Exodus 25
1 Then the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Et l'Éternel parla à Moïse, en disant:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, that they receiue an offring for me: of euery man, whose heart giueth it freely, ye shall take the offring for me.
Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et qu'ils prennent une offrande pour moi. Vous recevrez mon offrande de tout homme que son cœur y disposera.
3 And this is the offring which ye shall take of them, golde, and siluer, and brasse,
Et voici l'offrande que vous recevrez d'eux: de l'or, de l'argent et de l'airain,
4 And blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linnen, and goates heare,
De la pourpre, de l'écarlate, du cramoisi, du fin lin, du poil de chèvre,
5 And rammes skinnes coloured red, and the skinnes of badgers, and the wood Shittim,
Des peaux de bélier teintes en rouge, et des peaux de couleur d'hyacinthe, du bois de Sittim,
6 Oyle for the light, spices for anoynting oyle, and for the perfume of sweete sauour,
De l'huile pour le luminaire, des aromates pour l'huile de l'onction, et pour le parfum aromatique,
7 Onix stones, and stones to be set in the Ephod, and in the brest plate.
Des pierres d'onyx et des pierres d'enchâssure pour l'éphod et pour le pectoral.
8 Also they shall make me a Sanctuarie, that I may dwell among them.
Et ils me feront un sanctuaire, et j'habiterai au milieu d'eux;
9 According to all that I shewe thee, euen so shall ye make the forme of the Tabernacle, and the facion of all the instruments thereof.
Vous le ferez exactement semblable au modèle de la Demeure et au modèle de tous ses ustensiles, que je vais te montrer.
10 They shall make also an Arke of Shittim wood, two cubites and an halfe long, and a cubite and an halfe broade, and a cubite and an halfe hie.
Ils feront donc une arche de bois de Sittim; sa longueur sera de deux coudées et demie, sa largeur d'une coudée et demie, et sa hauteur d'une coudée et demie.
11 And thou shalt ouerlay it with pure golde: within and without shalt thou ouerlay it, and shalt make vpon it a crowne of golde rounde about.
Tu la couvriras d'or pur; tu la couvriras par dedans et par dehors, et tu mettras dessus un couronnement d'or tout autour.
12 And thou shalt cast foure rings of golde for it, and put them in the foure corners thereof: that is, two rings shalbe on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side thereof.
Et tu fondras quatre anneaux d'or que tu mettras à ses quatre coins: deux anneaux d'un côté, et deux anneaux de l'autre côté.
13 And thou shalt make barres of Shittim wood, and couer them with golde.
Tu feras aussi des barres de bois de Sittim, et tu les couvriras d'or.
14 Then thou shalt put the barres in the rings by the sides of the Arke, to beare the Arke with them.
Et tu feras entrer les barres dans les anneaux, aux côtés de l'arche, pour porter l'arche au moyen des barres.
15 The barres shalbe in the rings of the Arke: they shall not be taken away from it.
Les barres seront dans les anneaux de l'arche; on ne les en retirera point.
16 So thou shalt put in the Arke the Testimonie which I shall giue thee.
Et tu mettras dans l'arche le Témoignage que je te donnerai.
17 Also thou shalt make a Mercie seate of pure golde, two cubites and an halfe long, and a cubite and an halfe broade.
Tu feras aussi un propitiatoire d'or pur, dont la longueur sera de deux coudées et demie, et la largeur d'une coudée et demie.
18 And thou shalt make two Cherubims of golde: of worke beaten out with the hammer shalt thou make the at ye two endes of the Merciseate.
Et tu feras deux chérubins d'or; tu les feras au marteau, aux deux bouts du propitiatoire.
19 And the one Cherub shalt thou make at the one ende, and the other Cherub at the other ende: of the matter of the Mercieseate shall ye make the Cherubims, on the two endes thereof.
Fais donc un chérubin à ce bout, et un chérubin à l'autre bout. Vous ferez les chérubins sortant du propitiatoire à ses deux bouts.
20 And the Cherubims shall stretche their winges on hie, couering the Mercie seate with their winges, and their faces one to another: to the Mercie seate warde shall the faces of the Cherubims be.
Et les chérubins étendront les ailes en haut, couvrant de leurs ailes le propitiatoire, et leurs faces seront vis-à-vis l'une de l'autre. La face des chérubins sera dirigée vers le propitiatoire.
21 And thou shalt put the Mercieseate aboue vpon the Arke, and in the Arke thou shalt put the Testimonie, which I will giue thee,
Et tu poseras le propitiatoire en haut sur l'arche, et tu mettras dans l'arche le Témoignage que je te donnerai.
