< 2 John 1 >
1 The elder, to the chosen lady and her children, whom I love in truth; and not I only, but also all those who know the truth;
I Zokey, Ho ami’ty rakemba jinoboñe naho o ana’eo, o kokoako an-katòo; le tsy izaho avao, fa ze hene mahafohiñe ty hatò,
2 for the truth's sake, which remains in us, and it will be with us forever: (aiōn )
ie i hatò mimoneñe aman-tikañe vaho ho aman-tikañe nainai’ey. (aiōn )
3 Grace, mercy, and peace will be with us, from God the Father, and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
Hasoa naho fiferenaiñañe vaho hanintsiñe aman-tika boak’ aman’ Añahare Rae naho hirik’ am’ Iesoà Norizañey, anan-dRae, an-katò naho an-koko.
4 I rejoice greatly that I have found some of your children walking in truth, even as we have been commanded by the Father.
Vata’e nahaehak’ ahy te nahatrea o ana’o ila’eo nañavelo ami’ty hatò, do’e amy nandilian-dRae antikañey.
5 And now I ask you, dear lady, not as though I wrote to you a new commandment, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
Mañontane azo iraho, rakemba, tsy t’ie isokirako lily vao, fa i tàman-tika am-baloha’ey, t’ie hifampikoko.
6 This is love, that we should walk according to his commandments. This is the commandment, even as you heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it.
Zao o fikokoañeo, t’ie mañavelo am-pañambenañe o lili’eo. Inao i liliy, hañaveloa’ areo amy jinanji’ areo tam-baloha’ey.
7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.
Maro ty mpamañahy fa niboele ami’ty voatse toy ze tsy miantoke te niavy an-tsandriñe t’Iesoà Norizañe. Izay i mpamañahiy, i norizam-bìlañey.
8 Watch yourselves, that you do not lose the things which we have accomplished, but that you receive a full reward.
Mitaoa tsy ho motso ty nifanehafan-tika, soa t’ie handrambe tambe heneke.
9 Whoever goes on and does not remain in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. He who remains in the teaching, the same has both the Father and the Son.
Ndra ia ia milosotse tsy mimoneñe amy fañòha’ i Norizañeiy, le tsy ama’e t’i Andrianañahare; f’ie mifahatse amy fañòhañey, le ama’e t’i Rae naho i Anakey.
10 If anyone comes to you, and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not welcome him,
Aa ndra ia ia mitilik’ azo tsy minday i fañòhañe zay, ko anoe’o añ’anjomba, vaho ko añontanea’o,
11 for he who welcomes him participates in his evil works.
amy te mpitraok’ amo sata-rati’eo ze mañontane aze.
12 Having many things to write to you, I do not want to do so with paper and ink, but I hope to come to you, and to speak face to face, that our joy may be made full.
Aa ndra te maro ty ho nisokirako, tsy teako t’ie an-taratasy naho rano-mainte, fe salalaeko ty hitilike vaho hifañaoñe ama’o naho hifañatreke hampahaeneñe o haehan-tikañeo.
13 The children of your chosen sister greet you.
Mañontane azo o ana-drahavave’o jinoboñeo.
