Acts 7
1 And the high-priest said, Are then these things so?
১তেতিয়া মহা-পুৰোহিতে স্তিফানক সুধিলে- “এইবোৰ কথা সঁচা নেকি?”
2 And he said, Brethren and fathers, hearken. The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Haran,
২স্তিফানে ক’লে- “হে ভাই সকল আৰু পিতৃ সকল, মোৰ কথা শুনক। আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ অব্ৰাহাম হাৰোণত বসবাস কৰাৰ আগেয়ে যেতিয়া মেচোপতেমিয়াত আছিল, সেই সময়ত গৌৰৱময় ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক দেখা দি ক’লে-
3 and said to him, “Go forth from thy country and thy kindred, and come into the land which I will show thee.”
৩“তুমি তোমাৰ দেশ আৰু জ্ঞাতি-কুটুম্বক এৰি, মই যি দেশ তোমাক দেখুৱাম, সেই দেশলৈ যোৱা।”
4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Haran; and from thence, after his father was dead, he caused him to remove into this land wherein ye now dwell;
৪তেতিয়া তেওঁ কলদিয়া সকলৰ দেশ এৰি হাৰোণ নগৰলৈ আহি বসতি কৰিলে। পাছত তেওঁৰ পিতৃৰ মৃত্যু হোৱাত আপোনালোকে এতিয়া বসতি কৰা এই দেশলৈ ঈশ্বৰে সেই ঠাইৰ পৰা তেওঁক আনিলে।
5 and he gave him no inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on; and he promised to give it to him for a possession, and to his posterity after him, when as yet he had no child.
৫নিজৰ অধিকাৰৰ কাৰণে ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক একোকে নিদিলে; এনে কি এখোজ মাটিও নিদিলে। কিন্তু তেওঁক আৰু তেওঁৰ ভাবীবংশৰ অধিকাৰৰ অর্থে ঈশ্বৰে এই দেশ দিব বুলি প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিলে; যদিও অব্ৰাহামৰ সেই সময়লৈকে কোনো সন্তান নাছিল।
6 And God spoke in this manner: “That his posterity should sojourn in a foreign land, and that they would bring them into bondage, and ill-treat them four hundred years;
৬ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক এইদৰে কৈছিল, “তোমাৰ বংশধৰ সকলে বিদেশত প্রৱাস কৰিব৷ সেই দেশৰ মানুহে তেওঁলোকক চাৰি শ বছৰ ধৰি দাসত্বৰ বন্ধনত ৰাখিব আৰু অত্যাচাৰ কৰিব।”
7 and the nation to which they shall be in bondage will I judge,” said God; “and after that they shall come forth, and shall worship me in this place.”
৭ঈশ্বৰে ইয়াকো কলে, “তেওঁলোকে যি জাতিৰ দাসত্ব খাটিব, মই সেই জাতিৰ সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰিম; তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকে ওলাই আহি এই ঠাইতে মোৰ সেৱা উপাসনা কৰিব।”
8 And he gave him the covenant of circumcision; and so he begat Isaac, and circumcised him on the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob the twelve patriarchs.
৮ইয়াৰ পাছত ঈশ্বৰে অব্রাহামক চুন্নৎ কৰাৰ বিধান দিলে। সেয়েহে, অব্রাহামে নিজৰ পুত্র ইচহাক জন্ম হোৱাত, আঠ দিনৰ দিনা তেওঁৰ চুন্নৎ কৰালে। পাছত ইচহাকৰ পুত্র যাকোব আৰু যাকোবৰ পুত্ৰ বাৰ জন গোষ্ঠীৰ পিতৃকুল হ’ল।
9 And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt; and God was with him,
৯পাছত সেই পিতৃকুল সকল যোচেফৰ প্রতি ঈর্ষান্বিত হৈ তেওঁক মিচৰ দেশলৈ বেচিলে, কিন্তু ঈশ্বৰ তেওঁৰ সঙ্গী আছিল।
10 and delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt, and all his house.
