< 2 Peter 3 >

1 This, already, beloved, is the second letter I am writing unto you; and, in these letters, I am stirring up—by way of calling to remembrance—your uncorrupted mind,
Joon awaan loong, arah le maat halang ah ih taknyi angla. Le enyiinyi ni sen thung nah esa tenthun angthuk suh ngeh ih arah tiit ah taat thaam dobbaat rumhala.
2 To remember the fore-spoken declarations made by the holy prophets, and the commandment of the Lord and Saviour, by your apostles.
Ngah ih liihang ah langla, teewah di esa khowah loong jengta loong ah nyia seng Pangte Teesu jengdang kaamwah loong ih kotahan ah dokthun an.
3 Of this, first, taking note—that there will come, in the last of the days, with scoffing, scoffers, after their own covetings, going on,
Jaakhothoon sen ih jattheng ah langla, saathoon doh neng teenuh teewah roidong ah neng ramka ih jen arah mina dongha. Erah loong ah ih sen loong ah pitbeek ngitkhu hanno,
4 and saying—Where is the promise of his presence? For, since the fathers fell asleep, all things, thus remain, from the beginning of creation.
amah cheng han, “Jisu ih ngaakkaat esuh kakham tahan, tatam liita? Heh amadi mani ah? Sengte sengwah loong jen tek eta, erabah uh arah mongrep dongsiitta dowa ih amadi tuk ih phoosiitsiit!”
5 For this they, willfully, forget—that there were, heavens, from of old, and, an earth, on account of water and by means of water, compacted, by God’s word, —
Teewah di arah hah nyia rangmong ah Rangte jeng nawa ih dongsiitta ngeh ih jatchoi doh neng loong ah thamtham ih diip reeraang rum ah. Arah hah ah ju nawa nyia ju ih dongsiitta,
6 By which means, the world that then was, with water being flooded, perished;
eno ju jengta ah uh ju heheh ih jeng thukta, eno teewah dowa mongrep ah thet haat eta.
7 While, the heavens and the earth that now are, by the same word, have been stored with fire, being kept unto the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly men.
Enoothong amah dowa rangmong nyia arah hah ah we suh matkhaam thuk suh Rangte jengdang phoosiitsiit nawa ih thoktong thukla. Erah langla ranngte mih lah angka loong dande ja matkhaam thuk suh thiinha.
8 But, this one thing, forget not, beloved, —that, one day, with the Lord, is as a thousand years, and, a thousand years, as one day.
Enoothong, joon awaan loong sen ih jisiit nak beehaat an! Teesu maangka di paangsiit nyia hajaatsiit paang ah phoosiit; heh maangka di erah enyi ah phosiitsiit.
9 The Lord is, not slack, concerning his promise, as some count, slackness; but is long-suffering with regard to you, not being minded that any should perish, but that, all, unto repentance, should come.
Mararah ih thunha ah likhiik, Teesu ih kakhamta ah tasen reeraangka. Emah tah angka, erah angla bah sen biinbui halan, tiimnge liidoh Rangte ah o uh thet haat thung tah angka, erah nang ebah mina loongtang rangdah nawa doksoon baalah ih rumta ngeh ih thunha.
10 Howbeit the day of the Lord will be here, as a thief, —in which, the heavens, with a rushing noise, will pass away, while, elements, becoming intensely hot, will be dissolved, and, earth, and the works therein, will be discovered.
Enoothong Teesu Rangwu thok haadoh ehuh thokthok eha. Erah Rangwuuja rangmong nah erongwah ih hu ano saapmah ah, rang ahah loong ah matkhaam nyia ethet ih ah, eno arah hah nyia hah dowa jirep ah tikmah eh ah.
11 Seeing that all these things are thus to be dissolved, what manner of persons, ought [ye] all the while to be, in holy ways of behaviour and acts of godliness, —
Erah loong ah emah ih saapmah abah, sen loong ah tiim likhiik mina angtheng ah? Sen roidong ah esa nyia Rangte lathong nah tongte mina ang theng,
12 Expecting and hastening the presence of the day of God, by reason of which, heavens, being on fire, will be dissolved, and, elements, becoming intensely hot, are to be melted;
sen loong ah Rangte Rangwu bansokte ang phiino kharok toom raaha suh sen loong ah mootse kaatse ah mokah an. Rangmong matkhaam nyia thet haat Sa, rang nyia hah loong ah weetak khaam nawa ih jaakkhaam ah
13 But, new heavens, and a new earth, according to his promise, are we expecting, wherein, righteousness, is to dwell.
Enoothong seng loong ah ih Rangte ih tiim raangtaan ih kakhamta erah bansok hi: Erah langla rangmong ena nyia hatoh hadaang marah nok adi katengthoon jeela.
14 Wherefore, beloved, these things, expecting—give diligence, unspotted and unblemished, by him, to be found, in peace;
Erah raangtaan ih, joon awaan loong, sen loong ah ih erah Rangwu ah bansok hanbah, Rangte miksok doh lah moongtaang suh, erah damdoh semroongroong nyia saachamcham ih songtong suh thun an.
15 And account, our Lord’s long suffering, [to be] salvation: —even as, our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given unto him, hath written unto you;
Rangte ih mongtham ah koh ano seng joonte Pool ih raangkoh tahan ah likhiik, seng Teesu ih seng puipang suh naan heeno saapoot se koh hali ah sok thaak an.
16 As also, in all letters, speaking in them concerning these things, —in which [letters] are some things, hard to be understood, which, the uninstructed and unstable, wrest, —as also the other scriptures, —unto their own destruction.
Pool ih arah tiit raangta adi mathan ah, erah di ngah ih baat hang loong ah ju raangta. Pool ih raangta le loong adi marah marah ah lajen jattheng ih raangha eno wapoh wasoi nyia mih jeng chaatchaat ete loong ah ih eki ni jangbaat kaatla. Erah likhiikkhiik Rangteele ehoh uh eki ni moong jaangbaat kaat rumla. Eno neng teeteewah thet hoom rumha.
17 Ye, therefore, beloved, taking note beforehand, be on your guard, lest, with the error of the impious being led away, ye fall from your own steadfastness;
Enoothong, nga joon loong sen ebah erah jen jat etan. Erah raangtaan ih sen teeteewah sokboi an, sen puipang lam dowa hootthe lajeete miloong ah ih lamki ko naktoom moongsiit han.
18 But be growing in the favour and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ: —unto whom be the glory, both now and unto a day that abideth. (aiōn g165)
Erah nang ebah, seng Pangte nyia seng Teesu, Jisu Kristo minchan adoleh heh mongtham nah sen loong ah ehak toom ih an. Rangka ah amadoh nyia saarookwet heh raangtaan toom ang ah. Amen. (aiōn g165)
