Colossians 3
1 If yee then bee risen with Christ, seeke those thinges which are aboue, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God.
We kꞌu xixkꞌastaj rukꞌ ri Cristo, are bꞌa chitzukuj ri jastaq rech chilaꞌ chikaj, jawjeꞌ ri tꞌuyul wi ri Cristo pa uwiqiqꞌabꞌ ri Dios.
2 Set your affections on things which are aboue, and not on things which are on the earth.
Are chichomaj rij ri jastaq ri kꞌo chilaꞌ chikaj, man are ta ri kꞌo cho ri uwachulew,
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
ri ix ix kaminaq chik, ri ikꞌaslemal ix awatal rukꞌ Cristo pa Dios.
4 When Christ which is our life, shall appeare, then shall ye also appeare with him in glory.
Are kukꞌut ribꞌ ri Cristo, ri ikꞌaslemal kixkꞌut na xuqujeꞌ rukꞌ areꞌ, pa ri ujuluwem.
5 Mortifie therefore your members which are on the earth, fornication, vncleannes, the inordinate affection, euill concupiscence, and couetousnes which is idolatrie.
Rumal riꞌ chibꞌana chi ri ityoꞌjal kaminaq chik chubꞌanik mak, chitzaqa kan ri bꞌanoj taq mak kukꞌ taq ixoqibꞌ xuqujeꞌ achyabꞌ, ri jastaq ri man e chꞌajchꞌoj taj, itzel taq irayinik, jiqꞌjatem, kajunumataj rukꞌ ri qꞌijilaꞌn taq jastaq ri man Dios taj.
6 For the which things sake ye wrath of God commeth on the children of disobedience.
Rumal taq we jastaq riꞌ kape ri royawal ri Dios pa kiwiꞌ ri winaq ri man keniman taj.
7 Wherein ye also walked once, when ye liued in them.
Are waꞌ kibꞌan taq kan nabꞌe, are ix muꞌl chupam ri mak.
8 But now put ye away euen all these things, wrath, anger, maliciousnes, cursed speaking, filthie speaking, out of your mouth.
Kamik kꞌut chitzaqa kan ronojel oyawal, chꞌuꞌjilal, etzelal, bꞌanoj taq tzij, xuqujeꞌ ubꞌixik itzel taq tzij.
9 Lie not one to another, seeing that yee haue put off the olde man with his workes,
Man kibꞌan ta bꞌanoj tzij chibꞌil taq iwibꞌ, rumal chi iwesam chi kan ri qꞌeꞌl taq atzꞌyaqibꞌal xuqujeꞌ ri ijiqꞌjatem.
10 And haue put on the newe, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him,
Xuqujeꞌ ikojom chik ri kꞌakꞌ atzꞌyaqibꞌal rech ri kꞌakꞌ kꞌaslemal, ri kakꞌexkꞌobꞌik pa ri retaꞌmabꞌal ri ukaꞌyibꞌal ri tikol rech.
11 Where is neither Grecian nor Iewe, circumcision nor vncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond, free: But Christ is all, and in all things.
Pa we kꞌakꞌ kꞌaslemal riꞌ, man choqꞌaqꞌ taj we aꞌj Israel ri winaq o man aꞌj Israel taj, we okisatal retal o man okisatal taj, we kꞌo retaꞌmabꞌal o maj retaꞌmabꞌal, we tzoqopitalik o man tzoqopital taj, xane are ri Cristo ronojel, xuqujeꞌ kꞌo pa kanimaꞌ konojel.
12 Now therfore as the elect of God holy and beloued, put on the bowels of mercies, kindnesse, humblenesse of minde, meekenesse, long suffering:
Rumal kꞌu ri ixuchaꞌom apanoq ri Dios, ix tyoxalaj taq winaq xuqujeꞌ sibꞌalaj ix loqꞌ, chiwatzꞌyaqibꞌej bꞌa ri ubꞌanik toqꞌobꞌ, mochꞌochꞌem, utzilal, xuqujeꞌ kochꞌoj ibꞌ.
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiuing one another, if any man haue a quarel to another: euen as Christ forgaue, euen so doe ye.
