John 20
1 AND on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalen came very early, whilst yet some darkness remained, to the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
| بامدادان در اول هفته، وقتی که هنوز تاریک بود، مریم مجدلیه به‌سر قبر‌آمدو دید که سنگ از قبر برداشته شده است. | ۱ |
2 She therefore runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
| پس دوان دوان نزد شمعون پطرس و آن شاگرد دیگرکه عیسی او را دوست می‌داشت آمده، به ایشان گفت: «خداوند را از قبر برده‌اند و نمی دانیم او راکجا گذارده‌اند.» | ۲ |
3 Then Peter went out, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre.
| آنگاه پطرس و آن شاگرد دیگربیرون شده، به‌جانب قبر رفتند. | ۳ |
4 And they two ran together: and the other disciple ran before more swiftly than Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.
| و هر دو با هم می‌دویدند، اما آن شاگرد دیگر از پطرس پیش افتاده، اول به قبر رسید، | ۴ |
5 And stooping forward, he sees the swathing clothes lying there; yet he did not go in.
| و خم شده، کفن راگذاشته دید، لیکن داخل نشد. | ۵ |
6 Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and saw the swathing clothes lying,
| بعد شمعون پطرس نیز از عقب او آمد و داخل قبرگشته، کفن را گذاشته دید، | ۶ |
7 and the napkin, which had been round his head, not laid with the linen swathes, but apart folded up in another place.
| و دستمالی را که بر سر او بود، نه با کفن نهاده، بلکه در جای علیحده پیچیده. | ۷ |
8 Then went in also the other disciple, who had come the first to the sepulchre, and saw, and believed.
| پس آن شاگرد دیگر که اول به‌سر قبر‌آمده بود نیزداخل شده، دید و ایمان آورد. | ۸ |
9 Though not even yet had they known the scripture, that he should rise from the dead.
| زیرا هنوز کتاب را نفهمیده بودند که باید او از مردگان برخیزد. | ۹ |
10 Then the disciples went back again to their companions.
| پس آن دو شاگرد به مکان خود برگشتند. | ۱۰ |
11 But Mary stood at the sepulchre, without, weeping: as therefore she wept, she bent forward towards the sepulchre.
| اما مریم بیرون قبر، گریان ایستاده بود وچون می‌گریست به سوی قبر خم شده، | ۱۱ |
12 And saw two angels in white, sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
| دوفرشته را که لباس سفید در بر داشتند، یکی به طرف سر و دیگری به‌جانب قدم، در جایی که بدن عیسی گذارده بود، نشسته دید. | ۱۲ |
13 And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith to them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.
| ایشان بدوگفتند: «ای زن برای چه گریانی؟» بدیشان گفت: «خداوند مرا برده‌اند و نمی دانم او را کجاگذارده‌اند.» | ۱۳ |
14 And as she thus spoke, she turned about, and beheld Jesus standing by, and knew not that it was Jesus.
| چون این را گفت، به عقب ملتفت شده، عیسی را ایستاده دید لیکن نشناخت که عیسی است. | ۱۴ |
15 Then Jesus said to her, Woman, why art thou weeping? whom art thou seeking? She, supposing that it was the gardener, said to him, Sir, if thou hast carried him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
| عیسی بدو گفت: «ای زن برای چه گریانی؟ که را می‌طلبی؟» چون او گمان کردکه باغبان است، بدو گفت: «ای آقا اگر تو او رابرداشته‌ای، به من بگو او را کجا گذارده‌ای تا من اورا بردارم.» | ۱۵ |
16 Jesus saith to her, Mary! Starting round, she said to him, Rabboni! that is, Master!
| عیسی بدو گفت: «ای مریم!» اوبرگشته، گفت: «ربونی (یعنی‌ای معلم ).» | ۱۶ |
17 Jesus saith to her, Touch me not; for I have not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and tell them, I am ascending to my Father, and your Father; to my God, and your God.
