Orduan hassiric Pierrisec declara cietzen gauça guciac bata bercearen ondoan, cioela,
5 I was praying in the city of Joppa; and, in a trance, I saw a vision, something like a great sheet descending from heaven, let down by the four corners, and it came close to me:
Ni nincén Ioppeco ciuitatean othoitz eguiten nengoela: eta adimenduz transportaturic ikus neçan visionebat, baitzen, iausten cen vncibat mihisse handibat beçalacoric, laur cantoinetan lothua, beheititzen, cela cerutic, eta ethor cedin eneganano.

Eta ençun neçan vozbat niri erraiten cerautala, Iaiqui adi Pierris, hil eçac eta ian eçac.
8 but I said, By no means, Lord; for nothing common or unclean has ever entered into my mouth.
Eta erran neçan, Ez Iauna: ecen gauça communic edo satsuric eztuc egundano sarthu ene ahoan.
9 And the voice answered me the second time from heaven, Those things which God has cleansed, do not you call common.

17 Since, therefore, God gave to them the same gift as he did to us, who had believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, what was I, that I should be able to obstruct God?
Bada guri bay dohain bera Iaincoac eman drauenaz gueroz, guc Iesus Christ Iauna baithan sinhetsi vkan baitugu: ni nor nincén empatcha neçan Iaincoa?