১০সকলো ক্লেশৰ পৰা ঈশ্বৰে উদ্ধাৰ কৰি তেওঁক মিচৰ দেশৰ ৰজা ফৌৰণেৰ সাক্ষাতে অনুগ্ৰহ আৰু জ্ঞান দান কৰিলে। তাতে ফৰৌণে তেওঁক মিচৰ দেশৰ আৰু নিজ গৃহৰ অধিকাৰী পাতিলে।
11 Now there came a famine over all the land of Egypt and Canaan, and great distress; and our fathers found no Sustenance.
১১গোটেই মিচৰ আৰু কনান দেশত ভীষণ আকাল হোৱাত, মহাক্লেশ হ’ল আৰু আমাৰ পিতৃপুৰুষ সকলৰ খাদ্য বস্তুৰ অভাৱ হ’ল।
12 But Jacob, hearing that there was grain in Egypt, sent out our fathers first.
১২কিন্তু যাকোবে মিচৰ দেশত শস্য থকাৰ বাৰ্তা পাই, প্ৰথমতে আমাৰ পিতৃপুৰুষ সকলক তালৈ পঠালে।
13 And at the second time Joseph was recognized by his brothers, and the kindred of Joseph became known to Pharaoh.
১৩দ্বিতীয় বাৰ যোৱাত যোচেফে ককায়েক সকলৰ ওচৰত নিজৰ পৰিচয় দিলে আৰু ফৌৰণেও যোচেফৰ পৰিয়ালৰ বিষয়ে জ্ঞাত হ’ল।
14 Then Joseph sent and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, seventy five souls.
১৪তেতিয়া যোচেফে তেওঁৰ ককায়েক সকলক পিতৃ যাকোব আৰু জ্ঞাতি-কুতুম্ব সকলক মিচৰ দেশলৈ আনিবলৈ উভটাই পঠালে; তেওঁলোক মুঠ পয়সত্তৰ জন আছিল।
15 And Jacob went down [[into Egypt]], and died, he and our fathers.
১৫তাতে যাকোব মিচৰ দেশলৈ গ’ল। সেই ঠাইতে তেওঁৰ আৰু আমাৰ পিতৃপুৰুষ সকলো মৰিল।
16 And they were removed to Shechem, and laid in the tomb that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Hamor, the father of Shechem.
১৬তেওঁলোকৰ দেহ চিখিমলৈ নি মৈদাম দিয়া হ’ল; সেই মৈদাম অব্ৰাহামে চিখিমত হমোৰৰ পুতেকহঁতৰ পৰা ধন দি কিনিছিল।
17 But as the time of the promise drew near, which God solemnly made to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
১৭ঈশ্বৰে অব্রাহামৰ আগত শপত কৰি যি প্ৰতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিল, সেই প্ৰতিজ্ঞা পূর্ণ হোৱাৰ সময় ওচৰ হোৱাত; মিচৰত তেওঁৰ লোক সকল বৃদ্ধি পাই বিস্তাৰিত হল।
18 until another king arose, who knew not Joseph.
১৮তাৰ পাছত মিচৰত আন এজন ৰজা আহিল। তেওঁ যোচেফৰ সম্বন্ধে নাজানিছিল।
19 The same dealt subtly with our race, and ill-treated our fathers, so that they should cast out their infants, that they might not be preserved alive.
