Deuteronomy 12

1 These are the statutes and the decrees that you will keep in the land that Yahweh, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଅଧିକାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ଦେଶରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଦିନ ଯେଉଁ ସକଳ ବିଧି ଓ ଶାସନ ମାନ୍ୟ କରି ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ, ତାହା ଏହି।

2 You will surely destroy all the places where the nations that you will dispossess worshiped their gods, on the high mountains, on the hills, and under every green tree.

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକାର କରିବ, ସେମାନେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପର୍ବତଗଣ ଉପରେ, ଉପପର୍ବତସମୂହ ଉପରେ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସତେଜ ବୃକ୍ଷ ତଳେ, ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦେବତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୂଜା କଲେ, ସେହି ସକଳ ସ୍ଥାନ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ବିନଷ୍ଟ କରିବ।

3 You must break down their altars, dash in pieces their stone pillars, and burn their Asherah poles. You must cut down the carved figures of their gods and destroy their name out of that place.

ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦିସକଳ ଭଗ୍ନ କରିବ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ତମ୍ଭସକଳ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇବ ଓ ଆଶେରାର ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିସକଳ ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିବ; ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଖୋଦିତ ଦେବ ପ୍ରତିମାମାନଙ୍କୁ ହାଣି ପକାଇବ; ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଲୋପ କରିବ।

4 You will not worship Yahweh your God like that.

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସେରୂପ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

5 But to the place that Yahweh your God will choose out of all your tribes to put his name, that will be the place where he lives, and it is there that you will go.

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ନାମ ରଖିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ସେହି ନିବାସ ସ୍ଥାନ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରିବ ଓ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯିବ;

6 It is there that you will bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, and the offerings presented by your hand, your offerings for vows, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks.

ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ହୋମ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବଳିଦାନ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀୟ ଉପହାର, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମାନତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସ୍ଵେଚ୍ଛାଦତ୍ତ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଗୋମେଷଦି ପଲର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିବ;

7 It is there that you will eat before Yahweh your God and rejoice about everything that you have put your hand to, you and your households, where Yahweh your God has blessed you.

ପୁଣି ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ବିଷୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଏପରି ଯେକୌଣସି ବିଷୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ହାତ ଦେବ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ।

8 You will not do all the things that we are doing here today; now everyone is doing whatever is right in his own eyes;

ଯାହାର ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଯାହା ଭଲ, ଏପରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକେ ଆଜି ଏ ସ୍ଥାନରେ କରୁଅଛୁ, ସେହିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

9 for you have not yet come to the rest, to the inheritance that Yahweh your God is giving you.

କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଓ ଅଧିକାର ଦେବେ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇ ନାହଁ।

10 But when you go over the Jordan and live in the land that Yahweh your God is causing you to inherit, and he will give you rest from all your enemies round about, so that you live in safety.

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଅଧିକାର କରାଇବେ, ସେଠାକୁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହୋଇଯିବ ଓ ତହିଁରେ ବାସ କରିବ, ଆଉ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ଶତ୍ରୁଠାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଦେଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ନିର୍ଭୟରେ ବାସ କରିବ;

11 Then to the place where Yahweh your God will choose to cause his name to live there—there you will bring everything I command you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, and the offerings presented by your hand, and all your choice offerings for vows that you will vow to Yahweh.

ସେତେବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ନାମ ବାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋହର ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ହୋମ-ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବଳିଦାନ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦଶମାଂଶ, ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀୟ ଉପହାର ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ମନାସିବାର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସକଳ ମନୋନୀତ ମାନତ ଆଣିବ।

12 You will rejoice before Yahweh your God—you, your sons, your daughters, your male servants, your female servants, and the Levites who are within your gate, because he has no portion or inheritance among you.

ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ କନ୍ୟାଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦାସଗଣ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦାସୀଗଣ, ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନଗରଦ୍ୱାରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଲେବୀୟ ଲୋକର କୌଣସି ଅଂଶ କି ଅଧିକାର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ନ ଥିବା ସକାଶୁ ସେ ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ।

13 Pay attention to yourself that you do not offer your burnt offerings at every place that you see;

ଆପଣା ବିଷୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ହୁଅ, ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସ୍ଥାନ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦେଖିବ, ଯେପରି ସେସବୁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଆପଣା ହୋମବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ ନ କର।

14 but it is at the place that Yahweh will choose among one of your tribes that you will offer your burnt offerings, and there you will do everything that I command you.

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ହୋମବଳିଦାନାଦି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା ଯାହା ଆଜ୍ଞା କରୁଅଛୁ, ତାହାସବୁ ସେଠାରେ କରିବ।

15 However, you may kill and eat animals within all your gates, as you wish, receiving the blessing of Yahweh your God for all that he has given you; the unclean and the clean persons both may eat of it, animals such as the gazelle and the deer.

ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣର ବାଞ୍ଛାମତେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଅନୁସାରେ ଆପଣାର ସମସ୍ତ ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ଭିତରେ ପଶୁ ବଧ କରି ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରି ପାରିବ; ଶୁଚି ଓ ଅଶୁଚି ଲୋକ, କୃଷ୍ଣସାର ଓ ହରିଣର ମାଂସ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରି ପାରିବେ।

16 But you will not eat the blood; you will pour it out on the earth like water.

କେବଳ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ରକ୍ତ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଳ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ତାହା ଭୂମିରେ ଢାଳି ଦେବ।

17 You may not eat within your gates from the tithe of your grain, your new wine, your oil, or the firstborn of your herd or flock; and you may not eat any of the meat you sacrifice along with any of your vows that you make, nor that of your freewill offerings, nor that of the offering you present with your hand.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଶସ୍ୟର କି ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସର କି ତୈଳର ଦଶମାଂଶ, କି ଗୋମେଷାଦିର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ, କିଅବା ତୁମ୍ଭ ମନାସିବାର ମାନତ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସ୍ଵେଚ୍ଛାଦତ୍ତ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ହସ୍ତର ଉତ୍ତୋଳନୀୟ ଉପହାର, ଆପଣା ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭୋଜନ କରି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

18 Instead, you will eat them before Yahweh your God in the place that Yahweh your God will choose—you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates; you will rejoice before Yahweh your God about everything to which you put your hand.

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପୁତ୍ର, ତୁମ୍ଭ କନ୍ୟା, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସୀ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଲେବୀୟ ଲୋକ (ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ) ଯେସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହାତ ଦେବ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ।

19 Pay attention to yourself so that you do not forsake the Levite as long as you live on your land.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବିଷୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ହୁଅ, ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭୂମିରେ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିବା ଯାଏ ଲେବୀୟ ଲୋକକୁ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

20 When Yahweh your God enlarges your borders, as he has promised you, and you say, 'I will eat flesh,' because of your desire to eat meat, you may eat meat, as your soul desires.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେରୂପ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତଦନୁସାରେ ସେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୀମା ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବେ, ପୁଣି ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବାଞ୍ଛା ହୁଅନ୍ତେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିବ, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବା,” ସେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣର ବାଞ୍ଛାନୁସାରେ ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରି ପାରିବ।

21 If the place that Yahweh your God chooses to put his name is too far from you, then you will kill some of your herd and your flock that Yahweh has given you, as I have commanded you; you may eat within your gates, as your soul desires.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ନାମ ରଖିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ତାହା ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରୁ ବହୁତ ଦୂର ହୁଏ, ତେବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦତ୍ତ ଗୋମେଷାଦି ପଲରୁ ପଶୁ ନେଇ ଆମ୍ଭ ଆଜ୍ଞାମତେ ବଧ କରି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣର ବାଞ୍ଛାନୁସାରେ ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାର ଭିତରେ ଭୋଜନ କରି ପାରିବ।

22 Like the gazelle and the deer are eaten, so you will eat of it; the unclean and the clean persons may eat of it alike.