Rech kixkwinik kitoꞌ iwibꞌ, we kꞌo ne jun kuchꞌaꞌ ribꞌ che jun chik, chixkuyun bꞌa jetaq ri xubꞌan ri Ajawxel che ikuyik.
14 And aboue all these thinges put on loue, which is the bond of perfectnes.
Pa uwiꞌ ronojel, chiwatzꞌyaqibꞌej ri loqꞌanik rumal areꞌ qas chapowinaq ronojel.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which ye are called in one body, and be ye thankfull.
Are ri ujaꞌmaril ri Cristo, ri xixsikꞌinik rech kixux xa jun tyoꞌjal, bꞌana rech pa taq ri iwanimaꞌ, xuqujeꞌ chiya tyoxinik.
16 Let the worde of Christ dwell in you plenteously in all wisdome, teaching and admonishing your owne selues, in Psalmes, and hymnes, and spirituall songs, singing with a grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Are kꞌol ri utzij ri Cristo pa iwanimaꞌ, chipixabꞌaj iwibꞌ xuqujeꞌ chiya taq inoꞌj rukꞌ etaꞌmabꞌal, chibꞌixoj ri salmos, xuqujeꞌ chiya bꞌix pa ri Uxlabꞌixel che ri Dios rukꞌ tyoxinik pa taq iwanimaꞌ.
17 And whatsoeuer ye shall doe, in worde or deede, doe all in the Name of the Lord Iesus, giuing thankes to God euen the Father by him.
Ronojel kꞌu ri kibꞌano, we kꞌu xa kibꞌij o xane kibꞌano, chibꞌana pa ri ubꞌiꞌ ri Ajawxel Jesús, chixtyoxin che ri Tataxel rumal ri Cristo.
18 Wiues, submit your selues vnto your husbands, as it is comely in the Lord.
Kꞌulanik taq ixoqibꞌ, chiꞌnimaj ri iwachajilal, jacha ri taqal cho ri Dios.
19 Husbands, loue your wiues, and be not bitter vnto them.
Achajilom, chiꞌloqꞌaj ri iwixoqilal, man xaq ta kixkꞌankꞌat kukꞌ.
20 Children, obey your parents in all thing for that is well pleasing vnto the Lord.
Alkꞌwaꞌlaxelabꞌ, chiꞌnimaj ri itat inan che ronojel ri kixkitaq wi, rumal chi are waꞌ kaqaj cho ri Ajawxel.
21 Fathers, prouoke not your children to anger, least they be discouraged.
Tat nan, man kiyak ta koyawal ri iꞌwalkꞌwaꞌl, rech man kakꞌistaj ta kikꞌuꞌx.
22 Seruants, be obedient vnto them that are your masters according to the flesh, in all things, not with eye seruice as men pleasers, but in singlenes of heart, fearing God.
Ajchakibꞌ, chiꞌnimaj ri iꞌwajaw rech ri uwachulew, man xaq xwi ta kixpatanijik are e kꞌo iwukꞌ, jetaq ri winaq ri kakaj keqaj chikiwach ri e winaq, xane chibꞌana rukꞌ rutzil iwanimaꞌ, kimochꞌ iwibꞌ cho ri Dios.
23 And whatsoeuer ye doe, doe it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men,
Ronojel kꞌu ri kibꞌano, chibꞌana rukꞌ rutzil iwanimaꞌ, rumal che ri Dios kibꞌan wi, man chike ta ri winaq.
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receiue the reward of the inheritance: for ye serue the Lord Christ.
Iwetaꞌm kꞌut chi are ri Ajawxel kayoꞌw ukꞌaxelal ri echabꞌal, rumal cher are kipatanij ri Cristo ri Ajawxel.
25 But he that doeth wrong, shall receiue for the wrong that he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
Are kꞌu ri man are ta kubꞌan ri sukꞌ, kukꞌamawaꞌj na ukꞌaxelal ri kubꞌano, rumal man xaq ta e kꞌyaqal ri kakikꞌamawaꞌj ri tojbꞌal rech ri kꞌaxal ri kakibꞌano.
