel; he blesside the hous of Aaron.

Awurade kae yɛn na ɔbɛhyira yɛn: Ɔbɛhyira Israel fie, ɔbɛhyira Aaron fie

13 He blesside alle men that dreden the Lord; `he blesside litle `men with the grettere.

Ɔbɛhyira wɔn a wɔsuro Awurade, nkumaa ne akɛseɛ nyinaa.

14 The Lord encreesse on you; on you and on youre sones.

Awurade mma wʼase nnɔre, wo ne wo mma.

15 Blessid be ye of the Lord; that made heuene and erthe.

Awurade nhyira wo, ɔsoro ne asase Yɛfoɔ no.

16 Heuene of `heuene is to the Lord; but he yaf erthe to the sones of men.

Ɔsorosoro yɛ Awurade dea, nanso asase deɛ, ɔde ama onipa.

17 Lord, not deed men schulen herie thee; nether alle men that goen doun in to helle.

Ɛnyɛ awufoɔ na wɔkamfo Awurade, wɔn a wɔkɔ fam dinn no rentumi nkamfo Awurade.

18 But we that lyuen, blessen the Lord; fro this tyme now and til in to the world.