ଯେପରି କୃଷ୍ଣସାର ମୃଗ ଓ ହରିଣ ଭୋଜନ କରାଯାଏ, ସେହିପରି ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ; ଶୁଚି ଓ ଅଶୁଚି ଲୋକ ସମାନ ରୂପେ ଭୋଜନ କରିବେ।

23 Only be sure that you do not consume the blood, for the blood is the life; you will not eat the life with the meat.

କେବଳ ରକ୍ତ ଭୋଜନ ନ କରିବା ବିଷୟରେ ସତର୍କ ହୁଅ, କାରଣ ରକ୍ତ ହିଁ ପ୍ରାଣ ଅଟେ; ଆଉ ମାଂସ ସହିତ ପ୍ରାଣ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

24 You will not eat it; you will pour it out on the earth like water.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଳ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଭୂମିରେ ତାହା ଢାଳି ଦେବ।

25 You will not eat it, so that it may go well with you, and with your children after you, when you will do what is right in the eyes of Yahweh.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଯଥାର୍ଥ କର୍ମ କଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ମଙ୍ଗଳ ହେବ।

26 But the things that belong to Yahweh that you have and the offerings for your vows—you will take these and go to the place that Yahweh chooses.

ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତୁ ଓ ମାନତ ବସ୍ତୁ ଘେନି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନୋନୀତ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବ।

27 There you will offer your burnt offerings, the meat and the blood, on the altar of Yahweh your God; the blood of your sacrifices will be poured out on the altar of Yahweh your God, and you will eat the flesh.

ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି ଉପରେ ମାଂସ ଓ ରକ୍ତ ସମେତ ଆପଣା ହୋମବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଳିଦାନାଦିର ରକ୍ତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି ଉପରେ ଢଳାଯିବ, ତହୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ।

28 Observe and listen to all these words that I command you, that it may go well with you and with your children after you forever, when you do what is good and right in the eyes of Yahweh your God.

ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏହି ଯେଉଁ ସକଳ କଥା ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଉଅଛି, ତାହା ମନୋଯୋଗ କରି ଶୁଣ, ତହିଁରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଯାହା ଉତ୍ତମ ଓ ଯଥାର୍ଥ, ତାହା କଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଯୁଗାନୁକ୍ରମେ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ହେବ।

29 When Yahweh your God cuts off the nations from before you, when you go in to dispossess them, and you dispossess them, and live in their land,

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକାର କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଅଛ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକାର କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ବାସ କରିବ;

30 pay attention to yourself that you are not trapped into following them, after they are destroyed from before you—trapped into investigating their gods, into asking, 'How do these nations worship their gods? I will do the same.'

ସେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍‍ଗାମୀ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଫାନ୍ଦରେ ନ ପଡ଼; ପୁଣି “ଏହି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ ଲୋକମାନେ କିପରି ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦେବତାଗଣର ସେବା କରନ୍ତି? ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହିପରି କରିବା,” ଏହା କହି ଯେପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦେବତାଗଣର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ ନ କର, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆପଣା ବିଷୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ହୁଅ।

31 You must not worship Yahweh your God in that way, for everything that is an abomination to Yahweh, things that he hates—they have done these with their gods; they even burn their sons and their daughters in fire for their gods.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ତଦ୍ରୂପ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯାହା ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି; ଏପରି ସମଗ୍ର ଘୃଣ୍ୟ କର୍ମ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦେବତାଗଣର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦେବତାଗଣ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ର ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା କନ୍ୟାଗଣକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରନ୍ତି।

32 Whatever I command you, observe it. Do not add to it or take away from it.

ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଉଅଛି, ତାହାସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ମନୋଯୋଗ କରିବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତହିଁରେ ଯୋଗ କରିବ ନାହିଁ କି ତହିଁରୁ ଊଣା କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
