< Psalms 45 >
1 “To the chief musician upon Shoshannim, by the sons of Korach, a Maskil, a song of love.” My heart swelleth with a good speech; I say, “My works shall be for the king:” my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.

2 Thou art more fair than the children of men; grace is poured out over thy lips: therefore hath God blessed thee for ever.
Nang teh tami capanaw hlak na mei ahawihnawn. Na pahni dawk pahrennae awi lah ao. Hatdawkvah, Cathut ni yawhawi pou na poe.
3 Gird thy sword upon the thigh, O mighty one, [it is] thy glory and thy majesty;
Oe athakaawme, na bawilennae hoi na taluenae hoi, na tahloi teh na keng dawk kâyeng haw.
4 Yea, it is thy majesty: be prosperous, ride along for the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; and fearful things shall thy right hand teach thee.
Lawkkatang hoi kârahnoumnae hoi lannae kecu dawkvah, na taluenae hoi ka tânae lahoi marang dawk kâcui haw. Hottelah, aranglae kut hoi kângairu hnonaw hah na cangkhai han.
5 Thy sharpened arrows—people will fall down beneath thee—[will enter] into the heart of the king's enemies.
Ka pasum e tahroe hoi siangpahrang e tarannaw e lung teh poukkayawng lah thun naseh. Na lungtabue dawk koung rawm awh naseh.
6 Thy throne, given of God, endureth for ever and ever: the sceptre of equity is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Oe Cathut, na bawitungkhung teh a yungyoe kangning e doeh. Lannae na sonron hai na ram sonron lah doeh ao.
7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore hath God, thy God, anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy associates.
Lannae hah lung na pataw teh, thoenae hah na hmuhma. Hatdawkvah, Cathut, na Cathut ni, satui hah na awi toe. Na huinaw hlak hai, konawmnae satui hah na awi toe.
8 Of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia are [fragrant] all thy garments: out of palaces of ivory have they made thee joyful with the sound of music.
Na khohna pueng dawk hoi murah hoi aloenaw hoi, khasia hmuitui a hmui teh, kasaino hoi pathoup e siangpahrang imnaw ni na lunghawi sak.
9 Kings' daughters are among those dear to thee: the queen standeth on thy right hand in fine gold of Ophir.
Bari kaawm e napui na tawn e naw thung dawkvah, ramlouk siangpahrangnaw e canunaw hai a bawk teh, nange aranglah Ophir sui hoi kamthoup e siangpahrangnu teh a tahung.
10 Hearken, O daughter, and look, and incline thy ear, and forget thy own people, and thy father's house:
Oe, Canu thai haw, pouk nateh na hnâpakengh. Na taminaw hoi na pa im kaawm e naw hai pahnim haw.
11 Then will the king long for thy beauty; for he is thy Lord; and bow thyself to him.
Hottelah pawiteh, siangpahrang ni na meihawinae hah a ngai katang han, ahni teh na bawipa doeh, bari haw.
12 And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift: the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor.
Taire canu ni poehno sin vaiteh, tamimaya thung dawk hoi na tawnta e ni na minhmai hawi a tawng awh han.
13 All gloriously attired awaiteth the king's daughter in the inner chamber: of wrought gold is her garment.
Siangpahrang im e siangpahrang canu teh, a sungrenpoung teh, a khohna teh sui hoi pathoup e lah ao.
14 In embroidered clothes will she be brought unto the king: virgins that follow her, her companions, are brought unto thee.
Pathoup e hni kahawi kâkhu hoi siangpahrang koe cetkhai awh vaiteh, tanglakacuemnaw ama hnukkâbang hane naw hah ahni koe a thokhai awh han.
15 They are led forth with rejoicings and gladness, they enter into the palace of the king.
Lunghawi thahmeica lahoi thokhai awh vaiteh, siangpahrang im a kâen awh han.
16 Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children: thou wilt appoint them as princes in all the land.
Napanaw yueng lah na canaw awm awh vaiteh, ahnimouh teh talai van pueng dawk siangpahrang lah na o sak han.
17 I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever.
Na min teh se pueng dawk panue hanelah ka sak han. Hatdawkvah, tami ni pou na pholen han.
