< Mark 13 >
1 And as He is going forth out of the temple, one of His disciples says to Him, “Teacher, see! What stones! And what buildings!”
Anih tempul thung hoi tacawt naah, a hnukbang maeto mah anih khaeah, Patukkung, haeah kaom thlungnawk hoi imnawk hae khenah, tiah a naa.
2 And Jesus answering said to him, “See these great buildings? There may not be left a stone on a stone that may not be thrown down.”
Jesu mah anih khaeah, Hae ih kalen imnawk hae na hnuk maw? Maeto nuiah maeto kamhong thlung hae, vah phaeng ai ah om mak ai, tiah a naa.
3 And as He is sitting at the Mount of Olives, opposite the temple, Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, were questioning Him by Himself,
Anih tempul hma ah kaom Olive mae nuiah anghnut naah, Piter, Jakob, Johan hoi Andru cae mah tamquta hoiah lokdueng o,
4 “Tell us when these things will be? And what [is] the sign when all these may be about to be fulfilled?”
hae hmuennawk hae natuek naah maw om tih? Na thui ah, hae hmuennawk boih akoep tom naah kawbaktih angmathaih maw om tih? tiah a naa o.
5 And Jesus answering them, began to say, “Take heed lest anyone may lead you astray,
Jesu mah nihcae khaeah, Minawk mah ang ling o han ai ah acoe oh:
6 for many will come in My Name, saying, I am [He], and many they will lead astray;
kai ih ahmin hoiah paroeai kaminawk angzo o ueloe, kai loe Kri ni, tiah paroeai kaminawk to aling o tih.
7 and when you may hear of wars and reports of wars, do not be troubled, for these ought to be, but the end [is] not yet;
Misa angtukhaih hoi misa angkahhaih tamthangnawk to na thaih o naah, tasoeh takuenhaih hoiah om o hmah: to baktih hmuennawk loe kaom han roe ni; toe boenghaih to pha ai vop.
8 for nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles; these [are the] beginning of travails.
Acaeng maeto hoi maeto misa ah angkat o ueloe, prae maeto hoi maeto angtuh o tih: ahmuen kruekah talihnawh tih, takang thohhaih hoi paroeai raihaih to om tih: hae hmuennawk loe karai amtonghaih ah ni oh vop.
9 And take heed to yourselves, for they will deliver you up to Sanhedrins, and to synagogues, you will be beaten, and before governors and kings you will be set for My sake, for a testimony to them;
Nangcae loe acoehaih hoiah om oh: nihcae mah lokcaekhaih ahmuennawk ah na thak o ueloe, Sinekonawk ah na bop o tih: nihcae khaeah kai hnukung ah na oh o hanah, kai pongah prae ukkungnawk hoi siangpahrangnawk hma ah na hoi o tih.
10 and to all the nations it is first necessary that the good news be proclaimed.
Kahoih tamthanglok to acaeng kaminawk boih khaeah taphong hmaloe vop tih.
11 And when they may lead you, delivering up, do not be anxious beforehand what you may speak, nor premeditate, but whatever may be given to you in that hour, that speak, for it is not you who are speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
Nangcae ang naeh o moe, lokcaekhaih ahmuen ah ang hoih o naah, timaw ka thuih han, tito mawn o hmah, na thuih han ih lok to poek o hmaloe hmah: to atue nathuem roe ah ang paek ih loknawk to thui oh: thuikung loe nang na ai, Kacai Muithla ni.
12 And brother will deliver up brother to death, and father child, and children will rise up against parents, and will put them to death,
Nawkamya mah nawkamya, ampa mah a capa kaduek hanah paek o tih; caanawk mah amno ampa to misa ah suem ueloe, dueksak hanah sah o tih.
13 and you will be hated by all because of My Name, but he who has endured to the end—he will be saved.
Kai pongah kami boih mah na hnuma o tih: toe boeng khoek to pauep kami loe, pahlong ah om tih.
14 And when you may see the abomination of the desolation, that was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it should not (whoever is reading let him understand), then those in Judea, let them flee to the mountains;
Tahmaa Daniel mah thuih ih lok baktih toengah, Angdoet han koi ai ahmuen ah angdoe, panuet thok, amrosak thaih hmuen na hnuk o naah, (caa kroek kami loe thaih nasoe) Judea prae thungah kaom kaminawk loe mae nuiah cawn o nasoe:
15 and he on the housetop, do not let him come down into the house, nor come in to take anything out of his house;
imphu ah kaom kami loe imthung ah anghum tathuk hmah nasoe, a imthung ih hmuenmae lak han ih doeh a thungah akun hmah nasoe.
16 and he who is in the field, do not let him turn to the things behind, to take up his garment.
Lawk ah kaom kami loe a khukbuen lak hanah im ah amlaem hmah nasoe.
17 And woe to those with child, and to those giving suck, in those days;
To na niah zokpom nongpata hoi tahnu nae li nawkta tawn nongpata loe kawkrukmaw rai tih!