22 And there I will declare my selfe vnto thee, and from aboue ye Mercieseate betweene ye two Cherubims, which are vpon ye Arke of ye Testimonie, I wil tel thee al things which I wil giue thee in comandement vnto ye children of Israel.
Et je me rencontrerai là avec toi, et je te dirai, de dessus le propitiatoire, d'entre les deux chérubins qui seront sur l'arche du Témoignage, tout ce que je te commanderai pour les enfants d'Israël.
23 Thou shalt also make a Table of Shittim wood, of two cubites long, and one cubite broade, and a cubite and an halfe hie:
Tu feras aussi une table de bois de Sittim; sa longueur sera de deux coudées, sa largeur d'une coudée, et sa hauteur d'une coudée et demie.
24 And thou shalt couer it with pure gold, and make thereto a crowne of golde round about.
Tu la couvriras d'or pur, et tu lui feras un couronnement d'or tout autour.
25 Thou shalt also make vnto it a border of foure fingers roud about and thou shalt make a golden crowne round about the border thereof.
Tu lui feras aussi, à l'entour, un rebord de quatre doigts, et tu feras à ce rebord un couronnement d'or tout autour.
26 After, thou shalt make for it foure ringes of golde, and shalt put the rings in the foure corners that are in the foure feete thereof:
Tu lui feras aussi quatre anneaux d'or, et tu mettras les anneaux aux quatre coins qui seront à ses quatre pieds.
27 Ouer against the border shall the rings be for places for barres, to beare the Table.
Les anneaux seront près du rebord, afin d'y mettre des barres, pour porter la table.
28 And thou shalt make the barres of Shittim wood, and shalt ouerlay them with golde, that the Table may be borne with them.
Tu feras les barres de bois de Sittim, et tu les couvriras d'or, et on portera la table avec elles.
29 Thou shalt make also dishes for it, and incense cuppes for it, and couerings for it, and goblets, wherewith it shall be couered, euen of fine golde shalt thou make them.
Tu feras aussi ses plats, ses tasses, ses vases et ses coupes, avec lesquels on fera les libations; tu les feras d'or pur.
30 And thou shalt set vpon the Table shewe bread before me continually.
Et tu mettras sur la table du pain de proposition qui sera continuellement devant moi.
31 Also thou shalt make a Candlesticke of pure golde: of worke beaten out with the hammer shall the Candlesticke be made, his shaft, and his branches, his boules, his knops: and his floures shalbe of the same.
Tu feras aussi un chandelier d'or pur. Le chandelier, son pied et sa tige seront faits au marteau; ses calices, ses pommes et ses fleurs en seront tirés.
32 Six braunches also shall come out of the sides of it: three branches of the Candlesticke out of the one side of it, and three branches of the Candlesticke out of the other side of it.
Il sortira six branches de ses côtés: trois branches du chandelier d'un côté, et trois branches du chandelier de l'autre côté.
33 Three boules like vnto almondes, one knop and one floure in one braunch: and three boules like almondes in the other branch, one knop and one floure: so throughout the sixe branches that come out of the Candlesticke.
Il y aura trois calices en forme d'amande, à une branche, avec pomme et fleur; et trois calices en forme d'amande à l'autre branche, avec pomme et fleur. Il en sera de même pour les six branches sortant du chandelier.
34 And in the shaft of the Candlesticke shalbe foure boules like vnto almondes, his knops and his floures.
Il y aura au chandelier même quatre calices en forme d'amande, et ses pommes et ses fleurs:
35 And there shalbe a knop vnder two branches made thereof: and a knop vnder two branches made thereof: and a knop vnder two branches made thereof, according to the sixe branches comming out of the Candlesticke.
Une pomme sous les deux branches qui en sortent, une autre pomme sous les deux autres branches, et encore une pomme sous les deux autres branches qui en sortent, pour les six branches sortant du chandelier.
36 Their knops and their branches shall bee thereof. all this shalbe one beaten worke of pure golde.
Ses pommes et ses branches en seront tirées; il sera tout entier d'une seule pièce au marteau, en or pur.
37 And thou shalt make the seuen lampes thereof: and the lampes thereof shalt thou put thereon, to giue light toward that that is before it.
Tu feras aussi ses sept lampes; et l'on allumera ses lampes, de manière qu'elles éclairent en avant du chandelier.
38 Also the snuffers and snuffedishes thereof shalbe of pure golde.
Et ses mouchettes, et ses porte-mouchettes seront d'or pur.
39 Of a talent of fine gold shalt thou make it with all these instruments.
On fera ce chandelier, avec tous ses ustensiles, d'un talent d'or pur.
40 Looke therefore that thou make them after their facion, that was shewed thee in the mountaine.
Regarde donc, et fais-les d'après leur modèle, qui t'a été montré sur la montagne.