| عیسی بدو گفت: «مرا لمس مکن زیرا که هنوزنزد پدر خود بالا نرفته‌ام. و لیکن نزد برادران من رفته، به ایشان بگو که نزد پدر خود و پدر شما وخدای خود و خدای شما می‌روم.» | ۱۷ |
18 Mary Magdalen cometh declaring to the disciples, that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things to her.
| مریم مجدلیه آمده، شاگردان را خبر داد که «خداوند رادیدم و به من چنین گفت.» | ۱۸ |
19 When the evening therefore was come, on the same first day of the week, and the doors being fastened where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said unto them, Peace be to you.
| و در شام همان روز که یکشنبه بود، هنگامی که درها بسته بود، جایی که شاگردان به‌سبب ترس یهود جمع بودند، ناگاه عیسی آمده، در میان ایستاد و بدیشان گفت: «سلام بر شما باد!» | ۱۹ |
20 And thus speaking, he shewed them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad when they saw the Lord.
| و چون این را گفت، دستها و پهلوی خود را به ایشان نشان داد و شاگردان چون خداوند رادیدند، شاد گشتند. | ۲۰ |
21 Jesus therefore spake to them again, Peace be unto you: as the Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
| باز عیسی به ایشان گفت: «سلام بر شما باد. چنانکه پدر مرا فرستاد، من نیزشما را می‌فرستم.» | ۲۱ |
22 And so speaking, he breathed on them, and said, Receive the Holy Ghost:
| و چون این را گفت، دمید وبه ایشان گفت: «روح‌القدس را بیابید. | ۲۲ |
23 whose soever sins ye forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins soever ye retain, they are retained.
| گناهان آنانی را که آمرزیدید، برای ایشان آمرزیده شد وآنانی را که بستید، بسته شد.» | ۲۳ |
24 Now Thomas, one of the twelve, who is called Didymus, the twin, was not with them when Jesus came.
| اما توما که یکی از آن دوازده بود و او را توام می‌گفتند، وقتی که عیسی آمد با ایشان نبود. | ۲۴ |
25 Then the other disciples said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, Except I should see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I shall never believe it.
| پس شاگردان دیگر بدو گفتند: «خداوند رادیده‌ایم.» بدیشان گفت: «تا در دو دستش جای میخها را نبینم و انگشت خود را در جای میخهانگذارم و دست خود را بر پهلویش ننهم، ایمان نخواهم آورد.» | ۲۵ |
26 And eight days after, his disciples were again within, and Thomas with them: Jesus cometh, though the doors were fastened, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.
| و بعد از هشت روز باز شاگردان با توما درخانه‌ای جمع بودند و درها بسته بود که ناگاه عیسی آمد و در میان ایستاده، گفت: «سلام بر شماباد.» | ۲۶ |
27 Afterwards he spake to Thomas, Bring hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and take thy hand, and thrust into my side: and be not incredulous, but a believer.
| پس به توما گفت: «انگشت خود را به اینجا بیاور و دستهای مرا ببین و دست خود رابیاور و بر پهلوی من بگذار و بی‌ایمان مباش بلکه ایمان دار.» | ۲۷ |
28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God!
| توما در جواب وی گفت: «ای خداوند من و‌ای خدای من.» | ۲۸ |
29 Jesus saith to him, Because thou hast seen me, Thomas, hast thou believed: blessed are they who though they have not seen me, yet have believed.
| عیسی گفت: «ای توما، بعد از دیدنم ایمان آوردی؟ خوشابحال آنانی که ندیده ایمان آورند.» | ۲۹ |
30 Now many other miracles did Jesus therefore also in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:
| و عیسی معجزات دیگر بسیار نزد شاگردان نمود که در این کتاب نوشته نشد. | ۳۰ |
31 but these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
| لیکن این قدرنوشته شد تا ایمان آورید که عیسی، مسیح و پسرخدا است و تا ایمان آورده به اسم او حیات یابید. | ۳۱ |
