1 Chronicles 11
1 Therfor al Israel was gaderid to Dauid in Ebron, and seide, We ben thi boon and thi fleisch;
௧இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் எப்ரோனிலிருக்கிற தாவீதிடம் கூடிவந்து: இதோ, நாங்கள் உம்முடைய எலும்பும் உம்முடைய சரீரமுமானவர்கள்.
2 also yisterdai and the thridde dai ago, whanne Saul regnede yit on Israel, thou it were that leddist out and leddist in Israel; for `thi Lord God seide to thee, Thou schalt fede my puple Israel, and thou schalt be prince on it.
௨சவுல் இன்னும் ராஜாவாக இருக்கும்போதே, நீர் இஸ்ரவேலை நடத்திக்கொண்டுபோய் நடத்திக்கொண்டு வருவீர்; என்னுடைய மக்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேலை நீர் மேய்த்து, அவர்கள்மேல் தலைவனாக இருப்பீர் என்று உம்முடைய தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உமக்குச் சொல்லியும் இருக்கிறார் என்றார்கள்.
3 Therfor alle the gretter in birthe of Israel camen to the kyng in Ebron; and Dauid maad with hem a boond of pees bifor the Lord, and thei anoyntiden hym kyng on Israel, bi the word of the Lord, which he spak in the hond of Samuel.
௩அப்படியே இஸ்ரவேலின் மூப்பர்கள் எல்லோரும் எப்ரோனிலே ராஜாவிடம் வந்தார்கள்; தாவீது எப்ரோனிலே யெகோவாவுக்கு முன்பாக அவர்களோடு உடன்படிக்கை செய்துகொண்டபின்பு, யெகோவா சாமுவேலைக்கொண்டு சொன்ன வார்த்தையின்படியே அவர்கள் தாவீதை இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் ராஜாவாக அபிஷேகம்செய்தார்கள்.
4 Therfor Dauid yede, and al Israel, in to Jerusalem; this Jerusalem is Jebus, where Jebuseis enhabiteris of the lond weren.
௪பின்பு தாவீது இஸ்ரவேல் எல்லோரோடும் ஏபூசாகிய எருசலேமிற்குப் போனான்; எபூசியர்கள் அந்த தேசத்தின் குடிகளாக இருந்தார்கள்.
5 And thei that dwelliden at Jebus seiden to Dauid, Thou schalt not entre hidur. Forsothe Dauid took the hiy tour of Syon, which is the citee of Dauid;
௫அப்பொழுது ஏபூசின் குடிகள் தாவீதை நோக்கி: நீ இதற்குள் நுழைவதில்லை என்றார்கள்; ஆனாலும் தாவீது சீயோன் கோட்டையைப் பிடித்தான்; அது தாவீதின் நகரமானது.
6 and he seide, Ech man that `sleeth first Jebusei, schal be prince and duyk. Therfor Joab, sone of Saruye, stiede first, and was maad prince.
௬எபூசியர்களை முறியடிப்பதில் எவன் முந்தினவனாக இருக்கிறானோ, அவன் தலைவனும் தளபதியுமாக இருப்பானென்று தாவீது சொல்லியிருந்தான்; செருயாவின் மகனாகிய யோவாப் முந்தி அவர்களை முறியடித்து தலைவனாக்கப்பட்டான்.
7 Sotheli Dauid dwellide in the hiy tour, and therfor it was clepid the cytee of Dauid;
௭தாவீது அந்தக் கோட்டையில் தங்கியிருந்ததால், அது தாவீதின் நகரம் என்னப்பட்டது.
8 and he bildide the citee in cumpas fro Mello til to the cumpas; forsothe Joab bildide the tother part of the citee.
௮பிற்பாடு அவன் நகரத்தை மில்லோ தொடங்கிச் சுற்றிலும் கட்டினான்; யோவாப் நகரத்தின் மற்ற இடங்களைப் பழுதுபார்த்தான்.
9 And Dauid profitide goynge and wexynge, and the Lord of oostis was with hym.
௯தாவீதின் பெயரும் புகழும் நாளுக்குநாள் வளர்ந்துவந்தது; ஏனென்றால், சேனைகளுடைய யெகோவா அவனோடு இருந்தார்.
10 These ben the princes of the stronge men of Dauid, that helpiden hym, that he schulde be kyng on al Israel, bi the word of the Lord which he spak to Israel.
