2 John 1
1 THE presbyter to the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all who have known the truth:
| من که پیرم، به خاتون برگزیده و فرزندانش که ایشان را درراستی محبت می‌نمایم و نه من فقط بلکه همه کسانی که راستی را می‌دانند، | ۱ |
| بخاطر آن راستی که در ما ساکن است و با ما تا به ابد خواهدبود. (aiōn g165) | ۲ |
3 grace, mercy, peace be with you from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
| فیض و رحمت و سلامتی از جانب خدای پدر و عیسی مسیح خداوند و پسر پدر در راستی و محبت با ما خواهد بود. | ۳ |
4 I rejoiced greatly that I found thy children walking in truth, as we have received commandment from the Father.
| بسیار مسرور شدم چونکه بعضی از فرزندان تو را یافتم که در راستی رفتار می‌کنند، چنانکه ازپدر حکم یافتیم. | ۴ |
5 And now I beseech thee, lady, not as writing to thee a new commandment, but that which we have had from the beginning, that we should love one another.
| و الان‌ای خاتون از تو التماس دارم نه آنکه حکمی تازه به تو بنویسم، بلکه همان را که از ابتداء داشتیم که یکدیگر را محبت بنماییم. | ۵ |
6 And this is love, that we should walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, as ye have heard from the beginning, That ye should walk in it.
| و این است محبت که موافق احکام اوسلوک بنماییم و حکم همان است که از اول شنیدید تا در آن سلوک نماییم. | ۶ |
7 For many deceivers are gone out into the world, who do not confess Jesus the Messiah as come in the flesh. Such a one is a deceiver and an antichrist.
| زیرا گمراه کنندگان بسیار به‌دنیا بیرون شدندکه عیسی مسیح ظاهر شده در جسم را اقرارنمی کنند. آن است گمراه‌کننده و دجال. | ۷ |
8 Take heed to yourselves that we lose not the things which we have wrought, but receive a full reward.
| خود رانگاه بدارید مبادا آنچه را که عمل کردیم برباددهید بلکه تا اجرت کامل بیابید. | ۸ |
9 Every one that transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God: he that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, this man holdeth both the Father and the Son.
| هرکه پیشوایی می‌کند و در تعلیم مسیح ثابت نیست، خدا رانیافته است. اما آنکه در تعلیم مسیح ثابت ماند، اوهم پدر و پسر را دارد. | ۹ |
10 If any person come unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into the house, nor say to him, Welcome.
| اگر کسی به نزد شما آیدو این تعلیم را نیاورد، او را به خانه خود مپذیرید واو را تحیت مگویید. | ۱۰ |
11 He that biddeth him welcome, takes part in his wicked works.
| زیرا هرکه او را تحیت گوید، در کارهای قبیحش شریک گردد. | ۱۱ |
12 Having many things to write unto you, I would not do it with paper and ink; but I hope to come unto you, and speak mouth to mouth, that our joy may be complete.
| چیزهای بسیار دارم که به شما بنویسم، لکن نخواستم که به کاغذ و مرکب بنویسم، بلکه امیدوارم که به نزد شما بیایم و زبانی گفتگو نمایم تا خوشی ما کامل شود. | ۱۲ |
13 The children of thy elect sister salute thee. Amen.
| فرزندان خواهر برگزیده تو، به تو سلام می‌رسانند. آمین. | ۱۳ |
