Psalms 69
1 To him that excelleth upon Shoshannim. A Psalme of David. Save mee, O God: for the waters are entred euen to my soule.
၁အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ကယ် ယူတော်မူပါ ဘုရား ။ ရေ သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက် ဝိညာဉ်တိုင်အောင် ရောက် ပါပြီ။
2 I sticke fast in the deepe myre, where no staie is: I am come into deepe waters, and the streames runne ouer me.
၂ခြေနင်း ရာမ ရှိ။ နက် လှသော ရွှံ့ ထဲ မှာ ကျွံ ပါပြီ။ လှိုင်း တံပိုးလွှမ်းမိုး ရာ နက် သော ရေ ထဲ သို့ ရောက် ပါပြီ။
3 I am wearie of crying: my throte is drie: mine eyes faile, whiles I waite for my God.
၃အော်ဟစ် ၍ ပင်ပန်း ပါပြီ။ လည်ချောင်း ခြောက် ပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မျှော် ကြည့် ၍ မျက်စိပျက် ပါပြီ။
4 They that hate mee without a cause, are moe then the heares of mine heade: they that would destroy mee, and are mine enemies falsly, are mightie, so that I restored that which I tooke not.
၄အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဆံပင် ထက် များ ကြပါ၏။ မဟုတ် မမှန် ဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရန်ဘက် ပြု၍ ဖျက်ဆီး သောသူတို့ သည် ခွန်အား ကြီးကြပါ၏။ ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ် သည် မ ယူ သော ဥစ္စာကိုပင်ပြန် ပေးရပါ၏။
5 O God, thou knowest my foolishnesse, and my fautes are not hid from thee.
၅အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မိုက် ခြင်းအမှုကို ကိုယ်တော် သိ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အပြစ် တို့ကို ရှေ့တော်၌ ဝှက် ၍ မ ထားရပါ။
6 Let not them that trust in thee, O Lord God of hostes, be ashamed for me: let not those that seeke thee, be confounded through mee, O God of Israel.
၆ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို မြော်လင့် သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ် မ ပျက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် ရှက် ကြောက်ခြင်းသို့ မ ရောက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။
7 For thy sake haue I suffred reproofe: shame hath couered my face.
၇ကိုယ်တော် အတွက် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကို ခံရ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် မျက်နှာ သည် ရှက် ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံ ပါ၏။
8 I am become a stranger vnto my brethren, euen an aliant vnto my mothers sonnes.
၈ကိုယ် ညီအစ် ကိုတို့တွင် ၊ လူစိမ်း ဖြစ် ခဲ့ပါပြီ။ တမိ တည်းသော ပေါက်ဘော် တို့တွင် ၊ တကျွန်း တနိုင်ငံသား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။
9 For the zeale of thine house hath eaten mee, and the rebukes of them that rebuked thee, are fallen vpon me.
၉ကိုယ်တော် ၏အိမ် တော်၌ စွဲလမ်း ပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စား ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့ သောသူတို့ ၏စကားသည် အကျွန်ုပ် အပေါ် သို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။
10 I wept and my soule fasted, but that was to my reproofe.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငိုကြွေး ၍ စိတ် နှလုံးပါလျက် ၊ အစာ ရှောင်သောအကျင့် ကြောင့် ပင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းကို ခံရ ပါ၏။
11 I put on a sacke also: and I became a prouerbe vnto them.
၁၁လျှော်တေ အဝတ် ကို ဝတ် သောအခါ ၊ သူ တို့သည် သရော် တတ်ကြပါ၏။
12 They that sate in the gate, spake of mee, and the drunkards sang of me.
၁၂ရုံး၌ ထိုင် သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက်မှာ ပြော ဆို၍ ၊ သေသောက် ကြူးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အကြောင်းပြုလျက် တေးဘွဲ့၍ ဆို တတ်ကြပါ၏။
13 But Lord, I make my praier vnto thee in an acceptable time, euen in the multitude of thy mercie: O God, heare me in the trueth of thy saluation.
၁၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ မင်္ဂလာ အချိန် ကာလ၌ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ဆုတောင်း ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကရုဏာ တော် ကြွယ်ဝ သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း သစ္စာ အတိုင်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။
14 Deliuer mee out of the myre, that I sinke not: let me be deliuered from them that hate me, and out of the deepe waters.
၁၄အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ရွှံ့ ထဲ က ကယ်နှုတ် တော်မူပါ။ နစ် စေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ လက်မှ ၎င်း၊ နက် သော ရေ ထဲ က၎င်း လွှတ် ပါစေသော။
15 Let not the water flood drowne mee, neither let the deepe swallowe me vp: and let not the pit shut her mouth vpon me.
၁၅ရေ ထ ၍ မ လွှမ်း ပါစေနှင့်။ နက်နဲ ရာ၌ မ မြုပ် ပါစေနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် အပေါ် မှာ တွင်း ဝ မ ပိတ် ပါစေနှင့်။
16 Heare me, O Lord, for thy louing kindnes is good: turne vnto me according to ye multitude of thy tender mercies.
၁၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုချင်သော စေတနာတော်သည် ကောင်းမွန် သောကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကား ကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ စုံမက် တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများ ပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မျက်နှာ ပြုတော်မူပါ။
17 And hide not thy face from thy seruant, for I am in trouble: make haste and heare me.
၁၇ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် မှ မျက်နှာ တော်ကို လွှဲ တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ဘေး ရောက်ပါပြီ။ အလျင် အမြန်နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။
18 Draw neere vnto my soule and redeeme it: deliuer me because of mine enemies.
၁၈အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အသက် ဝိညာဉ်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ် ၍ ရွေး တော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူ များရှိကြောင်း ကိုထောက် ၍ ချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူပါ။
19 Thou hast knowen my reproofe and my shame, and my dishonour: all mine aduersaries are before thee.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ် ခံရသောကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်း၊ အရှက် ကွဲခြင်း၊ အသရေ ပျက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော် သည် သိ တော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရန်သူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိကြပါ၏။
20 Rebuke hath broken mine heart, and I am full of heauinesse, and I looked for some to haue pitie on me, but there was none: and for comforters, but I found none.
