Leviticus 24
1 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
E Fallou o Senhor a Moysés, dizendo:
2 Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure beaten olive-oil, for the lighting, to cause the lamp to burn continually.
Ordena aos filhos d'Israel que te tragam azeite de oliveiras, puro, batido, para a luminaria, para accender as lampadas continuamente.
3 Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron put it in order [for] from evening unto morning before the Lord continually; as a statute for ever in your generations.
Aarão as porá em ordem perante o Senhor continuamente, desde a tarde até á manhã, fóra do véu do testemunho, na tenda da congregação: estatuto perpetuo é pelas vossas gerações.
4 Upon the pure candlestick shall be put in order the lamps, before the Lord, continually.
Sobre o castiçal puro porá em ordem as lampadas perante o Senhor continuamente.
5 And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake thereof twelve cakes: of two tenth parts shall each one cake be.
Tambem tomarás da flor de farinha, e d'ella cozerás doze bolos: cada bolo será de duas dizimas.
6 And thou shalt place them in two rows, six in a row, upon the pure table before the Lord.
E os porás em duas fileiras, seis em cada fileira, sobre a mesa pura, perante o Senhor.
7 And thou shalt put upon each row pure frankincense, that it may be unto the bread for a memorial, as a fire-offering unto the Lord.
E sobre cada fileira porás incenso puro, para que seja para o pão por offerta memorial; offerta queimada é ao Senhor.
8 On every and each sabbath day shall he place it in order before the Lord continually, [obtained] from the children of Israel as an everlasting covenant.
Em cada dia de sabbado, isto se porá em ordem perante o Senhor continuamente, pelos filhos de Israel, por concerto perpetuo.
9 And it shall belong to Aaron and to his sons; and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy unto him, from the fire-offerings of the Lord, as a perpetual fixed portion.
E será de Aarão e de seus filhos, os quaes o comerão no logar sancto, porque uma coisa sanctissima é para elle, das offertas queimadas ao Senhor, por estatuto perpetuo.
10 And there went forth a son of an Israelitish woman, but who was the son of an Egyptian man, among the children of Israel; and there quarrelled together in the camp this son of the Israelitish woman and an Israelitish man.
E saiu um filho d'uma mulher israelita, o qual era filho d'um homem egypcio, no meio dos filhos de Israel; e o filho da israelita e um homem israelita porfiaram no arraial.
11 And the son of the Israelitish woman pronounced the [holy] Name, and blasphemed; and they brought him unto Moses: [and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan; ]
Então o filho da mulher israelita blasphemou o nome do Senhor, e o amaldiçoou, pelo que o trouxeram a Moysés: e o nome de sua mãe era Shelomith, filha de Dibri, da tribu de Dan
12 And they placed him in ward, until the decision of the Lord could be explained to them.
E o levaram á prisão, até que se lhes fizesse declaração pela bocca do Senhor.
13 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
E fallou o Senhor a Moysés, dizendo:
14 Lead forth the blasphemer to without the camp; and all that have heard him shall lay their hands upon his head; and all the congregation shall stone him.
Tira o que tem blasphemado para fóra do arraial; e todos os que o ouviram porão as suas mãos sobre a sua cabeça: então toda a congregação o apedrejará.
15 And unto the children of Israel shalt thou speak, saying, Whatsoever man that blasphemeth his God shall bear his sin.
E aos filhos de Israel fallarás, dizendo: Qualquer que amaldiçoar o seu Deus, levará sobre si o seu peccado.
16 But he that pronounced the name of the Lord [with blasphemy] shall be put to death, all the congregation shall stone him; be he a stranger, or be he one that is born in the land, when he pronounceth the [holy] Name [with blasphemy, ] he shall be put to death.
E aquelle que blasphemar o nome do Senhor, certamente morrerá; toda a congregação certamente o apedrejará; assim o estrangeiro como o natural, blasphemando o nome do Senhor, será morto.
17 And he that taketh the life of any man shall surely be put to death.
E quem matar a alguem certamente morrerá.
18 And he that taketh the life of a beast shall make it good: beast for beast.
Mas quem matar um animal, o restituirá, vida por vida.
19 And if a man cause a bodily defect in his neighbor, as he hath done, so shall be done to him;
Quando tambem alguem desfigurar o seu proximo, como elle fez assim lhe será feito:
20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: in the manner as he hath caused a bodily defect in a man, so shall it be done to him.
Quebradura por quebradura, olho por olho, dente por dente: como elle tiver desfigurado a algum homem, assim se lhe fará.
21 And he that killeth a beast, shall make restitution for it; and he that killeth a man, shall be put to death.
Quem pois matar um animal, restituil-o-ha, mas quem matar um homem será morto.
22 One manner of judicial law shall ye have, the stranger shall be equal with one of your own country; for I am the Lord your God.
Uma mesma lei tereis; assim será o estrangeiro como o natural; pois eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.
23 And Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they led forth the blasphemer to without the camp, and they stoned him with stones; and the children of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses.
E disse Moysés aos filhos de Israel que levassem o que tinha blasphemado para fóra do arraial, e o apedrejassem com pedras: e fizeram os filhos de Israel como o Senhor ordenara a Moysés.
