< Psalms 25 >

1 Of David to you O Yahweh desire my I lift up.
A Psalme of David. Unto thee, O Lord, lift I vp my soule.
2 O God my in you I trust may not I be ashamed may not they exult enemies my to me.
My God, I trust in thee: let me not be confounded: let not mine enemies reioyce ouer mee.
3 Also all [those who] wait for you not they will be ashamed they will be ashamed those [who] act treacherously in vain.
So all that hope in thee, shall not be ashamed: but let them be confounded, that transgresse without cause.
4 Ways your O Yahweh make known to me paths your teach me.
Shew me thy waies, O Lord, and teache me thy paths.
5 Lead me in truth your - and teach me for you [are] [the] God of salvation my you I have waited for all the day.
Leade me foorth in thy trueth, and teache me: for thou art the God of my saluation: in thee doe I trust all the day.
6 Remember compassion your O Yahweh and covenant loyalti your for [are] from long ago they.
Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies, and thy louing kindnesse: for they haue beene for euer.
7 [the] sins of Youth my - and transgressions my may not you remember according to covenant loyalty your remember me you on account of goodness your O Yahweh.
Remember not the sinnes of my youth, nor my rebellions, but according to thy kindenesse remember thou me, euen for thy goodnesse sake, O Lord.
8 [is] good And upright Yahweh there-fore he teaches sinners the way.
Gracious and righteous is the Lord: therefore will he teache sinners in the way.
9 He leads humble [people] in justice so he may teach humble [people] way his.
Them that be meeke, will hee guide in iudgement, and teach the humble his way.
10 All [the] paths of Yahweh [are] covenant loyalty and faithfulness to [those who] keep covenant his and testimonies his.
All the pathes of the Lord are mercie and trueth vnto such as keepe his couenant and his testimonies.
11 For [the] sake of name your O Yahweh you will forgive iniquity my for [is] great it.
For thy Names sake, O Lord, be merciful vnto mine iniquitie, for it is great.
12 Who? this [is] the person fearing Yahweh he teaches him [the] way [which] he will choose.
What man is he that feareth the Lord? him wil he teache the way that hee shall chuse.
13 Self his in good it will remain and offspring his it will possess [the] land.
His soule shall dwell at ease, and his seede shall inherite the land.
14 [the] counsel of Yahweh [belongs] to [those] fearing him and covenant his to make known to them.
The secrete of the Lord is reueiled to them, that feare him: and his couenant to giue them vnderstanding.
15 Eyes my continually [are] to Yahweh for he he will bring out from [the] net feet my.
Mine eyes are euer towarde the Lord: for he will bring my feete out of the net.
16 Turn to me and show favor to me for [am] solitary and afflicted I.
Turne thy face vnto mee, and haue mercie vpon me: for I am desolate and poore.
17 [the] troubles of Heart my they have made wide from distresses my deliver me.
The sorowes of mine heart are enlarged: drawe me out of my troubles.
18 Consider affliction my and trouble my and forgive to all sins my.
Looke vpon mine affliction and my trauel, and forgiue all my sinnes.
19 Consider enemies my for they have become many and hatred of violence they have hated me.
Beholde mine enemies, for they are manie, and they hate me with cruell hatred.
20 Preserve! life my and deliver me may not I be put to shame for I have taken refuge in you.
Keepe my soule, and deliuer me: let me not be confounded, for I trust in thee.
21 Integrity and uprightness may they preserve me for I have waited for you. (Yahweh *X*)
Let mine vprightnes and equitie preserue me: for mine hope is in thee.
22 redeem O God Israel from all troubles its.
Deliuer Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
