Job 35
1 Moreover Elihu proceeded, and said:
Nagtultuloy pay ni Elihu, kinuna,
2 Dost thou then think this to be right? Thou hast said, “I am more righteous than God.”

3 For thou askest, “What advantage have I? What have I gained, more than if I had sinned?”
Ta ibagbagam, 'Ania koma ti pagsayaatanna kaniak no nalintegak? Ania ti pagsayaatanna kaniak daytoy ita, ngem no nagbasolak?'
4 I will answer thee, And thy companions with thee.
Sungbatankayo, sika ken dagiti gagayyemmo.
5 Look up to the heavens, and see! And behold the clouds, which are high above thee!
Tumangadkayo iti tangatang, ket kitaenyo daytoy; kitaenyo ti tangatang, a nangatngato ngem kadakayo.
6 If thou sinnest, what doest thou against Him? If thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou to him?
No nakabasolka, ania ti maaramidmo a saan a nasayaat iti Dios? No umado dagiti naglabsingam, ania ti ar-aramidem kenkuana?
7 If thou art righteous, what dost thou give him? Or what receiveth he at thy hand?
No nalintegka, ania iti maitedmo kenkuana? Ania iti maawatna manipud kadagiti imam?
8 Thy wickedness injureth only a man like thyself, And thy righteousness profiteth only a son of man.
Ti kinadangkesmo ket mabalin a makadangran iti tao, ta kas taoka, ken ti kinalintegmo ket mabalin a makaited iti pagsayaatan iti sabali a lalaki nga anak ti tao.
9 The oppressed cry out on account of the multitude of wrongs; They cry aloud on account of the arm of the mighty.
Gapu iti adu nga aramid iti panagparparigat, umasug dagiti tattao; umawagda iti tulong iti takiag dagiti maiingel a tattao.
10 But none saith, “Where is God, my Maker, Who giveth songs in the night;
Ngem awan iti mangibagbaga, 'Sadino ti ayan ti Dios a Namarsua kaniak, a mangmangted kadagiti kankanta iti rabii,
11 Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, And maketh us wiser than the birds of heaven?”
a mangisursuro kadatayo iti nasaysayaat pay ngem iti panangisurona kadagiti narungsot nga ayup iti daga, ken mangpaspasirib kadatayo ngem kadagiti billit iti tangatang?'
12 There they cry aloud on account of the pride of the wicked; But he giveth no answer.
Sadiay nga umas-asugda, ngem saan a sumungsungbat ti Dios gapu iti kinatangsit dagiti dakes a tattao.
13 For God will not hear the vain supplication, Nor will the Almighty regard it;
Awan duadua a saan nga ipangag ti Dios ti asug dagiti maag; saan nga ikaskaso daytoy ti Mannakabalin amin.
14 Much less when thou sayest thou canst not see him: Justice is with him, —only wait thou for him!

15 But now, because he hath not visited in his anger, Nor taken strict note of transgression,

16 Therefore hath Job opened his mouth rashly, And multiplied words without knowledge.
