Psalms 145
1 “A hymn of praise by David.” I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.
Chwalebna pieśń Dawidowa. Wywyższać cię będę, Boże mój, królu mój! i błogosławić będę imieniowi twemu na wieki wieków.
2 Every day will I bless thee, and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
Na każdy dzień błogosławić cię będę, a chwalić imię twoje na wieki wieków.
3 Great is the Lord, and greatly praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.
Pan wielki jest i bardzo chwalebny, a wielkość jego nie może być dościgniona.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to the other, and thy mighty acts shall they declare.
Naród narodowi wychwalać będzie sprawy twoje, a mocy twoje opowiadać będą.
5 On the majestic glory of thy excellence, and on thy wondrous deeds will I meditate.
Ozdobę chwały wielmożności twojej, i dziwne twe sprawy wysławiać będę.
6 And of the might of thy terrible acts shall men converse: and thy greatness will I relate.
I moc strasznych uczynków twoich ogłaszać będą, i ja zacność twoję opowiadać będę,
7 The memorial of thy abundant goodness shall they loudly proclaim, and they shall sing joyfully of thy righteousness.
Pamięć obfitej dobroci twojej wysławiać, o sprawiedliwości twojej śpiewać będą, mówiąc:
8 Gracious and merciful is the Lord, long-suffering, and great in kindness.
Dobrotliwy i miłosierny jest Pan, nierychły do gniewu, i wielkiego miłosierdzia.
9 The Lord is good to all, and his mercies are over all his works.
Dobryć jest Pan wszystkim, a miłosierdzie jego nad wszystkiem sprawami jego.
10 All thy works shall thank thee, O Lord; and thy pious servants shall bless thee.
Niech cię wysławiają, Panie! wszystkie sprawy twoje, a święci twoi niech ci błogosławią.
11 Of the glory of thy kingdom shall they converse, and of thy might shall they speak:
Sławę królestwa twego niech opowiadają, a o możności twojej niech rozmawiają;
12 To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.
Aby oznajmili synom ludzkim mocy jego, a chwałę i ozdobę królestwa jego.
13 Thy kingdom is a kingdom of all eternities, and thy dominion [subsisteth] throughout all generations.
Królestwo twoje jest królestwo wszystkich wieków, a panowanie twoje nie ustaje nad wszystkimi narodami.
14 The Lord upholdeth all who are falling, and raiseth up all those who are bowed down.
Trzyma Pan wszystkich upadających, a podnosi wszystkich obalonych.
15 The eyes of all wait hopefully upon thee, and thou givest them their food in its due season.
Oczy wszystkich w tobie nadzieję mają, a ty im dajesz pokarm ich czasu swojego.
16 Thou openest thy hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.
Otwierasz rękę twoję, a nasycasz wszystko, co żyje, według upodobania twego.
17 Righteous is the Lord in all his ways, and beneficent in all his works.
Sprawiedliwy jest Pan we wszystkich drogach swoich, i miłosierny we wszystkich sprawach swoich.
18 The Lord is nigh unto all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
Bliski jest Pan wszystkim, którzy go wzywają, wszystkim, którzy go wzywają w prawdzie.
19 The desire of those who fear him will he fulfill, and their cry will he hear, and save them.

20 The Lord preserveth all those who love him; but all the wicked will he destroy.

21 The praise of the Lord shall my mouth speak: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
