< Ezekiel 10 >
1 Then [in the vision] I saw what resembled a throne made of (sapphire/[a very valuable] blue stone). It was above the thing that resembled a dome that was above the heads of the four winged creatures.
Hottelah, bout ka khet teh, cherubim e lû lathueng kalvan dawkvah Sapphire talung a phukaawm poung patetlah bawitungkhung hoi kâvan e arong a kamnue.
2 Yahweh said to the man wearing the linen robe, “Go between the wheels that are under the winged creatures. Pick up as many hot coals as you can, and scatter them over the city.” And while I watched, the man wearing the linen robe left.
Ahni ni loukloukkaang e hni kâkhu e koe, cherubim e rahak kaawm e hraba hah kut kahni touh hoi pham nateh, khopui thung kahei haw atipouh e patetlah ahni teh ka hmaitung vah a cei.
3 The four winged creatures were standing on the south side of the temple when the man wearing the linen robe entered. Then a cloud filled the inner courtyard [of the temple area].
Tami a kâen navah, cherubim teh, bawkim aranglah a kangdue awh. Im teh tâmai hoi a kawi teh, thongma teh tâmai hoi a kawi.
4 And the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh rose up from above the winged creatures and went to the entrance of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the courtyard was full of the (glory/dazzling light) of Yahweh.
BAWIPA bawilennae teh cherubim koehoi a luen teh, bawkim takhang van vah a kangdue. Im teh tâmai hoi akawi teh thongma teh BAWIPA bawilennae raeng hoi a kawi.
5 The sound made by the wings of the winged creatures could be heard as far away as the courtyard outside the temple. It [very loud], like [SIM] the voice of Almighty God when he speaks.
Cherubim rathei takhawng pawlawk teh, thongma alawilah Cathut Athakasaipounge ni tami a pato lahunnae lawk patetlah thai e lah ao.
6 When Yahweh commanded the man wearing the linen robe to take burning coals from among those winged creatures, the man went [the courtyard] and stood beside one of the wheels.
Loukloukkaang e ka kho e koevah, lengkhok rahak hoi hmai hah lat haw telah a dei toteh, a kâen teh lengkhok teng a kangdue.
7 Then one of those winged creatures reached out his hand to the fire that was there among them. He picked up some of the coals and put them in the hands of the man wearing the linen robe, and that man took them and left.
8 Under the wings of the winged creatures was something that resembled a human’s hands.
Cherubim rathei rahim vah tami kut patet e a kamnue.
9 Then [in the vision] I saw four wheels alongside the winged creatures. There was one wheel beside each of the winged creatures. The wheels shone like [SIM] very valuable stones.
Ka khet navah, cherubim e teng vah lengkhok buet touh lengkaleng ao. Lengkhoknaw teh, Beril talung phukaawm komthawm e patetlah ao.
10 The wheels were all alike: Each had one wheel inside another wheel.
Lengkhok pali touh teh sue a kâvan awh. Lengkhok buet touh e thung vah, alouke lengkhok kaawm e patetlah ao.
11 Whenever they moved, they went straight in whatever direction one of the winged creatures faced. The wheels did not turn in another direction while the winged creatures flew.
A cei awh navah pali touh lahoi rei a kangvawi e patetlah hmalah a cei awh teh, a cei awh nahai kamlang boi awh hoeh. Hatei pasuek kangvawi e koelah a cei awh. A cei awh navah kamlang boi awh hoeh.
12 Their bodies, including their backs and hands and wings, were covered with eyes. The wheels were also covered with eyes.
A tak abuemlah a hnukkhu lae a kut naw, a rathei hoi lengkhok hai mit hoi akawi awh.
13 I heard someone call them ‘the whirling wheels’.
Lengkhoknaw teh, a hnâthainae koe roeroe lengkhok telah tie lah ao.
14 Each of the winged creatures had four faces. One face was like the face of a bull, one face was like the face of a human, one face was like the face of a lion, and one face was like the face of an eagle.
Cherubim teh minhmai pali touh rip a tawn awh teh, apasueke minhmai teh cherubim minhmai, apâhni e minhmai teh tami minhmai, apâthum e minhmai teh sendek e minhmai, apali e minhmai teh mataw minhmai doeh.
15 Then the winged creatures rose up. They were the same living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal.
Cherubim teh a luen awh. Hethateh, Kebar palang teng e moithang ka hmu e hah doeh.
16 When the winged creatures moved, the wheels moved with them. When the winged creatures spread their wings to fly over the ground, the wheels did not leave them.
Cherubim ni a cei awh toteh, lengkhok ni tang a kâbang sin. Cherubim ni talai hoi luen hanelah a rathei a pho awh navah, lengkhok ni hai cettakhai boihoeh.
17 When the winged creatures stopped, the wheels stopped. When the winged creatures started to fly, the wheels flew with them, because the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
Kangdout awh pawiteh a kangdue awh van, luen awh pawiteh a luen awh van. Bangkongtetpawiteh, moithang muitha teh ahnimouh dawk ao.
18 Then the (glory/dazzling light) left the entrance of the temple and stopped above the winged creatures.
BAWIPA bawilennae teh, bawkim takhang koehoi a tâco teh cherubim lathueng vah a kangdue.
19 While I watched, the winged creatures spread their wings and started to fly, and the wheels went with them. They stopped at the gate on the east side of the temple area, and the (glory/dazzling light) of God, the one whom the [had worshiped], was above them.
Cherubim ni ka hmaitung vah a rathei a kadai awh teh, talai dawk hoi a luen awh. Alawilah a tâco awh navah, lengkhoknaw ni a kâbang sin. BAWIPA e im hmalah longkha tho koe a kangdue awh teh, Isarel imthung e Cathut bawilennae teh ahnimouh lathueng vah ao.
20 Those were the [same] four living creatures that I had seen alongside the Kebar River/Canal, and I realized that they were the winged creatures.
Hetheh Kebar palang Isarel Cathut rahim e moithang ka hmu e doeh, Cherubim tie ka panue.
21 Each of them had four faces and four wings, and under their wings was what resembled a human’s hands.
Ahnimouh ni minhmai 4, rathei 4 lengkaleng a tawn awh teh, a rathei rahim vah tami kut hoi kâvan e ao.
22 Their faces were the same as the faces that I had seen at the Kebar River/Canal. Each of them flew straight ahead.
