Ezra 1
1 Nowe in the first yere of Cyrus King of Persia (that the worde of the Lord, spoken by the mouth of Ieremiah, might be accomplished) the Lord stirred vp the spirite of Cyrus King of Persia, and hee made a Proclamation thorowe all his Kingdome, and also by writing, saying,
ಆದರೆ ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸ ಕೋರೆಷನ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯೆರೆಮೀಯನ ಮುಂಖಾತರ ಹೇಳಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಈಡೇರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸ ಕೋರೆಷನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಂಗುರದಿಂದಲೂ, ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಸಾರಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
2 Thus saith Cyrus King of Persia, The Lord God of heauen hath giuen me all the kingdomes of the earth, and he hath commanded me to builde him an house in Ierusalem, which is in Iudah.
“ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸ ಕೋರೆಷನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ: “‘ಪರಲೋಕದ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಭೂಲೋಕದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಗೆ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಲು ನನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
3 Who is he among you of all his people with whome his God is? let him goe vp to Ierusalem which is in Iudah, and buylde the house of the Lord God of Israel: he is the God, which is in Ierusalem.
ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರೋ, ಅಂಥವರು ಯೆಹೂದ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಲಿ, ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವರ ದೇವರು ಇರಲಿ!
4 And euery one that remayneth in any place (where he soiourneth) let the men of his place relieue him with siluer and with golde, and with substance, and with cattel, and with a willing offring, for the house of God that is in Ierusalem.
ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುಳಿದವರು ಈಗ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜನರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಗಾರ, ಸರಕುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಪಶುಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಉಚಿತ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು.’”
5 Then the chiefe fathers of Iudah and Beniamin, and the Priests and Leuites rose vp, with al them whose spirit God had raysed to goe vp, to builde the house of the Lord which is in Ierusalem.
ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರೂ, ಯಾಜಕರೂ, ಲೇವಿಯರೂ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಎದ್ದರು.
6 And all they that were about them, strengthened their handes with vessels of siluer, with golde, with substance and with cattell, and with precious thinges, besides all that was willingly offred.
ಅವರ ನೆರೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲದೇ, ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಂಗಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಪಶುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಬೆಲೆಯುಳ್ಳವುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
7 Also the King Cyrus brought forth the vessels of the house of the Lord, which Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of Ierusalem, and had put them in the house of his god.
ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಿಂದ ತಂದು, ತನ್ನ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಮಂದಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿದ್ದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸನಾದ ಕೋರೆಷನು ತರಿಸಿದನು.
8 Euen them did Cyrus King of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and counted them vnto Sheshbazzar the Prince of Iudah.
ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾರಸಿಯ ಅರಸನಾದ ಕೋರೆಷನು ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದವನಾದ ಮಿತ್ರದಾತನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತರಿಸಿ, ಯೆಹೂದದ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರನಾದ ಶೆಷ್ಬಚ್ಚರನಿಗೆ ಎಣಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
9 And this is the nomber of them, thirtie basins of golde, a thousand basins of siluer, nine and twentie kniues,
ಅವುಗಳ ಲೆಕ್ಕವು ಹೀಗಿವೆ: ಬಂಗಾರದ 30 ತಟ್ಟೆಗಳು. ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ 1,000 ತಟ್ಟೆಗಳು. ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ 29 ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳು.
10 Thirtie boules of gold, and of siluer boules of the second sort, foure hundreth and tenne, and of other vessels, a thousand.
ಬಂಗಾರದ 30 ಬಟ್ಟಲುಗಳು. ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ 410 ಬಟ್ಟಲುಗಳು. ಇನ್ನಿತರು 1,000 ವಸ್ತುಗಳು.
11 All the vessels of golde and siluer were fiue thousand and foure hundreth. Sheshbazzar brought vp all with them of the captiuitie that came vp from Babel to Ierusalem.
ಒಟ್ಟು 5,400 ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು. ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನಿಂದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿದವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಶೆಷ್ಬಚ್ಚರನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.