১৯সেই জন ৰজাই আমাৰ জাতিৰ লোক সকলক প্রৱঞ্চনা কৰি আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলৰ প্রতি কু-ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিলে। এনে কি শিশুবোৰ জীয়াই নাথাকিবলৈ তেওঁলোকৰ নৱজাত কেচুঁৱাবোৰ বাহিৰত পেলাই দিবলৈ দিলে।
20 In which time Moses was born, and was exceedingly fair; who was nourished in his father's house three months.
২০সেই সময়তে মোচিৰ জন্ম হ’ল। তেওঁ ঈশ্ৱৰৰ দৃষ্টিত অতি সুন্দৰ আছিল৷ তিনি মাহলৈকে তেওঁ পিতৃৰ গৃহত প্ৰতিপালিত হৈছিল।
21 And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for herself as a son.
২১পাছত তেওঁক বাহিৰলৈ পেলাই দিয়াত, ফৌৰণৰ জীয়েকে তেওঁক তুলি নি নিজৰ পুত্র স্বৰূপে প্ৰতিপালন কৰিলে।
22 And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in his worlds and deeds.
২২মোচি মিচৰীয়া সকলৰ সকলো বিদ্যাত শিক্ষিত হৈ উঠিল। বাক্য আৰু কার্যত তেওঁ মহা-ক্ষমতাশালী হল।
23 And when he was forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren, the sons of Israel.
২৩যেতিয়া মোচিৰ বয়স প্রায় চল্লিশ বছৰ, তেতিয়া তেওঁ নিজৰ ইস্ৰায়েলী ভাই সকলক চাবলৈ মন কৰিলে।
24 And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed by smiting the Egyptian.
২৪এজন ইস্ৰায়েলী লোকক অন্যায় ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা দেখি, মোচিয়ে ইস্ৰায়েলী জনৰ পক্ষক সমর্থন কৰিলে আৰু মিচৰীয়া জনক প্ৰহাৰ কৰি সেই অন্যায় ব্যৱহাৰৰ প্ৰতিকাৰ কৰিলে।
25 For he supposed his brethren would understand that God through his hand would give them salvation; but they understood not.
২৫মোচিয়ে ভাৱিছিল যে, তেওঁৰ স্বজাতীয় ভাই সকলে হয়তো বুজিব ঈশ্বৰে যে তেওঁৰ হতুৱাই তেওঁলোকক মুক্ত কৰিব কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে নুবুজিলে।
26 And the next day he showed himself to them as they were contending, and urged them to peace, saying, Ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one another?
২৬পাছদিনা খন দুজন ইস্ৰায়েলীয়ে নিজৰ মাজত যেতিয়া কাজিয়া কৰিছিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁ ওচৰলৈ গৈ তেওঁলোকক মিলন কৰিবৰ কাৰণে কলে, ‘হে লোক সকল, তোমালোক পৰস্পৰে ভাই হৈ, ইজনে সিজনৰ প্ৰতি কিয় অন্যায় ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিছা?’
27 But he who was wronging his neighbor thrust him away, saying, “Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
২৭কিন্তু যি জনে নিজৰ নিকটৱর্তীজনক অন্যায় ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিছিল, তেওঁ মোচিক ঠেলা মাৰি আতৰাই কলে ‘আমাৰ ওপৰত কোনে তোমাক শাসনকর্তা আৰু বিচাৰক পাতিলে?
28 Dost thou mean to kill me, as thou didst kill the Egyptian yesterday?”
২৮কালি যেনেকৈ মিচৰীয়া জনক বধ কৰিলা, তেনেকৈ মোকো বধ কৰিব খোজা নে?’
29 And Moses fled at this saying, and became a sojourner in the land of Midian, where he begat two sons.
২৯এই কথা শুনি মোচি মিদিয়ন দেশলৈ পলাই গৈ তাত প্রবাসী ৰূপে থাকিল আৰু সেই ঠাইতে তেওঁৰ দুজন পুত্রৰ জন্ম হ’ল।
30 And when forty years were completed, there appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai an angel in the flaming fire of a bush.
৩০এনেদৰে চল্লিশ বছৰ পূর্ণ হ’ল। চীনয় পৰ্বতৰ ওচৰৰ অৰণ্যত এক জ্বলন্ত জোপোহাৰ শিখাৰ মাজত ঈশ্বৰৰ দূতে তেওঁক দর্শন দিলে।
31 And Moses seeing it wondered at the sight; and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came [[to him]],
৩১এই দৰ্শন দেখি মোচি আচৰিত হ’ল আৰু ভালদৰে চাবলৈ যেতিয়া ওচৰ চাপি গ’ল, তেতিয়া প্ৰভুৰ এই বাণী শুনিলে-
32 saying, “I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.” And Moses trembled and durst not behold.