18 and pray that your flight may not be in winter,
Na cawnh o haih loe siktue ah phak han ai ah lawkthui oh.
19 for those days will be tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the creation that God created, until now, and may not be [again];
To atue thuem ih raihaih loe Sithaw mah long sak tangsuek nathuem hoi vaihi khoek to kaom vai ai raihaih ah om tih, to raihaih loe natuek naah doeh om let mak ai boeh.
20 and if the LORD did not shorten the days, no flesh had been saved; but because of the chosen, whom He chose to Himself, He shortened the days.
Angraeng mah to aninawk to duemsak ai nahaeloe, mi kawbaktih doeh loih thai mak ai: toe a qoih ih kaminawk rang hoiah to aninawk to a duemsak.
21 And then, if any may say to you, Behold, here [is] the Christ, or, Behold, there, you may not believe;
To nathuem ah mi kawbaktih mah doeh nangcae khaeah, Khenah, Kri loe hae ah oh; to tih ai boeh loe khenah, anih loe ho ah oh; tiah na thui o cadoeh, anih to tang o hmah.
22 for there will rise false Christs and false prophets, and they will give signs and wonders, to seduce, if possible, also the chosen;
Kri angsah cop kaminawk hoi kamro tahmaanawk to tacawt o ueloe, angmathaih hoi dawnraihaihnawk to sah o tih, angcoeng thai nahaeloe, qoih tangcae ih kaminawk mataeng doeh, aling o tih.
23 and you, take heed; behold, I have foretold you all things.
Toe nangcae loe acoe hoiah khosah oh: khenah, hmuennawk boih kang thuih o coek boeh.
24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light,
Toe to na niah, patangkhanghaih tue phak pacoengah loe, ni to ving tih, khrah doeh amdueng mak ai boeh,
25 and the stars of the sky will be falling, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
van ih cakaehnawk to krah o tathuk ueloe, van thacakhaihnawk to anghuen tih.
26 And then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with much power and glory,
To pacoengah lensawkhaih, thacakhaih hoiah tamai nuiah angzo Kami Capa to nihcae mah hnu o tih.
27 and then He will send His messengers, and gather together His chosen from the four winds, from the end of the earth to the end of heaven.
To pacoengah loe anih mah angmah ih van kaminawk to patoeh ueloe, long boenghaih hoi vang boenghaih khoek to takii palito ahmuen bang hoiah a qoih ih kaminawk to nawnto tacuu tih.
28 And from the fig tree learn the allegory: when the branch may already become tender, and may put forth the leaves, you know that the summer is near;
Thaiduet kung patahhaih to amtuk oh; tanghang pongah tadok tacawt moe, kanawk aqam tacawt naah, nipui tue loe zoi boeh, tiah na panoek o:
29 so you, also, when you may see these coming to pass, you know that it is near, at the doors.
to baktih toengah hae tiah kaom hmuennawk hae na hnuk o naah, atue loe zoi boeh, thok taengah phak boeh, tiah panoek oh.
30 Truly I say to you that this generation may not pass away until all these things may come to pass;
Loktang kang thuih o, hae hmuennawk boih pha ai karoek to, hae dung ih kaminawk hae anghma o mak ai.
31 the heaven and the earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.
Van hoi long anghma tih: toe ka lok loe anghmaa mak ai.
32 And concerning that day and the hour no one has known—not even the messengers who are in Heaven, not even the Son—except the Father.
To ani hoi atue loe mi mah doeh panoek ai, panoek thai ai, van ah kaom van kaminawk mah doeh panoek ai, Capa mah doeh panoek ai, toe Ampa khue mah ni panoek.
33 Take heed, watch and pray, for you have not known when the time is;
Angzo han koi atue to na panoek o ai pongah, acoehaih hoiah khosah oh loe, lawkthuihaih hoiah zing oh.
34 as a man who is gone abroad, having left his house, and given to his servants the authority, and to each one his work, also commanded the doorkeeper that he may watch;
Kami Capa angzohhaih atue loe, a tamnanawk khaeah toksak thaihaih kapaek, kami boih mah sak han ih tok kapaek, khongkha toep kami khaeah doeh im kahoihah toep hanah thuih pae pacoengah, a im hoiah tacawt kangthla ah kholong kacaeh kami maeto hoiah anghmong.
35 watch, therefore, for you have not known when the lord of the house comes, at evening, or at midnight, or at rooster-crowing, or at the morning;
Im tawnkung loe duembang ah maw, aqum ah maw, aakhong naah maw, to tih ai boeh loe akhawnbang ah maw angzo tih, tito na panoek o ai pongah, acoehaih hoiah zing oh:
36 lest, having come suddenly, he may find you sleeping;
to tih ai nahaeloe, poek ai naah angzo ueloe, ka iip nangcae to anih mah hnu moeng tih.
37 and what I say to you, I say to all, Watch!”
Kang thuih o ih lok loe, kaminawk boih khaeah thuih ih lok ah oh, zing coek hoiah om oh, tiah a naa.
