< Psalms 77 >
1 TO THE OVERSEER. FOR JEDUTHUN. A PSALM OF ASAPH. My voice [is] to God, and I cry, My voice [is] to God, And He has given ear to me.
Pou direktè koral la: pou Jeduthun. Yon Sòm Asaph Vwa m leve vè Bondye! Mwen kriye pou sekou. Vwa m leve vè Bondye pou L tande mwen.
2 I sought the Lord in a day of my distress, My hand has been spread out by night, And it does not cease, My soul has refused to be comforted.
Nan jou gwo twoub mwen an, mwen te chache SENYÈ a. Nan nwit, mwen te lonje men m san poze. Nanm mwen te refize rekonfòte.
3 I remember God, and make a noise, I meditate, and my spirit is feeble. (Selah)
Lè mwen sonje Bondye, alò, lespri m twouble. Mwen fè soupi; lespri m febli nèt.
4 You have taken hold of the watches of my eyes, I have been moved, and I do not speak.
Ou te kenbe zye mwen yo louvri. Mwen tèlman twouble ke m pa kab pale.
5 I have reckoned the days of old, The years of the ages.
Mwen te reflechi sou jou lansyen yo, ane lontan yo.
6 I remember my music in the night, I meditate with my heart, and my spirit searches diligently:
Chanson mwen, mwen va sonje pandan lannwit. Mwen reflechi tout tan nan kè mwen. Lespri m reflechi jis rive nan fon kè m:
7 Does the Lord cast off for all ages? Does He add to be pleased no longer?
“Èske Senyè a va rejte nou pou tout tan? Èske Li p ap janm kite favè Li vini sou nou ankò?
8 Has His kindness ceased forever? The saying failed from generation to generation?
Èske lanmou dous Li a kite nou pou tout tan? Èske pwomès Li yo fini nèt?
9 Has God forgotten [His] favors? Has He shut up His mercies in anger? (Selah)
Èske Bondye te bliye gras Li, Oswa nan kòlè Li, èske Li te retire mizerikòd Li a?” Tan
10 And I say: “My weakness is, The changes of the right hand of the Most High.”
Epi mwen te di: “Se chagren mwen ki fè m panse men dwat a Wo Pwisan an vin chanje.”
11 I mention the doings of YAH, For I remember Your wonders of old,
Mwen va sonje zèv SENYÈ yo. Anverite, Mwen va sonje mèvèy Ou yo nan tan ansyen yo.
12 And I have meditated on all Your working, And I talk concerning Your doings.
Mwen va reflechi tout tan sou tout zèv Ou yo, pou m sonje nan kè m tout sa Ou te fè.
13 O God, Your way [is] in holiness, Who [is] a great god like God?
Chemen Ou a, O Bondye, se apa. Ki dye ki gran tankou Bondye pa nou an?
14 You [are] the God doing wonders. You have made Your strength known among the peoples,
Ou se Bondye ki fè zèv mèvèy. Ou te fè pwisans Ou rekonèt pami pèp yo.
15 You have redeemed Your people with strength, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
Avèk pwòp pouvwa Ou, Ou te rachte pèp Ou a, fis a Jacob yo avèk Joseph. Tan
16 The waters have seen You, O God, The waters have seen You, They are afraid—also depths are troubled.
Dlo yo te wè Ou, O Bondye. Dlo yo te wè Ou. Yo te nan gran doulè. Anplis, fon yo te boulvèse.
17 Thick clouds have poured out waters, The skies have given forth a noise, Also—Your arrows go up and down.
Nwaj yo te vide gwo dlo. Syèl yo te bay gwo kout loray. Flèch Ou yo te lime pa isit e pa lòtbò.
18 The voice of Your thunder [is] in the spheres, Lightnings have lightened the world, The earth has trembled, indeed, it shakes.
Bwi tonnè a eklate nan toubiyon an. Loray yo te klere tout tè a. Mond lan te tranble. Li te souke.
19 Your way [is] in the sea, And Your paths in many waters, And Your tracks have not been known.
Chemen Ou an te nan lanmè a, e vwa Ou nan dlo pwisan yo. Kote Ou mache p ap kab dekouvri menm.
20 You have led Your people as a flock, By the hand of Moses and Aaron!
Ou te dirije pèp Ou a tankou yon bann, pa men Moïse avèk Aaron.
