1 O give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; For his kindness endureth for ever!

5 I called upon the LORD in distress; He heard, and set me in a wide place.

6 The LORD is on my side, I will not fear: What can man do to me?

7 The LORD is my helper; I shall see my desire upon my enemies.

8 It is better to trust in the LORD Than to put confidence in man;

10 All the nations beset me around, But in the name of the LORD I destroyed them.

13 Thou didst assail me with violence to bring me down! But the LORD was my support.

15 The voice of joy and salvation is in the habitations of the righteous: “The right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly;
