1 Timothy 2
1 I Exhort therefore, that first of all supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giuing of thanks be made for all men,
| بۆیە پێش هەموو شتێک تکا دەکەم، نوێژ و نزا و پاڕانەوە و سوپاسگوزاریتان بۆ هەموو خەڵک بێت، |
2 For Kings, and for all that are in authoritie, that we may leade a quiet and a peaceable life, in all godlinesse and honestie.
| بۆ پاشا و دەسەڵاتداران، تاکو بە ئاشتی و هێمنی و بەوپەڕی لەخواترسی و ڕێزەوە بژین. |
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Sauiour,
| ئەمەش چاک و پەسەندکراوە لەلای خودای ڕزگارکەرمان، |
4 Who will that all men shalbe saued, and come vnto the acknowledging of the trueth.
| ئەوەی دەیەوێت هەموو خەڵکی ڕزگاریان بێت و بەرەو ناسینی ڕاستی بێن، |
5 For there is one God, and one Mediatour betweene God and man, which is the man Christ Iesus,
| چونکە خودا یەکە و یەک ئاشتکەرەوە لەنێوان خودا و مرۆڤدایە، ئەویش عیسای مەسیحی مرۆڤە، |
6 Who gaue himselfe a ransome for all men, to be that testimonie in due time,
| ئەوەی خوێنی خۆی کردە بەهای ئازادی بۆ هەمووان، شایەتیدانیش لە کاتی گونجاو بوو. |
7 Whereunto I am ordeined a preacher and an Apostle (I speake the trueth in Christ, and lie not) euen a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and veritie.
| بۆ ئەمە من بە مزگێنیدەر و نێردراو دەستنیشان کراوم، ڕاست دەڵێم و درۆ ناکەم، فێرکاری باوەڕ و ڕاستیم بۆ نەتەوەکان. |
8 I will therefore that the men pray, euery where lifting vp pure hands without wrath, or douting.
| جا دەمەوێ پیاوان لە هەموو شوێنێکدا نوێژ بکەن و بێ تووڕەیی و مشتومڕ دەستی پاکیان بەرز بکەنەوە. |
9 Likewise also the women, that they aray themselues in comely apparell, with shamefastnes and modestie, not with broyded heare, or gold, or pearles, or costly apparell,
| ژنانیش پۆشاکیان بە شەرمەوە بێت، بەڕێز و شیاوی خۆیان بڕازێننەوە، نەک بە ئەگریجە و بە زێڕ و مرواری و جلی گرانبەها، |
10 But (as becommeth women that professe the feare of God) with good workes.
| بەڵکو بە کرداری چاک شیاوی ژنێک بێت کە بانگەشەی لەخواترسی بکات. |
11 Let the woman learne in silence with all subiection.
| ژن با لە هێمنیدا و ئەوپەڕی ملکەچی فێر بێت. |
12 I permit not a woman to teache, neither to vsurpe authoritie ouer the man, but to be in silence.
| ڕێگا نادەم ژن فێرکردن بدات و دەسەڵاتی بەسەر پیاودا هەبێت، بەڵکو دەبێت لە هێمنیدا بێت، |
13 For Adam was first formed, then Eue.
| چونکە یەکەم جار ئادەم شێوەی کێشرا، ئینجا حەوا. |
14 And Adam was not deceiued, but the woman was deceiued, and was in the transgression.
| هەروەها ئادەم هەڵنەخەڵەتا، بەڵکو ژن هەڵخەڵەتا و کەوتە گوناهەوە. |
15 Notwithstanding, through bearing of children she shalbe saued if they continue in faith, and loue, and holines with modestie.
| بەڵام بە منداڵبوون ڕزگاری دەبێت، ئەگەر لە باوەڕ و خۆشەویستی و پیرۆزی و شیاویدا بمێننەوە. |
