< Isaiah 33 >

1 Woe to! [the] destroyer and you not [have been] destroyed and [the] traitor and not people have dealt treacherously with him when finishing you destroying you will be destroyed when completing you to deal treacherously people will deal treacherously with you.
Anunae aka rhoelrhak khaw na rhoelrhak yoe mahpawh, hnukpoh khaw a taengah hnukpoh yoe mahpawh. Na rhoelrhak bawt ah namah n'rhoelrhak ni, na hnukpoh bawt ah namah te n'hnukpoh thil uh van ni.
2 O Yahweh show favor to us for you we have waited be strength their to the mornings also salvation our in a time of distress.
BOEIPA kaimih he n'rhen lah, namah ni kan lamtawn uh. Mincang ah a bantha la, citcai tue vaengah kaimih ham khangnah la ha om lah.
3 From [the] sound of tumult they flee peoples from arising your they scatter nations.
Hlangping ol ah pilnam rhoek loh yong uh tih, na thoh vaengah namtom khaw haeh uh.
4 And it will be gathered plunder your gathering of locust[s] like [the] rushing of locusts [someone will be] rushing on it.
Na kutbuem te cangah kah phol bangla kol ni. Kaisih cungpet bangla cu ni.
5 [is] exalted Yahweh for [he is] dwelling a high place he will fill Zion justice and righteousness.
BOEIPA tah hmuensang la kho a sak dongah pomdoep rhoe pai saeh. Zion tah tiktamnah, duengnah neh a baetawt sak.
6 And he will be [the] steadiness of times your wealth of deliverance wisdom and knowledge [the] fear of Yahweh it [will be] treasure his.
Namah tue vaengkah khangnah khohrhang, cueihnah he uepomnah la om vetih BOEIPA hinyahnah neh mingnah te a thakvoh la om ni.
7 There! valiant one their they have cried out [the] outside towards messengers of peace bitter they weep!
Thinom te kawtpoeng ah a doek uh tih rhoepnah puencawn rhoek khaw bungbung rhap uh coeng ke.
8 They have been made desolate highways he has ceased [one who] passes by of a path someone has broken a covenant someone has rejected cities not anyone has valued humankind.
Longpuei rhoek khaw pong uh tih caehlong kah aka pongpa khaw kangkuen. Paipi te a phae tih khopuei rhoek te a sawtsit tih hlanghing la toeksap pawh.
9 It has dried up it has languished [the] land it has displayed shame Lebanon it has withered it has become Sharon like desert plain and [is] shaking off Bashan and Carmel.
Khohmuen a tahah te a nguekcoi thil. Lebanon khaw tal tih tloih coeng. Sharon te a kolken bangla om coeng tih Bashan neh Karmel khaw cungpet coeng.
10 Now I will arise he says Yahweh now I will exalt myself now I will lift myself up.
BOEIPA loh, “Ka thoo pawn ni, ka pomsang uh pawn ni, ka pacuet uh pawn ni,” a ti.
11 You will conceive dry grass you will give birth to stubble breath your [is] a fire [which] it will consume you.
Diphung la na vawn uh tih divawt na cun uh. Na hil dongkah hmai loh namah n'hlawp coeng.
12 And they will be peoples burnings of lime thornbushes cut down with fire they will be kindled.
Pilnam te tihkoi lungbok bangla om uh vetih, hling a vung bangla hmai neh a hlup uh ni.
13 Hear O distant [ones] [that] which I have done and know O near [ones] strength my.
Ka saii te khohla loh ya pai lamtah ka thayung thamal he a yoei loh ming uh pai.
14 They are in dread in Zion sinners it has seized trembling godless [people] who? - will he sojourn of us a fire consuming who? will he sojourn of us hearths of perpetuity.
Hlangtholh rhoek tah Zion ah rhi uh tih lailak rhoek loh thuennah a buem uh. Mamih khuiah hmai kah a hlawp la aka bakuep te unim? Kumhal hmaingen la mamih khuiah aka bakuep te unim?
15 [one who] walks Righteousness and [one who] speaks uprightness [one who] rejects unjust gain of extortion [one who] shakes out hands his from taking hold on bribe [one who] shuts ear his from hearing blood and [one who] shuts eyes his from looking on evil.
Duengnah dongah aka pongpa tih vanat la aka thui, tlungalnah te mueluemnah ham aka tuei, kapbaih aka duen taeng lamloh a kut aka khong, thii long aka yaak ngaih taeng lamloh a hna aka buem, boethae aka hmu lamkah a mik aka him,
16 He high places he will dwell [will be] strongholds of cliffs refuge his food his [will be] given water his [will be] reliable.
anih tah hmuensang ah kho a sak vetih, rhalmahim thaelpang a imsang la om ni. A buh loh a khut vetih a tui loh a tangnah ni.
17 A king in beauty his they will see eyes your they will see a land of distances.
Manghai kah a sakthen te na mik loh a hmuh khohla bangsang kho te khaw a hmuh ni.
18 Heart your it will meditate on terror where? [is one who] counted where? [is one who] weighed where? [is one who] counted the towers.
Cadaek te ta? hno aka thuek te melae? rhaltoengim aka toek te melae? tila na lungbuei loh mueirhih te a thuep ni.
19 A people barbarous not you will see a people [too] unintelligible of lip for hearing stammering of tongue there not [is] understanding.
Pilnam aka saan te na hmu voel mahpawh. Pilnam kah ol khuet neh tamdaeng ol n'yakmingnah pawt te khaw ya voel mahpawh.
20 See Zion [the] town of appointed feast our eyes your they will see Jerusalem a habitation undisturbed a tent [which] not anyone will pack up [which] not anyone will pull out tent pegs its to perpetuity and all ropes its not they will be torn apart.
Mamih kah tingtunnah khorha Zion ke so lah. Na mik loh mongkawt tolkhoeng Jerusalem te a hmuh bitni. Dap te puen pawt vetih a hlingcong khaw a yoeyah la phong mahpawh. A rhuihet te pakhat pataeng pat mahpawh.
21 That except there [will be] majestic Yahweh for us a place of rivers canals broad of both hands not it will go on it a ship of rowing and a ship majestic not it will pass along it.
Aka khuet BOEIPA tah mamih ham a kut aka dangka sak sokko tuiva hmuen la om pahoi coeng. A soah lawngkaih kah sangpho khaw cet pawt vetih timbaw aka khuet khaw kat mahpawh.
22 For Yahweh [is] judge our Yahweh [is] commander our Yahweh [is] king our he he will deliver us.
BOEIPA loh mamih kah lai aka tloek tih, BOEIPA tah mamih aka taem la om. Mamih kah manghai BOEIPA, amah long ni mamih n'khang eh.
23 They are loose ropes your not they make firm [the] base of mast their not they have spread out [the] sail then it will be divided booty of plunder in abundance lame [people] they will take as spoil spoil.
Na rhuihet te hlong tih a cungkui yung khaw a kueng voel pawt dongah a rholik khaw a ku uh moenih. Te dongah kutbuem maeh te a tael ni. Khokhaem rhoek khaw puh vetih maeh te a poelyoe uh ni.
24 And not he will say an inhabitant I am sick the people which dwells in it [will be] forgiven of iniquity.
Imben loh, “Ka tlo,” ti mahpawh. A khuikah pilnam khosa khaw thaesainah a phueih pah coeng.
