Matthew 28
1 After the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary of Magdala and the other Mary had gone to look at the grave,
௧ஓய்வுநாள் முடிந்து, வாரத்தின் முதலாம் நாள் பொழுதுவிடிந்தபோது, மகதலேனா மரியாளும் மற்ற மரியாளும் கல்லறையைப் பார்க்க வந்தார்கள்.
2 when suddenly a great earthquake occurred. For an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled away the stone, and seated himself on it.
௨அப்பொழுது, பூமி மிகவும் அதிரும்படி, கர்த்தருடைய தூதன் வானத்திலிருந்து இறங்கிவந்து, வாசலிலிருந்த கல்லைப் புரட்டித் தள்ளி, அதின்மேல் உட்கார்ந்தான்.
3 His appearance was as dazzling as lightning, and his clothing was as white as snow;
௩அவனுடைய தோற்றம் மின்னல்போலவும், அவனுடைய உடை உறைந்த மழையைப்போல வெண்மையாகவும் இருந்தது.
4 and, in their terror of him, the men on guard trembled violently and became like dead men.
௪காவலாளர் அவனுக்குப் பயந்ததினால் திடுக்கிட்டுச் செத்தவர்கள்போலானார்கள்.
5 But the angel, addressing the women, said, “You need not be afraid. I know that it is Jesus, who was crucified, for whom you are looking.
௫தூதன் அந்தப் பெண்களைப் பார்த்து: நீங்கள் பயப்படாமலிருங்கள்; சிலுவையில் அறையப்பட்ட இயேசுவைத் தேடுகிறீர்கள் என்று அறிவேன்.
6 He is not here; for he has risen, as he said he would. Come, and see the place where he was lying;
௬அவர் இங்கே இல்லை; தாம் சொன்னபடியே உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார்; கர்த்த்தரை வைத்த இடத்தை வந்துபாருங்கள்;
7 and then go quickly and say to his disciples ‘He has risen from the dead, and is going before you into Galilee; there you will see him.’ Remember, I have told you.”
௭சீக்கிரமாகப்போய், அவர் மரித்தோரிலிருந்து உயிரோடு எழுந்தார் என்று அவருடைய சீடர்களுக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள். அவர் உங்களுக்கு முன்னே கலிலேயாவிற்குப் போகிறார்; அங்கே அவரைக் காண்பீர்கள்; இதோ, உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னேன் என்றான்.
8 They left the tomb quickly, in awe and great joy, and ran to tell the news to the disciples.
௮அவர்கள் பயத்தோடும் மகா சந்தோஷத்தோடும் கல்லறையைவிட்டுச் சீக்கிரமாகப் புறப்பட்டு, அவருடைய சீடர்களுக்கு அறிவிக்க ஓடினார்கள்.
9 Suddenly Jesus met them. “Welcome!” he said. The women went up to him, and clasped his feet, bowing to the ground before him. Then Jesus said to them,
௯அவர்கள் அவருடைய சீடர்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கப் போகிறபோது, இயேசு தாமே அவர்களுக்கு எதிர்பட்டு: வாழ்க என்றார். அவர்கள் கிட்டவந்து, அவர் பாதங்களைத் தழுவி, அவரைப் பணிந்துகொண்டார்கள்.
10 “Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers and sisters to set out for Galilee, and they will see me there.”
௧0அப்பொழுது இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி: பயப்படாமலிருங்கள்; நீங்கள் போய், என் சகோதரர்கள் கலிலேயாவிற்குப் போகும்படி அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லுங்கள்; அங்கே அவர்கள் என்னைக் காண்பார்கள் என்றார்.
11 While they were still on their way, some of the guard came into the city, and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened.
௧௧அவர்கள் போகும்போது, காவல்வீரர்களில் சிலர் நகரத்திற்குள்ளே வந்து. நடந்த யாவற்றையும் பிரதான ஆசாரியர்களுக்கு அறிவித்தார்கள்.
12 So they and the elders met and, after holding a consultation, gave a large sum of money to the soldiers,
௧௨இவர்கள் மூப்பர்களோடு கூடிவந்து, ஆலோசனைசெய்து, வீரருக்கு வேண்டிய பணத்தைக் கொடுத்து:
13 and told them to say that his disciples came in the night, and stole him while they were asleep;
௧௩நாங்கள் தூங்கும்போது, அவனுடைய சீடர்கள் இரவிலே வந்து, அவனைத் திருடிக்கொண்டு போய்விட்டார்கள் என்று சொல்லுங்கள்.
14 “And should this matter come before the Governor,” they added, “we will satisfy him, and see that you have nothing to fear.”
௧௪இது தேசாதிபதிக்கு தெரியவந்தால், நாங்கள் அவரை இணங்கவைத்து, உங்களைத் தப்புவிப்போம் என்றார்கள்.
15 So the soldiers took the money, and did as they were instructed. This story spread widely; the people of Judea still tell it today.
௧௫அவர்கள் பணத்தை வாங்கிக்கொண்டு, தங்களுக்குப் போதிக்கப்பட்டபடியே செய்தார்கள். இந்தப் பேச்சு யூதர்களுக்குள்ளே இந்தநாள்வரை பிரசித்தமாக இருக்கிறது.
16 The eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus told them to meet him;
௧௬பதினொரு சீடர்களும், கலிலேயாவிலே இயேசு தங்களுக்குக் குறித்திருந்த மலைக்குப் போனார்கள்.
17 and, when they saw him, they bowed to the ground before him; although some felt doubtful.
௧௭அங்கே அவர்கள் அவரைப் பார்த்து, பணிந்துகொண்டார்கள்; சிலரோ சந்தேகப்பட்டார்கள்.
18 Then Jesus came up, and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on the earth has been given to me.
௧௮அப்பொழுது இயேசு அருகில் வந்து, அவர்களைப் பார்த்து: பரலோகத்திலும் பூமியிலும் எல்லா அதிகாரமும் எனக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit,
௧௯ஆகவே, நீங்கள் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், எல்லா தேசத்து மக்களையும் சீடராக்கி, பிதா குமாரன் பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் நாமத்தினாலே அவர்களுக்கு ஞானஸ்நானங்கொடுத்து,
20 and teaching them to lay to heart all the commands that I have given you; and, remember, I myself am with you every day until the close of the age.” (aiōn g165)
௨0நான் உங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட யாவையும் அவர்கள் கைக்கொள்ளும்படி அவர்களுக்கு உபதேசம் செய்யுங்கள். இதோ, உலகத்தின் இறுதிவரை எல்லா நாட்களிலும் நான் உங்களோடுகூட இருக்கிறேன் என்றார். ஆமென். (aiōn g165)
