< Psalms 79 >
1 God, other people-groups have invaded your land. They have (desecrated your temple/caused your temple to be unfit for worship), and they have destroyed all the buildings in Jerusalem.
Anumzamoka megi'a vahe'mo'za hara eme huragatere'za erisanti'ma hare'nana mopaka'a e'neri'za, ruotgema hu'nea mono nonka'a eri haviza nehu'za, Jerusalemi kumara tagna vazitrazageno hihi huno mareri'ne.
2 [Instead of burying] the corpses of your people [whom they killed], they allowed vultures and wild animals to eat the flesh of those corpses,
Eri'za vaheka'aramine Kagrima negavaririza vaheka'aramina zamahete'za zamavufaga'a atrazageno namamo'zane zagagafamo'za ne'naze.
3 When they killed your people, your people’s blood flowed like water through [the streets of] Jerusalem, and there was [almost] no one [HYP] left to bury their corpses.
Jerusalemi kumapina zamahe'za korana tagitrazageno tihageno eviankna nehigeno, asezmante'nia vahera magore huno omani'ne.
4 The people-groups that live in countries that surround our land insult us; they laugh at us and deride/belittle us.
Mika tagri tava'onte'ma nemaniza vahe'mo'za huhaviza hunerantazageno, mani kagirante'naza kumapinti vahe'mo'za ki'za zokago ke hurante'naze.
5 Yahweh, how long [will this continue]? Will you be angry with us forever? Will your being angry [destroy us like] a burning fire [destroys things]?
Ra Anumzamoka nama'a kna krimpa aherantenka vugahane? Kagra karimpa aherante vava hunka vugahampi? Maka kna kanive renerantankeno ana zamo'a tevenefakna hu vava huno vugahifi?
6 [Instead of being angry with us], be angry with the people-groups that do not know/worship you! Be angry with kingdoms whose people do not pray to you,
Mono'ma hugante'zanku'ma zamavaresrama hunegantaza vaheku karimpa ahenezmantenka, kini ne'mo'ma kegavama hu'nea kumatamimpi vahe'mo'zama kagihanta'ma novaziza vahetami karimpa ahezmanto.
7 because they have killed Israeli people and they have ruined your country.
Na'ankure Kagri vahe Israeli vahera zamahe'za eri vagarazageno, mopazmimo'a vahe omani hagege kokankna hie.
8 Do not punish us because of the sins that our ancestors committed! Be merciful to us now/quickly, because we are very discouraged.
Ko'ma tagehemo'zama hu'naza kumitera antahintahi ka'afina ana zankura antahinka ovuo. Kasunku hurantenka ame hunka enka eme taza huo. Na'ankure tagra tusi'a hazenkefi manune.
9 God, you have saved/rescued [us many times], [so] help us [now]; rescue us and forgive us for having sinned in order that other people will honor you [MTY].
Anumzana tagu'vazi ne' mani'nananki taza huo. Kagra'a kagimofo knare zanku nentahinka taza huo. Kagri kagima husgama hugantesaza zanku netahinka, kumitia apase nerantenka tagu'vazio.
10 It is not right that [RHQ] other people-groups say [about us], “If their God [is very powerful], (surely he should help them/why does he not [help them])?” Allow us to see you punishing the people of other nations in return for their shedding our blood; they have killed many of us, your people.
11 Listen to your people groaning while they are in prison, and by your great power free those whom our enemies say that they will certainly execute.
Kinama hu'naza vaheka'amo'zama zamatagu'ma nehu'za, kragi'ma neraza zana antahio. Frigahaze hu'zama hazage'zama mani'naza vahera, marerirfa hihamuka'anu zamagu'vazio.
12 In return for their having [often] insulted you, punish them seven times as much!
Anumzamoka tava'ontire'ma nemaniza vahe'mo'zama Kagri'ma huhavizama hugantazarera, 7ni'a zupa ana zantera nona huzmanto.
13 After you do that, we, whom you [take care of like a shepherd takes care of] his sheep, will continue praising you; we will continue to praise you forever [HYP].
Ana'ma hananketa Kagri vahe'mota tretre'ma hu'nea trazampima tantenanketa sipisipigna huta mani'nomota musena nehuta, susu hugante vava nehanunkeno, henkama forehu anante anante hu'zama esaza vahe'mo'za ana zanke hugahaze.
