Numbers 30
1 Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, "This is the thing which Jehovah has commanded.
E fallou Moysés aos Cabeças das tribus dos filhos d'Israel, dizendo: Esta é a palavra que o Senhor tem ordenado:
2 When a man vows a vow to Jehovah, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word; he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
Quando um homem fizer voto ao Senhor, ou jurar juramento, ligando a sua alma com obrigação, não violará a sua palavra: segundo tudo o que saiu da sua bocca, fará.
3 "Also when a woman vows a vow to Jehovah, and binds herself by a bond, being in her father's house, in her youth,
Tambem quando uma mulher fizer voto ao Senhor, e com obrigação se ligar em casa de seu pae na sua mocidade;
4 and her father hears her vow, and her bond with which she has bound her soul, and her father holds his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
E seu pae ouvir o seu voto e a sua obrigação, com que ligou a sua alma; e seu pae se calar para com ella, todos os seus votos serão valiosos: e toda a obrigação com que ligou a sua alma, será valiosa.
5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he hears, none of her vows, or of her bonds with which she has bound her soul, shall stand: and Jehovah will forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
Mas se seu pae lhe tolher no dia que tal ouvir, todos os seus votos e as suas obrigações, com que tiver ligado a sua alma, não serão valiosos: mas o Senhor lh'o perdoará, porquanto seu pae lh'os tolheu.
6 "If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul,
E se ella tiver marido, e fôr obrigada a alguns votos, ou á pronunciação dos seus beiços, com que tiver ligado a sua alma
7 and her husband hears it, and holds his peace at her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her bonds with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
E seu marido o ouvir, e se calar para com ella no dia em que o ouvir, os seus votos serão valiosos: e as suas obrigações com que ligou a sua alma, serão valiosas.
8 But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he shall make void her vow which is on her, and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul: and Jehovah will forgive her.
Mas se seu marido lh'o tolher no dia em que o ouvir, e anullar o seu voto a que estava obrigada, como tambem a pronunciação dos seus beiços, com que ligou a sua alma; o Senhor lh'o perdoará.
9 "But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul, shall stand against her.
No tocante ao voto da viuva, ou da repudiada; tudo com que ligar a sua alma, sobre ella será valioso.
10 "If she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
Porém se fez voto na casa de seu marido, ou ligou a sua alma com obrigação de juramento;
11 and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and did not disallow her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she bound her soul shall stand.
E seu marido o ouviu, e se calou para com ella, e lh'o não tolheu; todos os seus votos serão valiosos; e toda a obrigação, com que ligou a sua alma, será valiosa.
12 But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband has made them void; and Jehovah will forgive her.
Porém se seu marido lh'os annullou no dia em que os ouviu; tudo quanto saiu dos seus beiços, quer dos seus votos, quer da obrigação da sua alma, não será valioso: seu marido lh'os annullou, e o Senhor lh'o perdoará.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
Todo o voto, e todo o juramento d'obrigação, para humilhar a alma, seu marido o confirmará, ou annullará.
14 But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows, or all her bonds, which are on her: he has established them, because he says nothing to her on the day that he heard them.
Porém se seu marido de dia em dia se calar inteiramente para com ella; então confirma todos os seus votos e todas as suas obrigações, que estiverem sobre ella: confirmado lh'os tem, porquanto se calou para com ella no dia em que o ouviu.
15 But if he shall make them null and void after that he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity."
Porém se de todo lh'os annullar depois que o ouviu; então elle levará a iniquidade d'ella.
16 These are the statutes, which Jehovah commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father's house.
Estes são os estatutos que o Senhor ordenou a Moysés entre o marido e sua mulher; entre o pae e a sua filha, na sua mocidade, em casa de seu pae.
