< Matthew 6 >

1 "Be careful that you do not do your righteousness before people, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.
Yi ya tiendi yeni yi kan baa panpaaniba kuli yi Baa yua n ye tanpoli kani.
2 Therefore when you practice charitable giving, do not sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from people. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward.
Lanwani a yaa tiendi mi hanma, han da piebi kakaci nani pala lie danba n tiendi maama li balimaama bangima diena nni leni i sani nni, ke bi niba n kpiagi ba. N waani yi i moamoani, bi baa bi panpaani n yeni.
3 But when you practice charitable giving, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does,
Ama a yaa tiendi mi hanma, da cedi a ganu n bandi a jienu n tiendi yaala,
4 so that your charitable giving may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
ke a hanma n ya tiendi hasiili nni. A Baa yua n nua hasiili nni n baa pa ha la.
5 "And when you pray, you are not to be as the hypocrites, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I tell you, they have received their reward.
6 But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Ama fin ni a yaa jaandi, kua a dieli nni ki luoni a buliñoabu, ki jaandi a Baa yua n ye likani haasiili nni. Wani a Baa yua n nua hasiili nni n baa pa ha la.
7 And in praying, do not use vain repetitions, as the unbelievers do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking.
8 Therefore do not be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him.
Da tiendi mani nani bani, kelima yi Baa U Tienu bani yin luo yaala hali ke yi daa mia o.
9 Therefore, you should pray this way: 'Our Father in heaven, holy be your name.
Diidi mani yin baa jaandi maama: Ti Baa yua n ye tanpoli.
10 Let your kingdom come. Let your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
A yeli n baa mi gagidima, A diema n cua, A yanbuama n tieni ki tinga nni nani man tiendi maama tanpoli po.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
Pa ti dinla yaa jiema n dagidi.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.
Tieni tipo sugili ti tudima po nani ti moko n tieni sugili yaaba n tudi tipo maama yeni.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.'
Da tuo tin baa mi tulinma nni. Ama han ga ti o Biadi kani. Kelima fini n die li bali, leni u paaciamu, leni ti kpiagiciandi hali yaa yogunu kuli. Amina.
14 "For if you forgive people their wrongdoing, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Yi ya puni yaa niba n tudi yipo sugili, yi Baa yua n ye tanpoli ma baa pa yi sugili.
15 But if you do not forgive people, neither will your Father forgive your wrongdoing.
Ama yi yaa puni yaa niba n tudi yipo sugili, yi Baa yua n ye tanpoli moko kan pa yi sugili yi yaa tuonbiadi po.
16 "Moreover when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by people to be fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward.
17 But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face;
Ama fini, a ya luo bu ñoabu, han fa a nunga ki suogi tulale,
18 so that you are not seen by people to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.
ke bi niba n da bandi ke a luo bu ñoabu, ama a Baa yua n ye hasiili nni bebe n ya bani. Wani a Baa yua n nua hasiili nni n baa guani a la.
19 "Do not store up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and decay destroy, and where thieves break through and steal;
Da biliti mani y halimani handuna nni, ti lulugidi leni i tontonmoani n baa bolini naankani, a sugidi n koa ki su naani,
20 but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal;
ama yin yaa biliti mani yi halihani tanpoli po, ti lulugidi leni i tontonmoani n kan bolini naankani, a sugida n kan kua ki su naankani.
21 for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Kelima yi halimani n ye naankani, yi yantiana mo baa ye lankane.
22 "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light.
Bu nunbu n tie ti gbannandi fidisanga. Lanwani a nunbu ya hani, a gbannandi kuli baa yeni bonhanla,
23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness.
ama a nunbu yaa hani, a gbannandi kuli baa ye li biigili nni. Yaa yenma n ye a niinni ya tie biigili, laa biigili baa yaba boncianla.
24 "No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Mammon.
25 Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
Li tie lani yaa po ke n yedi yi, da yyagi mani yi yama yi miali yema po, leni yin baa di yaala, leni yin baa ñu yaala, leni yi gbannandi po yin baa yie yaala. Yii bani ke li miali cie mi jiema, ke ti gbannandi mo cie ti tiayiekaadi?
26 See the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much more value than they?
Diidi mani ti bonyugiditi, baa coagi, baa yendi, baa wodi liba ki kuodi a buana nni. Ama yi Baa yua n ye tanpoli n dindi ba. Yii bani ke yi pia mayuli ki cie ti bonyugiditi?
27 "And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his height?
Yi siiga hme yanyagidi n baa teni wan fidi ki foagidi o miali dana baa waamu?
28 And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, neither do they spin,
Lanwani be yaa po ke yi bangi li bonyiekaala po? Diidi mani mi moapuuma n ye maama. Maa tuuni, maa pia gaali,
29 yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these.
baa yeni, n yedi ke baa o bado Salomono leni o kpiagiciandi kuli, waa den pundi mi siiga nni baa yenma n bobi maama.
30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
31 "Therefore do not be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?'
Ti baa ño be? Ti baa yie be?
32 For the unbelievers seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
Kelima laa bonla kuli tie bi nilanba n lingi yaala. Yi Baa yua n ye tanpoli bani ke laa bonla kuli tie yipo tiladi.
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Yin kpa lingi mani U Tienu diema leni o yaa teginma, lani, laa bonla kuli baa yuandi ki pugini yipo.
34 Therefore do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Daali kuli pia li yaa fala ke li dagidi.
