1 Samuel 15
1 And Samuel seide to Saul, The Lord sente me, that Y schulde anoynte thee in to `kyng on his puple Israel; now therfor here thou the vois `of the Lord.
At sinabi ni Samuel kay Saul, Sinugo ako ng Panginoon upang pahiran kita ng langis na maging hari sa kaniyang bayan, sa Israel: ngayon nga'y dinggin mo ang tinig ng mga salita ng Panginoon.
2 The Lord of oostis seith thes thingis, Y haue rikenyd what euer thingis Amalech dide to Israel; hou Amalech ayenstood Israel in the weie, whanne he stiede from Egipt.
Ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon ng mga hukbo, Aking tinandaan yaong ginawa ng Amalec sa Israel, kung paanong siya'y humadlang sa kaniya sa daan, nang siya'y umahon mula sa Egipto.
3 Now therfor go thou, and sle Amalech, and distruye thou alle `thingis of hym; spare thou not hym, and coueyte thou not ony thing of hise thingis; but sle thou fro man `til to womman, and a litil child, and soukynge, an oxe, and scheep, and camel, and asse.
Ngayo'y yumaon ka at saktan mo ang Amalec, at iyong lubos na lipulin ang buo nilang tinatangkilik, at huwag kang manghinayang sa kanila; kundi patayin mo ang lalake at babae, sanggol at sumususo, baka at tupa, kamelyo at asno.
4 Therfor Saul comaundide to the puple, and he noumbride hem as lambren twei hundrid thousynde of foot men, and ten thousynde of men of Juda.
At pinisan ni Saul ang bayan at binilang sila sa Telaim, dalawang yutang lalake na naglalakad, at sangpung libong lalake sa Juda.
5 And whanne Saul cam to the citee of Amalech, he made redi buyschementis in the stronde.
At dumating si Saul sa bayan ng Amalec, at bumakay sa libis.
6 And Saul seide to Cyney, Go ye, departe ye, and go ye awei fro Amalech, lest perauenture Y wlappe thee in with hem; for thou didist mercy with alle the sones of Israel, whanne thei stieden fro Egipt. And Cyney departide fro the myddis of Amalech.
At sinabi ni Saul sa mga Cineo, Kayo'y magsiyaon, humiwalay kayo at umalis kayo sa gitna ng mga Amalecita, baka kayo'y lipulin kong kasama nila; sapagka't kayo'y nagpakita ng kagandahang loob sa mga anak ni Israel, nang sila'y umahong mula sa Egipto. Sa gayo'y umalis ang mga Cineo sa gitna ng mga Amalecita.
7 And Saul smoot Amalech fro Euila, til thou come to Sur, which is ayens Egipt.
At sinaktan ni Saul ang mga Amalecita mula sa Havila kung patungo ka sa Shur, na nasa tapat ng Egipto.
8 And he took Agag quyke, the kyng of Amalech; sotheli he killide bi the scharpnesse of swerd alle the comyn puple.
At kaniyang kinuhang buhay si Agag na hari ng mga Amalecita, at lubos na nilipol ang buong bayan ng talim ng tabak.
9 And Saul and the puple sparide Agag, and the beste flockis of scheep, and of grete beestis, and clothis, and rammes, and alle thingis that weren faire; and thei nolden destrie tho; sotheli what euer thing was vijl, and repreuable, thei distrieden this.
Nguni't pinanghinayangan ni Saul at ng bayan si Agag, at ang pinakamabuti sa mga tupa, sa mga baka, at sa mga pinataba, at sa mga kordero, at lahat ng mabuti, at yaong mga hindi nila lubos na nilipol: nguni't bawa't bagay na hamak at walang kabuluhan, ay kanilang lubos na nilipol.
10 Forsothe the word of the Lord was maad to Samuel,
Nang magkagayo'y dumating ang salita ng Panginoon kay Samuel, na sinasabi,
11 and seide, It repentith me, that Y made Saul kyng; for he forsook me, and fillide not my wordis in werk. And Samuel was sory, and he criede to the Lord in al the nyyt.
Ikinalulungkot ko na aking inilagay na hari si Saul; sapagka't siya'y tumalikod na hindi sumunod sa akin, at hindi tinupad ang aking mga utos. At si Samuel ay nagalit, at siya'y dumaing sa Panginoon buong gabi.
12 And whanne Samuel hadde rise bi nyyt to go eerly to Saul, it was teld to Samuel, that Saul hadde come in to Carmel, and hadde reisid to hym a signe of victorye; and that he hadde turned ayen, and hadde passid, and hadde go doun in to Galgala. Therfor Samuel cam to Saul, and Saul offride brent sacrifice to the Lord of the cheef thingis of preies, whiche he hadde brouyt fro Amalech.
