< 2 Timothy 3 >
1 But know this: In the last days there will be difficult times.
Gido attin wode wurssethan asi mettiza wodey yaanayssa ne erra.
2 For people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, and unholy.
Asay bena dosizade gidana, miishshe siiqqizayta, ceeqqettizayta, benan otoranchata, caashshanchata, nena yelidayttas azazetonttayta, galatoonttaytane geeshshateth bayinddayta,
3 They will be without natural affection, unable to reconcile, slanderers, without self-control, violent, not lovers of good.
Siiqqoy bayinddayta, atto gi maaronttayta, asa sunth morizayta, berkka bena naagonttayta, manxxa iita, loo7o miishshe dosonttayta,
4 They will be betrayers, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.
Kaadizayta, nagetontayta, coo mela otorettethan puurdayta, Xoossafe aaththidi loo7o deeth dosizayta gidana.
5 They will have a shape of godliness, but they will deny its power. Turn away from these people.
Ammaniza asi milatanaashin ammanos diza wollqqa kaadana. Heyta malatappe ne haakka.
6 For some of them are men who enter into households and captivate foolish women. These are women who are heaped up with sins and are led away by various desires.
Heytantti issi issi keeth kolxx gelidi daro deexxo nagaranine duumma duumma iita ammotetha garss gelidi heene ha qaaxxiza ammano laafa maaccashshata qaxxi oykkettes.
7 These women are always learning, but they are never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Heyta mala maaccashshati wursso wode tamareetese shin tuma eri erettena.
8 In the same way that Jannes and Jambres stood against Moses, these false teachers also stand against the truth. They are men corrupt in mind, and with regard to the faith they are proven to be false.
Iyaneeseyine Iyanbbaaresey Muse bolla denddida mala haytikka istta qofay mooretin bees ammanope kunddida gish tumateth ixxettes.
9 But they will not advance very far. For their foolishness will be obvious to all, just like that of those men.
Gido attin istta qofay kuumena. Gasooykka Iyaneessane Iyambbarasse eeyateth asas qoonccida malakka hayta hanoykka wurssos qonccana.
10 But as for you, you have followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, patience,
Ne gidikko ta timirtteza, ta duussa, ta waana qofa, ta ammanoza, ta dandda7a, ta siiqqozane ta miinnotetha wurssa ne eraassa.
11 persecutions, sufferings, and what happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, and at Lystra. I endured persecutions. Out of them all, the Lord rescued me.
Ta goodetethane ta waayeza anxxokiyan, iqoonyyonine lisxxirankka ta bolla gakkidayssa wurssa ta danddaidayssa ta goodetetha ne eraassa. Gidikkoka Goday hessa wurssofe tana ashshides.
12 All those who want to live in a godly manner in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Tumappe Yesuss Kiristtoossa geeshsha wozinape ammani daana gizayti wurkka goodetizayta gidana.
13 Evil people and impostors will go from bad to worse, leading others and themselves astray.
Iita baleththiza asati bees balettidi asa baleththishe iitatetha bolla iitateth gujji gujji baana.
14 But as for you, remain in the things that you have learned and have firmly believed. You know from whom you have learned.
Ne gidikko kase ne tamarada erida ogen miinna. Hessa oonappe tamardakkone ne eraassa.
15 You know that from childhood you have known the sacred writings. These are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Ne guutha naatethape ha7i gakkanaas Yesuss Kiristtoossa ammanon attottethi beettizayssane ciinccateth immiza geeshsha maxaafata lo7etha eraadasa.
16 All scripture has been inspired by God. It is profitable for doctrine, for conviction, for correction, and for training in righteousness.
Geeshsha maxaafati wurikka Xoossa ayyanay kalethin xafetidaytanne as tamarssanas, hanqqanassine suurssanas qassekka xiillotetha ogen kaallethanas go7ettes.
17 This is so that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.
Hessikka Xoossa asi lo7o ootho wurssos beessizade gidana malakko.