௧0யெகோவா இஸ்ரவேலுக்காகச் சொன்ன வார்த்தையின்படியே, தாவீதை ராஜாவாக்க அவனோடு இருந்து ராஜ்ஜியபாரம்செய்கிற அவனிடமும், எல்லா இஸ்ரவேலர்களிடமும், வீரர்களாக இருந்த முதன்மையான பெலசாலிகளும்,
11 And this is the noumbre of the stronge men of Dauid; Jesbaam, the sone of Achamony, was prince among thretti; this reiside his schaft ethir spere on thre hundrid woundid men in o tyme.
௧௧தாவீதுக்கு இருந்த அந்த பலசாலிகளின் எண்ணிக்கையாவது: அக்மோனியின் மகனாகிய யாஷோபியாம் என்னும் முப்பது பேர்களின் தலைவன்: இவன் முந்நூறுபேர்களின்மேல் தன்னுடைய ஈட்டியை ஓங்கி அவர்களை ஒன்றாகக் கொன்றுபோட்டான்.
12 And after hym was Eleazar, the sone of his fadris brothir, and was `a man of Ahoit, which Eleazar was among thre miyti men.
௧௨இவனுக்கு இரண்டாவது அகோயின் மகனாகிய தோதோவின் மகன் எலெயாசார்; இவன் மூன்று பெலசாலிகளில் ஒருவன்.
13 This was with Dauid in Aphesdomyn, whanne Filisteis weren gaderid to o place in to batel; and a feeld of that cuntrey was ful of barli, and the puple fledde fro the face of Filisteis.
௧௩பெலிஸ்தர்கள் பாஸ்தம்மீமிலிருக்கிற வாற்கோதுமை நிறைந்த வயல்நிலத்தில் யுத்தத்திற்குக் கூடிவந்தபோதும், மக்கள் பெலிஸ்தர்களைக் கண்டு ஓடினபோதும் இவன் தாவீதோடு அங்கே இருந்தான்.
14 This Eleazar stood in the myddis of the feeld, and defendide it; and whanne he hadde slayn Filisteis, the Lord yaf greet helthe to his puple.
௧௪அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் இந்த நிலத்தின் நடுவிலே நின்று அதைக் காப்பாற்றிப் பெலிஸ்தர்களை வெட்டிப்போட்டார்கள்; அதினாலே யெகோவா பெரிய இரட்சிப்பை நடப்பித்தார்.
15 Sotheli thre of thritti princes yeden doun to the stoon, wher ynne Dauid was, to the denne of Odolla, whanne Filisteis settiden tentis in the valey of Raphaym.
௧௫முப்பது தலைவர்களில் மூன்றுபேர் அதுல்லாம் என்னும் கன்மலைக் குகையில் இருக்கிற தாவீதிடம் போயிருந்தார்கள்; பெலிஸ்தர்களின் முகாம் ரெப்பாயீம் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் இறங்குகிறபோது,
16 Forsothe Dauid was in a strong hold, and the stacioun, `that is, the oost gaderid, of Filisteis was in Bethleem.
௧௬தாவீது பாதுகாப்பான ஒரு இடத்தில் இருந்தான்; அப்பொழுது பெலிஸ்தர்களின் படை பெத்லெகேமில் இருந்தது.
17 Therfor Dauid desiride watir, and seide, Y wolde, that sum man yaf to me water of the cisterne of Bethleem, which is in the yate.
௧௭தாவீது பெத்லெகேமின் நுழைவுவாயிலில் இருக்கிற கிணற்றின் தண்ணீர்மேல் ஆசைகொண்டு, என்னுடைய தாகத்திற்குக் கொஞ்சம் தண்ணீர் கொண்டுவருகிறவன் யார் என்றான்.
18 Therfor these thre yeden thoruy the myddil of the castelis of Filisteis, and drowen watir of the cisterne of Bethleem, that was in the yate, and thei brouyten to Dauid, that he schulde drynke; and Dauid nolde `drynke it, but rather he offride it to the Lord, and seide, Fer be it,
௧௮அப்பொழுது அந்த மூன்றுபேர்களும் பெலிஸ்தர்களின் முகாமிற்குள் துணிவுடன் நுழைந்துபோய், பெத்லெகேமின் நுழைவுவாயிலில் இருக்கிற கிணற்றிலிருந்து தண்ணீர் மொண்டு, தாவீதிடம் கொண்டுவந்தார்கள்; ஆனாலும் அவன் அதைக் குடிக்க மனமில்லாமல் அதைக் கர்த்தருக்கென்று ஊற்றிப்போட்டு:
19 that Y do this thing in the siyt of my God, and that Y drynke the blood of these men, for in the perel of her lyues thei brouyten watir to me; and for this cause he nolde drynke. Thre strongeste men diden these thingis.