၂၀ကဲ့ရဲ့ ခြင်းအားဖြင့်အကျွန်ုပ် သည် စိတ် ပျက် ၍ အလွန် ပူဆွေးခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သနား သောသူကို ကြည့် ၍ မ မြင်။ သက်သာ စေသောသူကို ရှာ ၍ မ တွေ့ရပါ။
21 For they gaue me gall in my meate, and in my thirst they gaue me vineger to drinke.
၂၁အကျွန်ုပ် စားစရာ ဘို့ ဆေးခါး ကို ကျွေး ကြပါ၏။ ရေငတ် သောအခါ ပုံးရည် ကို တိုက် ကြပါ၏။
22 Let their table be a snare before them, and their prosperitie their ruine.
၂၂သူ တို့စားပွဲ သည် သူ တို့ရှေ့ မှာ ကျော့ကွင်း သော် ၎င်း၊ ခံ ထိုက်သောအပြစ်သော် ၎င်း၊ ထောင် ချောက်သော် ၎င်း ဖြစ် ပါစေ။
23 Let their eyes be blinded that they see not: and make their loynes alway to tremble.
၂၃သူ တို့သည် မမြင် နိုင်အောင် မျက်စိ ကွယ် ပါစေ။ သူ တို့ခါး သည်လည်း အစဉ် တုန် ပါစေ။
24 Powre out thine anger vpon them, and let thy wrathfull displeasure take them.
၂၄သူ တို့အပေါ် မှာ အမျက် တော်ကို သွန်းလောင်း တော်မူ၍ ၊ အမျက် တော်အရှိန် သည် သူ တို့ကို မှီ ပါစေ။
25 Let their habitation be voide, and let none dwell in their tents.
၂၅သူ တို့နေရာ အရပ်သည် လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာအရပ် ဖြစ် ပါစေ။ သူ တို့အိမ် ၌ နေ သောသူ မ ရှိ ပါစေနှင့်။
26 For they persecute him, whome thou hast smitten: and they adde vnto the sorrowe of them, whome thou hast wounded.
၂၆အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဒဏ်ခတ် တော်မူသောသူ ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ ကြပါ၏။ နာ စေတော်မူသောသူတို့ကို ထပ်၍ နာ စေကြပါ၏။
27 Laie iniquitie vpon their iniquitie, and let them not come into thy righteousnesse.
၂၇သူ တို့အပြစ် ၌ အပြစ် ကိုထပ်၍ ပေး တော်မူပါ။ ကုသိုလ် တော်နှင့် မ ဆိုင် ကြပါစေနှင့်။
28 Let them be put out of the booke of life, neither let them be written with the righteous.
၂၈အသက် ရှင်သောသူတို့စာရင်း ၌ သူတို့နာမည်များကို ချေ၍ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့နှင့်အတူ မ ရေး မမှတ်ပါစေနှင့်။
29 When I am poore and in heauinesse, thine helpe, O God, shall exalt me.
၂၉အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ ဆင်းရဲ ငြိုငြင် ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးသည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ချီးမြှင့် ပါစေသော။
30 I will praise the Name of God with a song, and magnifie him with thankesgiuing.
၃၀ငါသည် ဘုရား သခင်၏ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာ သီချင်းဆို မည်။ ကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ပြ၍ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်း မည်။
31 This also shall please the Lord better then a yong bullocke, that hath hornes and hoofes.
၃၁ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ချို နှင့်၎င်း၊ ခွါ နှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံသော နွား လားကို နှစ်သက် သည်ထက် ၊ ထိုအကျင့်ကို သာ၍နှစ်သက်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
32 The humble shall see this, and they that seeke God, shalbe glad, and your heart shall liue.
၃၂နှိမ့်ချ သောသူတို့ သည် မြင် ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို ရှာ သောသူတို့ ၏ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် အား ပြည့်လိမ့်မည်။
33 For the Lord heareth the poore, and despiseth not his prisoners.
၃၃ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့၏စကားကို နားထောင် တော်မူ၏။ အချုပ် ခံရသောမိမိ လူတို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတော်မ မူတတ်။
34 Let heauen and earth praise him: the seas and all that moueth in them.
၃၄ကောင်းကင် ၊ မြေကြီး ၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာ တို့နှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သတ္တဝါ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဘုရား သခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြပါစေသော။
35 For God will saue Zion, and builde the cities of Iudah, that men may dwell there and haue it in possession.
၃၅ဘုရား သခင်သည် ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို စောင့် ၍ ၊ ယုဒ မြို့ တို့ကို ပြု စုတော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ ထို သူတို့သည် နေ ၍ ပိုင် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
36 The seede also of his seruants shall inherit it: and they that loue his name, shall dwel therein.
၃၆ကျွန် တော်မျိုး၏သား မြေးတို့သည် ထိုမြို့ ကို အမွေ ခံရ၍ ၊ နာမတော် ကို ချစ် သောသူတို့သည် နေရာ ကျရကြလိမ့်မည်။
