Genesis 28
1 and to call: call to Isaac to(wards) Jacob and to bless [obj] him and to command him and to say to/for him not to take: marry woman: wife from daughter Canaan
Då kallade Isak till sig Jakob och välsignade honom; och han bjöd honom och sade till honom: "Tag dig icke till hustru någon av Kanaans döttrar,
2 to arise: rise to go: went Paddan [to] (Paddan)-aram house: household [to] Bethuel father mother your and to take: take to/for you from there woman: wife from daughter Laban brother: male-sibling mother your
utan stå upp och begiv dig till Paddan-Aram, till Betuels, din morfaders, hus, och tag dig en hustru därifrån, någon av Labans, din morbroders, döttrar.
3 and God Almighty to bless [obj] you and be fruitful you and to multiply you and to be to/for assembly people
Och må Gud den Allsmäktige välsigna dig och göra dig fruktsam och föröka dig, så att skaror av folk komma av dig;
4 and to give: give to/for you [obj] blessing Abraham to/for you and to/for seed: children your with you to/for to possess: take you [obj] land: country/planet sojourning your which to give: give God to/for Abraham
må han giva åt dig Abrahams välsignelse, åt dig och din säd med dig, så att du får taga i besittning det land som Gud har givit åt Abraham, och där du nu bor såsom främling."
5 and to send: depart Isaac [obj] Jacob and to go: went Paddan [to] (Paddan)-aram to(wards) Laban son: child Bethuel [the] Aramean brother: male-sibling Rebekah mother Jacob and Esau
Så sände Isak åstad Jakob, och denne begav sig till Paddan-Aram, till araméen Laban, Betuels son, som var broder till Rebecka, Jakobs och Esaus moder.
6 and to see: see Esau for to bless Isaac [obj] Jacob and to send: depart [obj] him Paddan [to] (Paddan)-aram to/for to take: marry to/for him from there woman: wife in/on/with to bless he [obj] him and to command upon him to/for to say not to take: marry woman: wife from daughter Canaan
När nu Esau såg att Isak hade välsignat Jakob och sänt honom till Paddan-Aram för att därifrån taga sig hustru -- ty han hade välsignat honom och bjudit honom och sagt: "Du skall icke taga till hustru någon av Kanaans döttrar" --
7 and to hear: obey Jacob to(wards) father his and to(wards) mother his and to go: went Paddan [to] (Paddan)-aram
och när han såg att Jakob hade lytt sin fader och moder och begivit sig till Paddan-Aram,
8 and to see: see Esau for bad: evil daughter Canaan in/on/with eye: appearance Isaac father his
då märkte Esau att Kanaans döttrar misshagade hans fader Isak;
9 and to go: went Esau to(wards) Ishmael and to take: marry [obj] Mahalath daughter Ishmael son: child Abraham sister Nebaioth upon woman: wife his to/for him to/for woman: wife
och Esau gick bort till Ismael och tog Mahalat, Abrahams son Ismaels dotter, Nebajots syster, till hustru åt sig, utöver de hustrur han förut hade.
10 and to come out: extends Jacob from Beersheba Beersheba and to go: went Haran [to]
Men Jakob begav sig från Beer-Seba på väg till Haran.
11 and to fall on in/on/with place and to lodge there for to come (in): (sun)set [the] sun and to take: take from stone [the] place and to set: put head his and to lie down: sleep in/on/with place [the] he/she/it
Och han kom då till den heliga platsen och stannade där över natten, ty solen hade gått ned; och han tog en av stenarna på platsen för att hava den till huvudgärd och lade sig att sova där.
12 and to dream and behold ladder to stand land: country/planet [to] and head: top his to touch [the] heaven [to] and behold messenger: angel God to ascend: rise and to go down in/on/with him
Då hade han en dröm. Han såg en stege vara rest på jorden, och dess övre ände räckte upp till himmelen, och Guds änglar stego upp och ned på den.
13 and behold LORD to stand upon him and to say I LORD God Abraham father your and God Isaac [the] land: country/planet which you(m. s.) to lie down: lay down upon her to/for you to give: give her and to/for seed: children your
Och se, HERREN stod framför honom och sade: "Jag är HERREN, Abrahams, din faders, Gud och Isaks Gud. Det land där du ligger skall jag giva åt dig och din säd.
14 and to be seed: children your like/as dust [the] land: soil and to break through sea: west [to] and east [to] and north [to] and south [to] and to bless in/on/with you all family [the] land: soil and in/on/with seed: children your
Och din säd skall bliva såsom stoftet på jorden, och du skall utbreda dig åt väster och öster och norr och söder, och alla släkter på jorden skola varda välsignade i dig och i din säd.
15 and behold I with you and to keep: guard you in/on/with all which to go: went and to return: return you to(wards) [the] land: soil [the] this for not to leave: forsake you till which if: until to make: do [obj] which to speak: promise to/for you
Och se, jag är med dig och skall bevara dig, varthelst du går, och jag skall föra dig tillbaka till detta land; ty jag skall icke övergiva dig, till dess jag har gjort vad jag har lovat dig."
16 and to awake Jacob from sleep his and to say surely there LORD in/on/with place [the] this and I not to know
När Jakob vaknade upp ur sömnen sade han: "HERREN är sannerligen på denna plats, och jag visste det icke!"
17 and to fear: revere and to say what? to fear: revere [the] place [the] this nothing this that if: except if: except house: home God and this gate [the] heaven
Och han betogs av fruktan och sade: "Detta måste vara en helig plats, här bor förvisso Gud, och här är himmelens port."
18 and to rise Jacob in/on/with morning and to take: take [obj] [the] stone which to set: put head his and to set: make [obj] her pillar and to pour: pour oil upon head: top her
Och bittida om morgonen stod Jakob upp och tog stenen som han hade haft till huvudgärd och reste den till en stod och göt olja därovanpå.
19 and to call: call by [obj] name [the] place [the] he/she/it Bethel Bethel and but Luz name [the] city to/for first
Och han gav den platsen namnet Betel; förut hade staden hetat Lus.
20 and to vow Jacob vow to/for to say if to be God with me me and to keep: guard me in/on/with way: journey [the] this which I to go: went and to give: give to/for me food: bread to/for to eat and garment to/for to clothe
Och Jakob gjorde ett löfte och sade: "Om Gud är med mig och bevarar mig under den resa som jag nu är stadd på och giver mig bröd till att äta och kläder till att kläda mig med,
21 and to return: return in/on/with peace to(wards) house: home father my and to be LORD to/for me to/for God
så att jag kommer i frid tillbaka till min faders hus, då skall HERREN vara min Gud;
22 and [the] stone [the] this which to set: make pillar to be house: home God and all which to give: give to/for me to tithe to tithe him to/for you
och denna sten som jag har rest till en stod skall bliva ett Guds hus, och av allt vad du giver mig skall jag giva dig tionde."