௧௯நான் இதைச் செய்யாதபடி, என்னுடைய தேவன் என்னைக் காத்துக்கொள்வாராக; தங்களுடைய உயிரைப்பற்றி நினைக்காமல் போய் அதைக் கொண்டுவந்த இந்த மனிதர்களின் ரத்தத்தைக் குடிப்பேனோ என்று சொல்லி அதைக் குடிக்கமாட்டேன் என்றான். இப்படி இந்த மூன்று பெலசாலிகளும் செய்தார்கள்.
20 Also Abisai, the brother of Joab, he was the prince of thre men, and he reiside his schaft ayens thre hundrid woundid men; and he was moost named among thre,
௨0யோவாபின் சகோதரனாகிய அபிசாய் அந்த மூன்றுபேர்களில் முதன்மையானவன்; அவன் தன்னுடைய ஈட்டியை ஓங்கி, முந்நூறுபேரை கொன்றதால் இந்த மூன்றுபேர்களில் பெயர்பெற்றவனானான்.
21 among the secounde thre he was noble, and the prince of hem; netheles he cam not til to the firste thre.
௨௧இந்த மூன்றுபேர்களில் அவன் மற்ற இரண்டுபேர்களிலும் மேன்மையுள்ளவனானதால், அவர்களில் தலைவனானான்; ஆனாலும் அந்த முந்தின மூன்றுபேர்களுக்கு அவன் சமமானவன் இல்லை.
22 Banaye, the sone of Joiada, strongest man of Capsael, that dide many werkis; he killide two stronge men of Moab; and he yede doun, and killide a lioun in the myddil of a cisterne, in the tyme of snow;
௨௨பெலசாலியாகிய யோய்தாவின் மகனும், கப்சேயேல் ஊரைச்சேர்ந்தவனுமாகிய பெனாயாவும் செய்கைகளில் வல்லவனாக இருந்தான்; அவன் மோவாப் தேசத்தின் இரண்டு வலிமையான சிங்கங்களைக் கொன்றதுமட்டுமல்லாமல், உறைந்த மழைபெய்த நாளில் அவன் ஒரு குகைக்குள்ளே இறங்கிப்போய், ஒரு சிங்கத்தைக் கொன்றான்.
23 and he killide a man of Egipt, whos stature was of fyue cubitis, and he hadde a spere as the beem of webbis; therfor Banaye yede doun to hym with a yerde, and rauyschide the spere, which he held in the hond, and killide hym with his owne spere.
௨௩ஐந்து முழ உயரமான ஒரு எகிப்தியனையும் அவன் கொன்றுபோட்டான்; அந்த எகிப்தியனுடைய கையில் நெய்கிறவர்களின் படைமரத்திற்கு இணையான ஒரு ஈட்டி இருக்கும்போது, இவன் ஒரு தடியைப் பிடித்து, அவனிடம் போய், அந்த எகிப்தியனுடைய கையிலிருந்த ஈட்டியைப் பறித்து, அவனுடைய ஈட்டியால் அவனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டான்.
24 Banaye, the sone of Joiada, dide these thingis, that was moost named among thre stronge men, and was the firste among thretti;
௨௪இவைகளை யோய்தாவின் மகனான பெனாயா செய்ததால், மூன்று பெலசாலிகளுக்குள்ளே பெயர்பெற்றவனாக இருந்தான்.
25 netheles he cam not til to the thre; sotheli Dauid settide hym at his eere.
௨௫முப்பதுபேர்களிலும் இவன் மேன்மையுள்ளவன்; ஆனாலும் அந்த முந்தின மூன்றுபேர்களுக்கும் இவன் சமமானவன் இல்லை; அவனை தாவீது தன்னுடைய மெய்க்காவலர்களுக்குத் தலைவனாக வைத்தான்.