৩২‘মই তোমাৰ পিতৃপুৰুষ সকলৰ ঈশ্বৰ; অব্ৰাহাম, ইচহাক আৰু যাকোবৰ ঈশ্বৰ।’ মোচি ভয়তে কঁপিবলৈ ধৰিলে আৰু সেই জলন্ত জোপোহাটো চাবলৈও সাহস নকৰিলে।
33 And the Lord said to him, “Loose the sandals from thy feet; for the place where thou standest is holy ground.
৩৩পাছত প্ৰভুৱে তেওঁক কলে, ‘তোমাৰ ভৰিৰ পৰা পাদুকা সোলোকোৱা। কিয়নো যি ঠাইত তুমি থিয় হৈ আছা, সেয়ে পবিত্ৰ ভূমি।
34 I have surely seen the oppression of my people in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them; and now, come, I will send thee into Egypt.”
৩৪মিচৰ দেশত থকা মোৰ মানুহবোৰৰ দুৰৱস্থা মই নিশ্চয়কৈ দেখিছোঁ আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ আৰ্তনাদও শুনিছো। সেয়েহে তেওঁলোকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিবলৈ মই নামি আহিলোঁ। এতিয়া আহা, মই তোমাক মিচৰ দেশলৈ পঠাওঁ।’
35 This Moses, whom they denied, saying, “Who made thee a ruler and a judge?” this very man did God send both as a ruler and a redeemer with the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush.
৩৫এই জনেই সেই মোচি, যি জনক তেওঁলোকে প্ৰত্যাখান কৰি কৈছিল, ‘কোনে তোমাক এজন শাসনকর্তা আৰু বিচাৰক পাতিলে?’ তেৱেঁই সেই জন, যি জনক ঈশ্বৰে শাসনকর্তা আৰু উদ্ধাৰকর্ত্তা স্বৰূপে স্বর্গৰ দূতৰ দ্বাৰা জোপোহাৰ মাজত দেখা দি পঠাই দিলে।
36 This very man brought them out, working wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
৩৬মোচিয়ে মিচৰ দেশত, লোহিত সাগৰত আৰু মৰুভুমিৰ মাজত চল্লিশ বছৰলৈকে নানা অদ্ভুত লক্ষণ আৰু আচৰিত চিন দেখুৱাই তেওঁলোকক মিচৰৰ পৰা বাহিৰ কৰি আনিলে।
37 This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, “A prophet will God raise up to you from among your brethren, as he raised up me.”
৩৭এই জন মোচিয়েই ইস্ৰায়েলী ভাই সকলক কৈছিল, “ঈশ্বৰে তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ পৰা মোৰ নিচিনা এজন ভাববাদী উৎপন্ন কৰিব”।
38 This is he that was in the assembly in the wilderness with the anger who spake to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers; who received the living oracles to give to us;
৩৮তেৱেঁই মৰুপ্ৰান্তত আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলৰ সৈতে এক সহভাগীতাত আছিল৷ চীনয় পর্বতত স্বৰ্গৰ দূতে তেওঁৰ সৈতেই কথা কৈছিল আৰু তেৱেঁই আমাক জনাবলৈ জীৱনময় বাক্য পাইছিল।
39 to whom our fathers would not be obedient, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back into Egypt,
৩৯এই জনে আমাৰ ওপৰ-পিতৃ, যি জনৰ কথা আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলে মানিবলৈ অসন্মত হৈ, তেওঁক অগ্রাহ্য কৰিছিল আৰু মিচৰ দেশলৈ উভতি যাবলৈ মনস্থ কৰিছিল।
40 saying to Aaron, “Make us gods who shall go before us; for as for this Moses, who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.”
