2 Samuel 9
1 and to say David for there still which to remain to/for house: household Saul and to make: do with him kindness in/on/with for the sake of Jonathan
Och David sade: "Finnes ännu någon kvar av Sauls hus, mot vilken jag kan bevisa barmhärtighet för Jonatans skull?"
2 and to/for house: household Saul servant/slave and name his Ziba and to call: call to to/for him to(wards) David and to say [the] king to(wards) him you(m. s.) Ziba and to say servant/slave your
Nu hade Sauls hus haft en tjänare vid namn Siba; honom hämtade man till David. Då sade konungen till honom: "Är du Siba?" Han svarade: "Ja, din tjänare."
3 and to say [the] king end still man: anyone to/for house: household Saul and to make: do with him kindness God and to say Ziba to(wards) [the] king still son: child to/for Jonathan crippled foot
Konungen frågade: "Finnes ingen kvar av Sauls hus, mot vilken jag kan bevisa barmhärtighet, såsom Gud är barmhärtig?" Siba svarade konungen: "Ännu finnes kvar en son till Jonatan, en som är ofärdig i fötterna."
4 and to say to/for him [the] king where? he/she/it and to say Ziba to(wards) [the] king behold he/she/it house: household Machir son: child Ammiel in/on/with Lo-debar Lo-debar
Konungen frågade honom "Var är han?" Siba svarade konungen: "Han är nu i Makirs, Ammiels sons, hus i Lo-Debar."
5 and to send: depart [the] king David and to take: bring him from house: household Machir son: child Ammiel from Lo-debar Lo-debar
Då sände konung David och lät hämta honom från Makirs, Ammiels sons, hus i Lo-Debar.
6 and to come (in): come Mephibosheth son: child Jonathan son: child Saul to(wards) David and to fall: fall upon face his and to bow and to say David Mephibosheth and to say behold servant/slave your
När så Mefiboset, Sauls son Jonatans son, kom in till David, föll han ned på sitt ansikte och bugade sig. Då sade David: "Mefiboset!" Han svarade: "Ja, din tjänare hör."
7 and to say to/for him David not to fear for to make: do to make: do with you kindness in/on/with for the sake of Jonathan father your and to return: rescue to/for you [obj] all land: country Saul father your and you(m. s.) to eat food upon table my continually
David sade till honom: "Frukta icke, ty jag vill bevisa barmhärtighet mot dig för din fader Jonatans skull, och jag vill giva dig allt din faders Sauls jordagods tillbaka, och du skall äta vid mitt bord beständigt."
8 and to bow and to say what? servant/slave your for to turn to(wards) [the] dog [the] to die which like me
Då bugade han sig och sade: "Vad är jag, din tjänare, eftersom du vänder dig till en sådan död hund som jag är?"
9 and to call: call to [the] king to(wards) Ziba youth Saul and to say to(wards) him all which to be to/for Saul and to/for all house: household his to give: give to/for son: descendant/people lord your
Därefter tillkallade konungen Siba, Sauls tjänare, och sade till honom; "Allt som Saul och hela hans hus har ägt giver jag åt din herres son.
10 and to serve: labour to/for him [obj] [the] land: soil you(m. s.) and son: child your and servant/slave your and to come (in): bring and to be to/for son: descendant/people lord your food: bread and to eat him and Mephibosheth son: descendant/people lord your to eat continually food upon table my and to/for Ziba five ten son: child and twenty servant/slave
Och du med dina söner och dina tjänare skall bruka jorden åt honom och inbärga skörden, för att din herres son må hava bröd att äta, dock skall Mefiboset, din herres son, beständigt äta vid mitt bord." Siba hade nämligen femton söner och tjugu tjänare.
11 and to say Ziba to(wards) [the] king like/as all which to command lord my [the] king [obj] servant/slave his so to make: do servant/slave your and Mephibosheth to eat upon table my like/as one from son: child [the] king
Då sade Siba till konungen: "Din tjänare skall i alla stycken göra såsom min herre konungen bjuder sin tjänare." "Ja", svarade han, "Mefiboset skall äta vid mitt bord, såsom vore han en av konungens söner."
12 and to/for Mephibosheth son: child small and name his Mica and all seat house: household Ziba servant/slave to/for Mephibosheth
Mefiboset hade en liten son, som hette Mika. Och alla som bodde i Sibas hus blevo Mefibosets tjänare.
13 and Mephibosheth to dwell in/on/with Jerusalem for upon table [the] king continually he/she/it to eat and he/she/it (lame *LA(bh)*) two foot his
Själv bodde Mefiboset i Jerusalem, eftersom han beständigt skulle äta vid konungens bord. Och han var halt på båda fötterna.
