Galatians 6
1 Britheren, if a man be occupied in ony gilt, ye that ben spiritual, enforme ye such oon in spirit of softnesse, biholdinge thi silf, lest that thou be temptid.
Ndugu, kama mkimwona mtu fulani amekosea, basi, ninyi mnaoongozwa na Roho mwonyeni mtu huyo ajirekebishe; lakini fanyeni hivyo kwa upole, mkiwa na tahadhari msije nanyi wenyewe mkajaribiwa.
2 Ech bere othere chargis, and so ye schulen fulfille the lawe of Crist.
Saidianeni kubeba mizigo yenu na hivyo mtatimiza sheria ya Kristo.
3 For who that trowith that he be ouyt, whanne he is nouyt, he bigilith him silf.
Mtu akijiona kuwa ni kitu, na kumbe si kitu, huyo anajidanganya mwenyewe.
4 But ech man preue his owne werk, and so he schal haue glorie in him silf, and not in an othere.
Lakini kila mmoja na aupime vizuri mwenendo wake mwenyewe. Ukiwa mwema, basi, anaweza kuona fahari juu ya alichofanya bila kuwa na sababu ya kujilinganisha na mtu mwingine.
5 For ech man schal bere his owne charge.
Maana kila mmoja anao mzigo wake mwenyewe wa kubeba.
6 He that is tauyt bi word, comune he with him that techith hym, in `alle goodis.
Mwenye kufundishwa neno la Mungu na amshirikishe mwalimu wake riziki zake.
7 Nyle ye erre, God is not scorned; for tho thingis that a man sowith, tho thingis he schal repe.
Msidanganyike; Mungu hafanyiwi dhihaka. Alichopanda mtu ndicho atakachovuna.
8 For he that sowith in his fleisch, of the fleisch he schal repe corrupcioun; but he that sowith in the spirit, of the spirit he schal repe euerelastynge lijf. (aiōnios g166)
Apandaye katika tamaa za kidunia, atavuna humo uharibifu; lakini akipanda katika Roho, atavuna kutoka kwa Roho uzima wa milele. (aiōnios g166)
9 And doynge good faile we not; for in his tyme we schal repe, not failinge.
Basi, tusichoke kutenda mema; maana tusipolegea tutavuna mavuno kwa wakati wake.
10 Therfor while we han tyme, worche we good to alle men; but most to hem that ben homliche of the feith.
Kwa hiyo, tukiwa bado na wakati, tuwatendee watu wote mema, na hasa ndugu wa imani yetu.
11 Se ye, what maner lettris Y haue write to you with myn owne hoond.
Tazameni jinsi nilivyoandika kwa herufi kubwa, kwa mkono wangu mwenyewe.
12 For who euere wole plese in the fleisch, `this constreyneth you to be circumcidid, oonli that thei suffren not the persecucioun of Cristis crosse.
Wale wanaotaka kuonekana wazuri kwa mambo ya mwili ndio wanaotaka kuwalazimisha ninyi mtahiriwe. Wanafanya hivyo kwa sababu moja tu: kusudi wao wenyewe wasije wakadhulumiwa kwa sababu ya msalaba wa Kristo.
13 For nether thei that ben circumcidid kepen the lawe; but thei wolen that ye be circumcidid, that thei haue glorie in youre fleisch.
Maana, hao wenyewe waliotahiriwa hawaishiki Sheria; huwataka ninyi mtahiriwe wapate kujivunia alama hiyo mwilini mwenu.
14 But fer be it fro me to haue glorie, no but in the crosse of oure Lord Jhesu Crist, bi whom the world is crucified to me, and Y to the world.
Lakini mimi sitajivunia kamwe chochote isipokuwa msalaba wa Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo; maana kwa njia ya msalaba huo ulimwengu umesulubiwa kwangu, nami nimesulubiwa kwa ulimwengu.
15 For in Jhesu Crist nether circumcisioun is ony thing worth, ne prepucie, but a newe creature.
Kutahiriwa au kutotahiriwa si kitu; cha maana ni kuwa kiumbe kipya.
16 And who euere suwen this reule, pees on hem, and merci, and on Israel of God.
Wanaoufuata mwongozo huo nawatakia amani na huruma; amani na huruma kwa Israeli—Wateule wa Mungu.
17 And heraftir no man be heuy to me; for Y bere in my bodi the tokenes of oure Lord Jhesu Crist.
Basi, sasa mtu yeyote asinisumbue tena, maana alama nilizo nazo mwilini mwangu ni zile za Yesu.
18 The grace of oure Lord Jhesu Crist be with youre spirit, britheren. Amen.
Ndugu, nawatakieni ninyi nyote neema ya Bwana wetu Kristo. Amina.