৪০সেই সময়ত তেওঁলোকে হাৰোণক কলে, “মোচিয়ে আমাক মিচৰ দেশৰ পৰা বাহিৰ কৰি আনিলে; কিন্তু তেওঁৰ কি হ’ল আমি তাক নাজনো। গতিকে, আমাক বাট দেখুৱাই নিবলৈ দেৱতাবোৰৰ মূর্তি সাজি দিয়ক।”
41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.
৪১তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে এটা দামুৰিৰ মূৰ্তি সাজিলে আৰু সেই মূৰ্তিৰ আগত বলিদান উৎসর্গ কৰিলে। তেওঁলোকে নিজ হাতেৰে কৰা কার্যত আনন্দ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
42 But God turned away, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the Prophets, “Did ye offer to me slain beasts and sacrifices for forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?
৪২তেওঁলোকৰ এই কাৰ্য দেখি ঈশ্বৰ তেওঁলোকৰ বিমুখ হ’ল; ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁলোকক আকাশৰ গ্রহ, তৰাবোৰক পূজা কৰিবলৈ এৰি দিলে; ভাববাদী সকলৰ পুস্তকত এইদৰে লিখা আছে, “হে ইস্ৰায়েল জাতি, তোমালোকে চল্লিশ বছৰলৈকে মৰুপ্ৰান্তত মোৰ কাৰণে পশু বলি আৰু নৈবেদ্য উৎসর্গ কৰিছিলা নে?
43 And ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of the god Rephan, the figures which ye made to worship them; and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.”
৪৩তোমালোকে মোলকৰ তম্বু আৰু ৰিফন দেৱতাৰ তৰাৰ মূর্তিবোৰ পূজা কৰিবলৈ সাজিলা, আৰু সেইবোৰকহে তোমালোকে গ্রহণ কৰিলা। সেয়েহে মই তোমালোকক বাবিল দেশৰ ফালে লৈ যাম।”
44 Our fathers had the tabernacle of the testimony in the wilderness, as he that spoke to Moses commanded that he should make it according to the pattern that he had seen;
৪৪মৰুপ্ৰান্তত আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলৰ ওচৰত সাক্ষ্য-তম্বু আছিল। ঈশ্বৰে মোচিক যি দৰে আজ্ঞা দিছিল আৰু মোচিয়ে যি আর্হি দেখিছিল, সেই আর্হিতে এই তম্বু তৈয়াৰ হৈছিল।
45 which also our fathers received and brought in with Joshua, at their taking possession of the gentiles whom God drove out from before our fathers, until the days of David;
৪৫পৰৱর্তীকালত আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলে যিহোচুৱাৰে সৈতে সেই তম্বু কঢ়িয়াই এই ঠাইলৈ আনিছিল। সেই সময়ত আমাৰ পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলৰ সন্মুখৰ পৰা ঈশ্বৰে অন্য জাতিবোৰক খেদাই দিয়াত তেওঁলোকে প্রৱেশ কৰি এই ঠাই অধিকাৰ কৰিলে। সেই তম্বু দায়ুদৰ দিনলৈকে এই ঠাইত আছিল।
46 who found favor before God, and asked that he might find a habitation for the God of Jacob.
৪৬দায়ুদে ঈশ্বৰৰ দৃষ্টিত অনুগ্ৰহ পাই যাকোবৰ ঈশ্বৰ থাকিবৰ কাৰণে এটি আবাস বনাবলৈ প্রার্থনা কৰিলে।
47 But Solomon built him a house.
৪৭কিন্তু চলোমনেহে তেওঁলৈ এটা গৃহ নির্ম্মাণ কৰিলে।
48 Yet the Most High dwelleth not in [[temples]] made with hands; as saith the prophet,
৪৮কিন্তু সৰ্বোপৰিজনা হাতেৰে সজা গৃহবোৰত নাথাকে; এই বিষয়ে ভাববাদীয়ে কৈছিল,
49 “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What house will ye build for me? saith the Lord; or what is the place of my rest?