At si Samuel ay bumangong maaga upang salubungin si Saul sa kinaumagahan; at nasaysay kay Samuel, na sinasabi, Si Saul ay naparoon sa Carmel, at, narito, ipinagtayo niya siya ng isang monumento, at siya'y lumibot at nagpatuloy, at lumusong sa Gilgal.
13 And the while Samuel cam to Saul, Saul seide to hym, Blessid be thou of the Lord, Y haue fillid the `word of the Lord.
At naparoon si Samuel kay Saul, at sinabi ni Saul sa kaniya, Pagpalain ka nawa ng Panginoon, aking tinupad ang utos ng Panginoon.
14 And Samuel seide, And what is the vois of flockis, that sowneth in myn eeris, and of grete beestis, whiche Y here?
At sinabi ni Samuel, Anong kahulugan nga nitong iyak ng tupa sa aking pakinig, at ng ungal ng mga baka na aking naririnig?
15 And Saul seide, Thei brouyten tho fro Amalech, for the puple sparide the betere scheep and grete beestis, that tho schulden be offrid to thi Lord God; sotheli we killiden the tothere beestis.
At sinabi ni Saul, Sila'y dinala mula sa mga Amalecita: sapagka't ang bayan ay nagligtas ng pinakamabuti sa mga tupa at sa mga baka, upang ihain sa Panginoon mong Dios; at ang natira ay aming lubos na nilipol.
16 Forsothe Samuel seide to Saul, Suffre thou me, and Y schal schewe to thee what thingis the Lord spak to me in the nyyt. And he seide to Samuel, Speke thou.
Nang magkagayo'y sinabi ni Samuel kay Saul, Tumigil ka, at aking sasaysayin sa iyo kung ano ang sinabi ng Panginoon sa akin nang gabing ito. At sinabi niya sa kaniya, Sabihin mo.
17 And Samuel seide, Whether not, whanne thou were litil in thin iyen, thou were maade heed in the lynages of Israel, and the Lord anoyntide thee in to kyng on Israel;
At sinabi ni Samuel, Bagaman ikaw ay maliit sa iyong sariling paningin, hindi ka ba ginawang pangulo sa mga lipi ng Israel? At pinahiran ka ng langis ng Panginoon na maging hari sa Israel;
18 and the Lord sente thee in to the weie, and seide, Go thou, and sle the synneris of Amalech, and thou schalt fiyte ayens hem `til to sleyng of hem.
At sinugo ka ng Panginoon sa isang paglalakbay, at sinabi, Ikaw ay yumaon, at iyong lubos na lipulin ang mga makasalanang Amalecita, at labanan mo sila hanggang sa sila'y malipol.
19 Whi therfor herdist thou not the vois of the Lord, but thou were turned to prey, and didist yuel in the `iyen of the Lord?
Bakit nga hindi mo sinunod ang tinig ng Panginoon, kundi ikaw ay dumaluhong sa pananamsam, at ikaw ay gumawa ng masama sa paningin ng Panginoon?
20 And Saul seide to Samuel, Yhis, Y herde the `vois of the Lord, and Y yede in the weie, bi which the Lord sente me, and Y haue brouyt Agag, the kyng of Amalech, and Y killide Amalech.
At sinabi ni Saul kay Samuel, Oo, aking sinunod ang tinig ng Panginoon, at ako'y yumaon sa daan na pinagsuguan sa akin ng Panginoon, at aking dinala si Agag na hari ng Amalec, at aking lubos na nilipol ang mga Amalecita.
21 Forsothe the puple took of the prey, scheep and oxun, the firste fruytis of tho thingis, that ben slayn, that thei make sacrifice to her Lord God in Galgalis.
Nguni't ang bayan ay kumuha sa samsam ng mga tupa at mga baka, ng pinakamabuti sa mga itinalagang bagay, upang ihain sa Panginoon mong Dios sa Gilgal.
22 And Samuel seide, Whether the Lord wole brent sacrifices, ethir slayn sacrifices, and not more that me obeie to the vois of the Lord? For obedience is betere than sacrifices, and to `herkene Goddis word is more than to offre the ynnere fatnesse of rammes;
At sinabi ni Samuel, Nagtataglay kaya ang Panginoon ng napakadakilang pagkatuwa sa mga handog na susunugin at sa mga hain, na gaya sa pagsunod ng tinig ng Panginoon? Narito, ang pagsunod ay maigi kay sa hain, at ang pagdinig kay sa taba ng mga tupang lalake.
23 for it is as the synne of mawmetrie to `fiyte ayens Goddis heest, and it is as the wickidnesse of ydolatrie to nyle `ascente to Goddis heest. Therfor for that, that thou castidist awey the word of the Lord, the Lord castide thee awei, that thou be not kyng.
