2 Chronicles 27
1 [was] a son of Twenty and five year[s] Jotham when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.
Jotham tinha vinte e cinco anos de idade quando começou a reinar, e reinou dezesseis anos em Jerusalém. O nome de sua mãe era Jerushah, a filha de Zadok.
2 And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his only not he went into [the] temple of Yahweh and yet the people [were] behaving corruptly.
Ele fez o que era certo aos olhos de Javé, de acordo com tudo o que seu pai Uzziah havia feito. Entretanto, ele não entrou no templo de Iavé. O povo ainda agiu de forma corrupta.
3 He he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper and on [the] wall of Ophel he built to abundance.
Ele construiu o portão superior da casa de Iavé, e construiu muito sobre a parede de Ofel.
4 And cities he built in [the] hill country of Judah and in the wooded areas he built fortresses and towers.
Moreover ele construiu cidades na região montanhosa de Judá, e nas florestas ele construiu fortalezas e torres.
5 And he he waged war with [the] king of [the] people of Ammon and he prevailed over them and they gave to him [the] people of Ammon in the year that one hundred talent[s] of silver and ten thousand cors wheat and barley ten thousand this they brought to him [the] people of (Ammon. *LBH(a)*) And in the year second and third.
Ele também lutou com o rei dos filhos de Amon, e prevaleceu contra eles. Os filhos de Amon lhe deram no mesmo ano cem talentos de prata, dez mil coros de trigo e dez mil coros de cevada. Os filhos de Ammon também lhe deram tanto no segundo ano, e no terceiro.
6 And he strengthened himself Jotham for he had directed ways his before Yahweh God his.
Então Jotham tornou-se poderoso, porque ordenou seus caminhos diante de Yahweh seu Deus.
7 And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham and all wars his and ways his there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] kings of Israel and Judah.
Agora o resto dos atos de Jotão, e todas as suas guerras e seus caminhos, eis que estão escritos no livro dos reis de Israel e Judá.
8 A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem.
Ele tinha vinte e cinco anos quando começou a reinar, e reinou dezesseis anos em Jerusalém.
9 And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
Jotham dormiu com seus pais, e o enterraram na cidade de Davi; e Acaz seu filho reinou em seu lugar.