৪৯“প্রভুৱে কৈছে, স্বৰ্গ মোৰ সিংহাসন, আৰু পৃথিৱী মোৰ ভৰি-পীৰা; মোৰ কাৰণে তুমি কেনেকুৱা গৃহ নির্ম্মাণ কৰিবা? নাইবা, মোৰ জিৰণি লোৱা ঠায়েই বা কত?
50 Did not my hands make all these things?”
৫০মোৰ হাতে জানো এই আটাইবোৰ স্ৰজা নাই?”
51 Stiffnecked, and uncircumcised in heart and ears! ye do always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye.
৫১হে ঠৰ-ডিঙীয়া লোক সকল, হৃদয় আৰু কাণৰ চুন্নৎ নোহোৱা লোক, আপোনালোকে সদায় পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰ প্রতিৰোধ কৰে; পূৰ্ব-পুৰুষ সকলে যেনেদৰে কৰিছিল, আপোনালোকে সেইদৰেই কৰিছে।
52 Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? And they slew those who foretold the coming of the righteous one, of whom ye have now become the betrayers and murderers;
৫২এনে কোনোবা ভাববাদী আছিল নে, যি জনক আপোনালোকৰ পূর্বপুৰুষ সকলে নির্যাতন কৰা নাছিল? যি সকল ভাববাদীয়ে ধাৰ্মিক জনৰ আগমণৰ কথা আগেয়ে কৈছিলে, সেই ভাববাদী সকলকো তেওঁলোকে হত্যা কৰিলে আৰু এতিয়া আপোনালোকে সেই ধার্মিক জনকো শত্রুৰ হাতত শোধাই দি হত্যা কৰালে।
53 ye who received the Law as ordained through angels, and did not keep it.
৫৩স্বৰ্গৰ দূতবোৰৰ মাধ্যমেদি আপোনালোকে বিধান পায়ো, সেই বিধান পালন নকৰিলে।”
54 But when they heard these things, their hearts were filled with rage, and they gnashed their teeth at him.
৫৪এইবোৰ কথা শুনি মহাসভাৰ সদস্য সকলৰ হৃদয় স্তিফানৰ প্রতি খঙত জ্বলি উঠিল আৰু নিজৰ দাঁত কৰচিলে।
55 But, being full of the Holy Spirit, he looked up earnestly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
৫৫কিন্তু তেওঁ পবিত্ৰ আত্মাৰে পৰিপূর্ণ হৈ, স্বৰ্গৰ ফাললৈ একেথৰে চাই ঈশ্বৰৰ মহিমা দেখিলে; তেওঁ যীচুক ঈশ্বৰৰ সোঁফালে থিয় হৈ থকা দেখিলে।
56 and said, Lo, I behold the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
৫৬স্তিফানে ক’লে, “চাওক, মই স্বৰ্গৰ দুৱাৰ মুকলি হোৱা আৰু মানুহৰ পুত্ৰক ঈশ্বৰৰ সোঁফালে থিয় হৈ থকা দেখিছোঁ।”
57 And they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and rushed upon him with one accord;

58 and having cast him out of the city, they stoned him. And the witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul;

59 and they stoned Stephen, making supplication, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
৫৯তেওঁলোকে স্তিফানক শিল দলিয়াই থাকোতে, তেওঁ প্ৰভুক স্মৰণ কৰি কলে, “হে প্ৰভু যীচু, মোৰ আত্মা গ্রহণ কৰক।”
60 And kneeling down he cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And saying this, he fell asleep.
৬০পাছত তেওঁ আঁঠুকাঢ়ি বৰ মাতেৰে কলে, “হে প্ৰভু, এওঁলোকৰ বিৰুদ্ধে এই পাপ গণ্য নকৰিব।” ইয়াকে কৈ তেওঁ ঢলি পৰিল আৰু মহা-নিদ্রা গ’ল।
