Psalms 7
1 [A meditation by David, which he sang to the LORD, concerning the words of Cush, the Benjamite.] LORD, my God, I take refuge in you. Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
૧દાઉદનું શિગ્ગાયોન, જે તેણે બિન્યામીન કૂશના શબ્દો વિષે યહોવાહની આગળ ગાયું. હે યહોવાહ મારા ઈશ્વર, હું તમારા પર ભરોસો રાખું છું! જે સઘળા મારી પાછળ પડે છે, તેઓથી મને બચાવીને છોડાવો.
2 lest they tear apart my soul like a lion, ripping it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
૨રખેને સિંહની જેમ તે મને ચીરીને ફાડી નાખે, મને છોડાવનાર કોઈ મળે નહિ.
3 LORD, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands,
૩હે મારા ઈશ્વર યહોવાહ, મારા દુશ્મનોએ જે કર્યું તે મેં કદી કર્યું નથી; મારા હાથમાં કંઈ બૂરાઈ નથી.
4 if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me, or oppressed my enemy without cause,
૪મારી સાથે શાંતિમાં રહેનારનું મેં કદી ખોટું કર્યું નથી, વગર કારણે જે મારો શત્રુ હતો તેને મેં છોડાવ્યો છે.
5 let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it; yes, let him tread my life down to the earth, and lay my glory in the dust. (Selah)
૫જો હું સત્ય નથી કહેતો, તો ભલે મારા શત્રુઓ મને પકડીને મારો નાશ કરે; મારા જીવને છૂંદીને જમીનદોસ્ત કરે અને મારું માન ધૂળમાં મેળવી દે. (સેલાહ)
6 Arise, LORD, in your anger. Lift up yourself against the rage of my adversaries. Awake, my God; you have appointed judgment.
૬હે યહોવાહ, તમે કોપ કરીને ઊઠો; મારા શત્રુઓના ક્રોધની સામે ઊભા થાઓ; મારા માટે જાગૃત થાઓ અને એ ન્યાયી નિયમોનું પાલન કરો કે જેને માટે તમે તેઓને માટે આજ્ઞા આપી છે.
7 And let the congregation of the peoples surround you, and rule over them on high.
૭દેશોની પ્રજા તમારી આસપાસ એકત્ર થાય; તમારા રાજ્યાસન પર તમે ઉચ્ચસ્થાને પાછા પધારો.
8 The LORD administers judgment to the peoples. Judge me, LORD, according to my righteousness, and to my integrity that is in me.
૮યહોવાહ લોકોનો ન્યાય કરે છે; હે યહોવાહ, મારા ન્યાયીપણા પ્રમાણે તથા મારામાં જે પ્રામાણિકપણું છે, તે પ્રમાણે મારો ન્યાય કરો.
9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the righteous. The righteous God tests hearts and minds.
૯દુષ્ટ લોકોનાં દુષ્ટ કાર્યોનો અંત લાવો, પણ ન્યાયી લોકોને સ્થાપન કરો, ન્યાયી ઈશ્વર, હૃદયોને તથા મનને પારખનાર છે.
10 My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.
૧૦મારી ઢાલ ઈશ્વર છે, તે ઇમાનદાર હૃદયવાળાને બચાવે છે.
11 God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.
૧૧ઈશ્વર ન્યાયી ન્યાયાધીશ છે, ઈશ્વર દરરોજ દુષ્ટો પર કોપાયમાન થાય છે.
12 If a man doesn't relent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow.
૧૨જો માણસ પાપથી પાછો ન કરે, તો ઈશ્વર તેમની તલવાર તીક્ષ્ણ કરશે તેમણે પોતાના ધનુષ્યને તાણીને તૈયાર રાખ્યું છે.
13 He has also prepared for himself deadly weapons. He makes ready his flaming arrows.
૧૩તેમણે તેને માટે કાતિલ હથિયાર સજ્જ કર્યાં છે; અને પોતાનાં બાણને બળતાં કરે છે.
14 Look, he travails with iniquity. Yes, he has conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
૧૪તે ભૂંડાઈથી કષ્ટાય છે, તેણે ઉપદ્રવનો ગર્ભ ધર્યો છે, જે જૂઠને જન્મ આપ્યો છે.
15 He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made.
૧૫તેણે ખાડો ખોદ્યો છે અને જે ખાઈ તેણે ખોદી, તેમાં તે પોતે પડ્યો છે.
16 The trouble he causes shall return to his own head, and his violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.
૧૬તેનો ઉપદ્રવ તેના પોતાના શિર પર આવશે, કેમ કે તેનો બળાત્કાર તેના પોતાના માથા પર પડશે.
17 I will give thanks to the LORD according to his righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.
૧૭હું યહોવાહના ન્યાયપણાને લીધે તેમનો આભાર માનીશ; હું પરાત્પર યહોવાહના નામનું સ્તોત્ર ગાઈશ.