26 Forsothe the strongeste men `in the oost weren Asael, the brother of Joab, and Eleanan, the sone of his fadris brothir of Bethleem,
௨௬இராணுவத்திலிருந்த மற்ற பெலசாலிகள்: யோவாபின் தம்பி ஆசகேல், பெத்லகேம் ஊரைச்சேர்ந்த தோதோவின் மகன் எல்க்கானான்,
27 Semynoth Arorites, Helles Phallonytes, Iras,
௨௭ஆரோதியனாகிய சம்மோத், பெலோனியனாகிய ஏலெஸ்,
28 the sone of Acces of Thecue, Abieser of Anathot,
௨௮தெக்கோவியனாகிய இக்கேசின் மகன் ஈரா, ஆனதோத்தியனான அபியேசர்,
29 Sobochay Sochites, Ylai Achoytes,
௨௯ஊசாத்தியனாகிய சிப்பெக்காய், அகோகியனாகிய ஈலாய்,
30 Maray Nethophatithes, Heles, the sone of Banaa, Nethophatithes, Ethaa,
௩0நெத்தோபாத்தியனாகிய மகராயி, நெத்தோபாத்தியனாகிய பானாவின் மகன் ஏலேத்,
31 the sone of Rabai, of Gabaath of the sones of Beniamyn; Banaye Pharatonythes, men of the stronde Gaas,
௩௧பென்யமீன் சந்ததியில் கிபேயா ஊரைச்சேர்ந்த ரிபாயின் மகன் இத்தாயி, பிரத்தோனியனாகிய பெனாயா,
32 Abihel Arabatithes, Azmoth Baruanythes, Eliaba Salaonythes,
௩௨காகாஸ் நீரோடைத் தேசத்தானாகிய ஊராயி, அர்பாத்தியனாகிய அபியேல்,
33 the sones of Assem Gesonythes, Jonathan, the sone of Saga, Ararithes, Achiam,
௩௩பகரூமியனாகிய அஸ்மாவேத், சால்போனியனாகிய ஏலியாபா,
34 the sone of Achar, Ararites,
௩௪கீசோனியனாகிய ஆசேமின் மகன்கள், ஆராரியனாகிய சாகியின் மகன் யோனத்தான்.
35 Eliphal, the sone of Mapher,
௩௫ஆராரியனாகிய சாக்காரின் மகன் அகியாம், ஊரின் மகன் ஏலிபால்,
36 Mechoratithes, Ahya Phellonythes,
௩௬மெகராத்தியனாகிய எப்பேர், பெலோனியனாகிய அகியா,
37 Asrahi Carmelites, Neoray,
௩௭கர்மேலியனாகிய ஏஸ்ரோ, ஏஸ்பாயின் மகன் நாராயி,
38 the sone of Thasbi, Johel, the brother of Nathan, Mabar, the sone of Aggaray, Selech Ammonythes,
௩௮நாத்தானின் சகோதரன் யோவேல், அகரியின் மகன் மிப்கார்,
39 Nooray Berothites, the squyer of Joab, sone of Saruye,
௩௯அம்மோனியனாகிய சேலேக், செருயாவின் மகனாகிய யோவாபின் ஆயுததாரியான பெரோத்தியனாகிய நாராய்,
40 Iras Jetreus, Gareb Jethreus,
௪0இத்ரியனாகிய ஈரா, இத்தரியனாகிய காரேப்,
41 Vrie Ethei, Sabab,
௪௧ஏத்தியனான உரியா, அக்லாயின் மகன் சாபாத்,
42 the sone of Ooli, Adyna, the sone of Segar Rubenytes, prince of Rubenytis, and thritti men with hym;
௪௨ரூபனியர்களின் தலைவனாகிய சீசாவின் மகன் அதினா என்னும் ரூபனியன்; அவனோடு முப்பது பேர் இருந்தார்கள்.
43 Hanan, the sone of Macha, and Josaphath Mathanythes, Ozias Astarothites,
௪௩மாகாவின் மகன் ஆனான், மிதினியனாகிய யோசபாத்,
44 Semma and Jahel, the sones of Hotayn Aroerites,
௪௪அஸ்தரேத்தியனாகிய உசியா, ஆரோவேரியனாகிய ஓதாமின் மகன்கள் சமாவும், யேகியேலும்,
45 Ledihel, the sone of Zamri, and Joha, his brother, Thosaythes,
௪௫சிம்ரியின் மகன் யெதியாயேல், தித்சியனாகிய அவனுடைய சகோதரன் யோகா,
46 Hehiel Maanytes, Jerybay and Josia, the sones of Helnaen, Jethma Moabites,
௪௬மாகாவியர்களான ஏலியேல், ஏல்நாமின் மகன்கள் ஏரிபாயும், யொசவியாவும், மோவாபியனான இத்மாவும்,
47 Heliel, and Obed, and Jasihel of Masobia.
௪௭மெசோபாயா ஊரைச்சேர்ந்தவர்களாகிய ஏலியேலும், ஓபேதும், யாசீயேலுமே.