Sapagka't ang panghihimagsik ay gaya ng kasalanan ng panghuhula, at ang katigasan ng ulo ay gaya ng pagsamba sa mga diosdiosan at sa mga terap. Sapagka't dahil sa iyong itinakuwil ang salita ng Panginoon, ay kaniya namang itinakuwil ka upang huwag ka nang maging hari.
24 And Saul seide to Samuel, Y synnede, for Y brak the word of the Lord, and thi wordis; `and Y dredde the puple, `and obeiede to `the vois of hem; but now,
At sinabi ni Saul kay Samuel, Ako'y nagkasala; sapagka't ako'y sumalangsang sa utos ng Panginoon, at sa iyong mga salita; sapagka't ako'y natakot sa bayan, at sumunod sa kanilang tinig.
25 Y biseche, bere thou my synne, and turne thou ayen with me, that Y worschipe the Lord.
Ngayon nga'y isinasamo ko sa iyo, ipatawad mo ang aking kasalanan, at bumalik ka uli na kasama ko, upang ako'y sumamba sa Panginoon.
26 And Samuel seide to Saul, Y schal not turne ayen with thee, for thou castidist awey the word of the Lord, and the Lord castide awei thee, that thou be not king on Israel.
At sinabi ni Samuel kay Saul, Hindi ako babalik na kasama mo; sapagka't iyong itinakuwil ang salita ng Panginoon, at itinakuwil ka ng Panginoon upang huwag ka nang maging hari sa Israel.
27 And Samuel turnede to go a wey; sotheli Saul took the ende of the mentil of Samuel, which also was to-rent.
At nang pumihit si Samuel upang yumaon, siya'y pumigil sa laylayan ng kaniyang balabal, at nahapak.
28 And Samuel seide to hym, The Lord hath kit the rewme of Israel fro thee to dai, and yaf it to thi neiybore betere than thou;
At sinabi ni Samuel sa kaniya, Hinapak sa iyo ng Panginoon ang kaharian ng Israel sa araw na ito, at ibinigay sa iyong kapuwa, na maigi kay sa iyo.
29 certis the ouercomere in Israel schal not spare, and he schal not be bowid bi repentaunce; for he is not man, `that is, chaungeable, that he do repentaunce.
At ang Lakas ng Israel naman ay hindi magbubulaan o magsisisi man; sapagka't siya'y hindi isang tao na magsisisi.
30 And Saul seide, Y synnede; but now onoure thou me bifor the eldere men of my puple, and bifor Israel, and turne thou ayen with me, that Y worschipe thi Lord God.
Nang magkagayo'y kaniyang sinabi, Ako'y nagkasala: gayon ma'y parangalan mo ako ngayon, isinasamo ko sa iyo, sa harap ng mga matanda ng aking bayan at sa harap ng Israel, at bumalik ka uli na kasama ko upang aking sambahin ang Panginoon mong Dios.
31 Therfor Samuel turnede ayen, and suede Saul, and Saul worschipide the Lord.
Gayon bumalik uli na sumunod si Samuel kay Saul; at sumamba si Saul sa Panginoon.
32 And Samuel seide, Brynge ye to me Agag, the kyng of Amalech. And Agag `moost fat tremblynge was brouyt to hym. And Agag seide, Whether thus departith bitter deeth?
Nang magkagayo'y sinabi ni Samuel, Dalhin ninyo rito sa akin si Agag na hari ng mga Amalecita. At masayang naparoon si Agag sa kaniya. At sinabi ni Agag, Tunay na ang kapaitan ng kamatayan ay nakaraan na.
33 And Samuel seide, As thi swerd made wymmen with out fre children, so thi modir schal be with out fre children among wymmen. And Samuel kittide hym in to gobetis bifor the Lord in Galgalis.
At sinabi ni Samuel, Kung paanong niwalan ng anak ng iyong tabak ang mga babae, ay magiging gayon ang iyong ina na mawawalan ng anak, sa gitna ng mga babae. At pinagputolputol ni Samuel si Agag sa harap ng Panginoon sa Gilgal.
34 Forsothe Samuel yede in to Ramatha; sotheli Saul stiede in to his hows in Gabaa.
Nang magkagayo'y naparoon si Samuel sa Rama, at si Saul ay sumampa sa kaniyang bahay sa Gabaa ni Saul.
35 And Samuel siy no more Saul `til to the dai of his deeth; netheles Samuel biweilide Saul, for it repentide the Lord, that he hadde ordeyned Saul kyng on Israel.
At si Samuel ay hindi na bumalik na napakitang muli kay Saul hanggang sa araw ng kaniyang kamatayan; sapagka't tinangisan ni Samuel si Saul: at ang Panginoon ay nagdamdam na kaniyang nagawang hari si Saul sa Israel.
